Maybe you should take sometimes 2 slots with 'comes first' and one slot extra or 2 for someone who had a nice idea, a nice char, something that inspires you!

I don't plan to link this to Twitter because Fa is the place where I open commissions. I don't want to attract the wrong people (trolls, spammers, people who don't plan on commissioning me). If you mean the commissions I will announce them on twitter too when I open them.

I was firmly in camp First Come First Serve... until the last batch sold out in under a minute. These are crazy times we live in.

personally i avoid to use first come first serve, since not all people active at that time, maybe work, sleeping or etc,

usually for myself keep open like a commission form and let it open for 3 days. and choice which one more interesting idea and character to me

also if you want fast huge payment, do the commission auction, instead regular open commission

voted! i feel like a comm form or raffle would be the most fair personally, especially since you sold out so quick when you did first come first serve ahaha

I'll echo what DB_Drgn said

FCFS works well for smaller artists IMO and considering what happened when you opened up last time, is rather flawed when art from someone like yourself is in high demand. Forms and Raffles would probably be more fair and practical in your case.

Hmm, such a tough choice, but will see what the community at large chooses! Also interesting your opening up coms again ! ; v ; Considering you accepted a good many extra last opening. Will be interesting to see how those turn out!

Honestly, raffle makes sense if you want to make it so anyone has a chance to commission you. It's the fairest option from what I saw.

Voted. These all have flaws, but I choose anyway

Voting for commission form. If I don't get picked in multiple attempts, I will realize that the artist does not share a common interest and I can just be on my way. Plus the artist can enjoy their work better with drawing characters they have a preference to. Besides, first-come-first-serve will always give people a scheduling disadvantage and I'm tired of that game.

Keep in mind that I will only open 2 or maybe 3 slots and there are many people who are interested. When I don't pick people is not personal :(

You got the time to look through and see which ones you like, and others get the time to submit their ideas.

I made my vote! But in all honesty, I feel that the artist should find what works for them the best and work with that method. Less stress makes for easier work flow.

Can't wait to see the new pieces, I'll be trying to throw my hat in to get one! <3
