Moving House!
So! TL;DR Right up top because that's where they should be, darn it!
We're moving homes soon, and something has come up suddenly that means we have to start working on it faster than planned! This is going to slow progress on commissions a bit, so the normal day or two turnarounds might be temporarily slowed to 3-5 days while we work at this!
Full context!
We're having to move because our house is being sold (so that we can buy a new house and get out of this neighborhood. It's not an evil landlords situation, no worries!), and we've been approved for a mortgage loan and found several nice places in good locations REALLY unexpectedly.
On top of that, we're the last of the people who bought this house together still living here, and everyone else is waiting to sell! So we have to take this opportunity and try and get out of here in the next month or so!
This means we need to pack, throw out all the stuff we don't need, and start working on choosing and preparing the new place! As such our standard 8-12 hour workdays are just... not going to be feasible during this!
And yesterday, someone rented a dumpster for us which means we really need to get on the packing and throwing stuff out bit early. Dumpsters aren't cheap and we don't want to have to rent another one later so we're gonna be spending most of the coming days working on that, and after all the manual labor, we'll probably be tired and all that junk!
However, we're not closing or cancelling comms, we just gotta make sure we have a roof to keep doing them under, and want to make sure that you guys don't worry that we're blowing anyone off or not working on stuff because you're used to our usual turnaround.
So! Just a heads up! Slower returns, but the workflow's gonna be basically the same! Hopefully this doesn't last too terribly long. Shouldn't be more than a month or so of the reduced workspeed! (This/next week packing/cleaning, the following week house hunting, a few days actually moving/re-setting everything up.)
So yes! Patience and understanding appreciated! Hopefully it's not too disruptive! Thanks y'all!

Glad things seem to be going well with the move, even if it's a touch disruptive. Hope the move goes smoothly.
