My Views On Life
Posted 9 years agoI believe that you should live your life the way you want to, and do anything that makes you happy, so long as it doesn't harm or impede on others.
I believe that conforming (blindly) to anything is bad, and usually the sign of an uneducated, closed-minded individual. Follow your own path; use your own knowledge and intuition as your resource.
I feel that we are all equal, and should never judge or cast out others because of their gender, sexuality, opinion, disability, religion, race, interest, or whatever else. Be respectful, and live in peace.
I do not condone violence of any type, unless it's for self-defense.
I feel that revenge is unwise and unproductive, as it only exacerbates the very thing that you had wished to evade. Cherish your peace, and let the fools to mire in their misery.

Posted 12 years agoSo this was kinda supposed to be a happy day due to my step-brother graduating high school. My mom wanted to stay home because she was feeling ill I believe, and then later started to feel Ginger's time was coming due to how she has been acting as of late. So.... When we got home, my mom decided it should be the time to go in and get her euthanized, so she will no longer live on and suffer through the struggling she appears to be going through every day, such as trouble standing, getting up, dementia, standing in one spot forever like she is clueless, etc.
Ginger was 7 when we got her, I believe. She was ~14 when we put her down today. This was my first time witnessing euthanization, and the second major pet death I had in my life. When I was watching them inject her in the leg, it felt like I got smashed right in the stomach with a tidal wave of emotions. I took it pretty well, though. I mean, she is in a better place now, no longer suffering.
R.I.P., Ginger. I love you very much, despite how much I always yelled at you and got very frustrated because you were annoying me. I still always loved you.

Posted 13 years agoI really don't know why I feel so very socially-awkward when real-life friends (want to) hang out or call me and talk or whatever. I like never know the things to say or to respond with (sometimes due to my severe lack of a sense of humor) and I'm always self-conscience of that and then it makes me feel extraordinarily uncomfortable. This is one reason I am always socializing online because I feel more comfortable there.
;_; I just wonder when the day will ever come that I will actually obtain social skills and have a decent social life.

My New Laptop
Posted 13 years agoSo last week I decided it was finally time to ditch my 10+ year old HP Pavilion 743c desktop and get with the times. Plus the computer was freezing up a lot, performing very slowly and especially Second Life where I had an average of 7 FPS.
I got an ASUS K73SV laptop from Amazon for $680 (original price was well-over $800). It's 17.3", Windows 7 Home Premium, 4GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Core i5, BluRay/DVD player and nVidea GeForce GT 540M with 1GB VRAM.

So far, it performs excellent and SecondLife reaches 60+ FPS maximum, instead of 15 maximum; this makes me very happy.

Posted 13 years agoAll I seem to know in people nowadays is drama, emotional instability and/or childish behavior. Some people also really need to grow up and stop trying to always cause problems for others or over-reacting and complaining about every little thing that happens to them. You make one mistake, and they tend to flip out on it and make you look like some kind of terrorist. I'm sorry to have to break it to you but no one is perfect. Now forgiveness isn't always in question, but seriously, some people really need to grow the hell up and stop acting like little immature whiny babies. You're an adult. So act like one. I really can't stand people like this sometimes.
I'm not trying to be condescending with this journal entry; we all need to grow up, and we are all immature in some ways, including myself. But there are some people that are just trapped in little childrens' bodies.

Asexual in real life, but I'm gay with furries. I do tend to like some tomboy furs, though. I would said bi, but I really always like to consider myself gay.

Single. And probably always will be.
6. What do you do in your spare time?
Listen to music while playing Second Life and chatting with people there and on Skpye and MSN. Sometimes I play my Wii, too.... Both "Wiis" if you catch my drift :V
7. What's your job?
I would say quality control at the Occupational Training Center, but we don't always have stuff for that that gets shipped in, so I tend to be a "free agent" for whatever jobs my supervisors want me to do.
8. What's one thing you like about yourself?
I guess that I'm impervious to drama, am trustworthy and a good friend.
9. Alright, now what is something you dislike about yourself?
That I live a boring, lonely life, and can't seem to do shit to fix it. I don't have any talents that I know of, and I fail at everything I do. I have Asperger's Syndrome which makes it harder for me to socialize, which is the one thing I really need to start doing in my life.

I could never know that. I swear people hide things these days.
11. Of what faith/religion are you (if any at all)?
I was raised Christian - Catholic because my mom forced it unto me I guess, but eventually decided to be agnostic; I don't know whether there is a god or not. I never said he doesn't exist, and I never said he doesn't. But there just isn't enough proof or whatever to convince me enough.
12. Do you drink?
Not at all. Not interested in it and I don't know if I ever will in my life.
13. Do you smoke?
I read that in Quaigmire's voice lol (episode where he asked his new baby daughter this question). But no.
14. What are your fears?
How the rest of my life is going to turn out. Sort of afraid of the dark and heights.
15. What are your dreams/goals?
To live a happy life. Something that seems nearly impossible for me at the moment...
