I don't use photoshop, but I did look for some tutorials on it for you.

This is a less traditional style tutorial, but the artist explains what he's doing while working on a piece and it seems like a pretty good introduction to drawing in the program to me.
Any time he uses a new tool or hotkey he explains what it is and where to find it.

The comments are really good for pointing out what the PC hotkeys are when they differ from the Mac ones.

This has a nice series of video tutorials on digital art in Photoshop. I've gone through most of the digital lessons myself, and I've also seen it recommended by a few others at various points. Getting used to the tablet itself was just a matter of practice for me. It felt really unnatural for a while, but taking some time every session to just draw circles, boxes, and lines got me used to the tablet/screen disconnect.
