Please read each part carefully. This is very important!
By purchasing or trading any of my art (adoptables, YCH, commissions, etc.), you
indicate that you’ve read the Terms of Service and agree with them.
Payment of the order means that you are acquainted with T.O.S.
Ignorance of the rules is not your excuse.
My art is a digital good which doesn’t require physical delivery.
As soon as you provide payment, then you cant refuse the commission, hence the money cant be refunded.
Also I don't make refunds if:
▸You ignored me for a long time (1-2 weeks)
▸Demanded money back after completing the first sketch/line/final version
▸You didn't like the final version
▸You paid for YCH/Adopt, but then changed your mind after an hour or more.
Otherwise, you will be blacklisted!

Payment is provided only after full description of the order and provision of the necessary links.
The payment must be made in 48/72 hours. If you are not able to send the payment within this time - please, notify me.
If you don’t send the payment within 48/72 hours and don’t notify me about it
I’ll cancel the commission and/or re-sell YCH/adoptables, etc.

Maximal time of art creation is 4 month
Basic deadline is 1-3 months

▸It's inconvenient for me to conduct a dialogue on this site◂
▸Please be ready to provide me with something of this to choose from!◂
▸Nuances and issues are discussed in telegram/discord◂
If you want to order art from me you need a reference sheet with your character, (pose, lighting and other details are desirable).
Collages and inspirational pictures are appreciated. If you only have a written description I can try to draw them, but for an extra payment;
The more complicated the art piece is, the longer it will take me to make it;
If you have a strict deadline you should notify me beforehand. If it’s an urgent commission there can be extra charges;
You can ask me for process of work but please be patient;
I have the right to draw personal/other art while working on your commission. I have a life, too.
All my work is copyrighted. If you haven’t bought the licence for using it without the watermark, you can’t remove it.
I’ll start working on the commission only after the payment is received.
I have the right to post my work whenever and wherever I want. If you need to keep the artwork private in the course of time
(gift for a birthday or other holiday), then specify the time when ordering of the commission.
All the edits (except the ones in which I messed up by not paying attention to visible/discussed details) after
the approved sketch are for an extra charge.
