i have been on here for about 4 years and since I joined the furry fandom in general have been drawing seriously, however i find myself looking at the art of so many other great artists, many of whom i have favorited pieces from as well as watching them
i find myself wanting to get as good as they are but beyond simply practicing and learning....i feel like i am missing something, likely many things, to make my art how i imagine it in my head...
and to make it basically perfect in my eyes

i don't know what it is i am missing, but i yeah
just feeling kinda iffy about my own stuff

sometimes i feel like my artwork is all trash for some reason

and i find myself falling into the trap of comparing myself to others
sure when i look at my own improvement i feel good about myself..

but then i look at art that is infinitely better in my eyes
and then i feel bad
