Posted 9 years agoThis is not a decision I have come to easily but is one that has been on the cards for a long while now. Simply put,
It's time for me to go.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, enjoyed the company and the words of encouragement, of advice and many other shades that this great community has offered me over the somewhat near on decade.
As time has gotten on my frequency of adult artwork has decreased massively purely because of my inherent need to do something new and refreshing each piece, but with finding this more and more increasingly difficult I can't sustain the same frequency and attention here as I have devoted to other projects and ideas.
I will still be around but on fb here:

I have been working on a small little goodbye project that's a story of sorts starring Queen and a character called Wolf God. More to come soon as I'm still dealing with post convention work amongst other things but it will be coming very very soon, possibly on christmas day or such I'm not sure yet but this is a decision I have made going forward as I didn't want to disappoint anyone any further and keep saying I'm coming back when I probably know I can't or I'm not going to be able to.
So...it is what it is.
Thank you again all of you so very much for your support, it has never gone un-noticed nor has it ever done anything less than touch my heart.

Now I know this is out of the blue but I really need your help.
Someone very dear to me has hit a huge brick wall and needs some help with commissions. She's more awesome than you could possibly ever comprehend and deserves a lot more scope than what's given to her because underneath her humble exterior lives a creative beast thats akin to my very own. I promse you guys you won't be disappointed. She's incredibly versatile, one of the kindest and best people I know. I wouldn't do this unless it was an absolute necessity.

RARELY! Very rarely will I spend money on artwork. Not because out of some snobbish nose upturned arrogance but more to do with then i'd get hooked buying everyones work and I only have a finite amount of money people.
So I bet you're all wondering? "Well why her? What's so great about her work?"
Well...I'll tell you.
Sarah's work is awesome. I've witnessed this woman's work go from strength to strength and gather pace and momentum, and she doesn't slow down. She works her ass off on every little thing she does and does it to the highest of her ability. She's looking towards the future now and her artwork I can see is about to undergo a serious and incredible metamorphosis. Seriously you should go check it out. Thought I'd fire a quick journal as I don't have much time a sincere apology for the lack of upload, been working hard and um...occupying myself with a PS3 slim? >> ITS HIS FAULT ITS SO BLACK AND SHINY AND AWESOME! Anyway...I dunno when I'll be working on hentai next purely because at the moment I'm pretty focussed on project work and such so for now I'll have ot see if I can dig up some lulz worthy pieces from donkeys ago. Again a most sincere apology guys. Everything is fine I just have been fucking busy xDD I'll see what I can do but no promises.

Recent happenings and outlook for the next few months or so

I've been dead since I put fyo colour up simply because I've had this course which is finishing today but I've had a job interview for playstation and also looking over my galleries and various works because I HAVE been drawing a lot more than usual but non h stuff. I'm really focussing on tweaking little things like volume and size in my characters, females mainly, someone said to me a coupla months ago before I pulled the plug on my msn that big hips and breasts doesn't equal sexy, and it got me thinking so apart from doing Lunor's design which I can say for the mo I'm happy with I've been working on anatomy a little bit and character archetypes like Radiann for instance she's got a little bit of mass to her and I like that, what I DIDN'T like was the over compulsive need for big breasts so I've sized them down a little so they're more proportionate, I'm also focussing a little on my subject area of my hentai work simply because ok cum splooge is good for the first hundred times and though ok it's kinda fun to splooge a nice work up every once in a while, I want to add more variety I think is the word, so thanks to my very good friend and muse sam I've started to conduct work on a Samus picture from Metroid as many of you are probably either rolling your eyes and going duh! or are simply shaking my head at the possibility that I'm vouching for people who may not know who Samus Aran is. It's different, Sam challenged me with it, firstly because of my robotic armour drawing which I can confirm now many will point out inconsistencies when it is eventually finished but for safe's sake it was my first go and secondly to think of body interaction organism wise not necessarily tentacles and floating phalluses so it will be interesting when it's finished. Anyway got my last day of my course ahead of me so i'm gonna turn in and say good night world!

I'm just stopping by as I'm probably not gonna get a chance to say it in the next few days or so. I hope everyone has a lovely christmas and spends the time well enjoying yourselves no matter what your pleasure is. I'll be back mainly the start of january round that time, gotta few things i need to help my folks with. Been helping getting everything ready for tomorrow, set up ma's Wii so she has that tomorrow morning, and helped pa sort out the presents for her tomorrow. I'm fucking knackered but I have sam to thank for that, I got Borderlands a few days ago and me and sam are hurtling towards level 50 like 2 freight trains on fire with rockets shove up their arses so I stayed up late till 4 this morning and shit. Oh well. I had fun so. Anyway, I'm off now peeps like I aid I hope everyone enjoys the seasonal period and has a good break from the everyday grind.

Not one not two but three kicks in the nuts!
Posted 16 years agoSo...I'm sure some of you know by now that the last few weeks exactly haven't been the best. For a juicy starters I've been warring with my brother for a little while now and it came to a head. We were split up by our mum but me with my months of pent up frustration decided it was a super fucking clever idea to punch the stairs. What resulted in that was a fractured hand which on monday when I was seen by the hand doctor is actually a fractured metacarpal of my smallest finger. MY LEFT HAND. The hand I do everything with. So everything I enjoy doing is now snuffed out until I firstly recuperate my hand from the fracture aaaand secondly learn how to use my hand again as I have it all strapped up in a splint....ok that was one. Secondly a couple nights after I'm in my room nursing my hand and I find a book I need to do some work on some stuff...I reach for the book and getting up smack the side of my nose off of the top of my shelf. So...we have a fractured hand and a very sore and bloody nose...so I get a bruise around my eye aaaaand then the day after I get up and my eye hurts like I've been punched, I then later in the day start to feel my eye lid starting to close up, the next day I get up and my mum confirms to me that I have a stye....sooo....life right now is a fucking bucket of joy! Seriously ¬¬ I'm so fed up I can't do anything to stop my frustration because I need my hand in order to hold a psp, x box control or even a fucking book! So for the foreseeable future I'm out. Dunno when it will be better I just know it's gonna be a while and it sucks. So...yeah...thats why my activity on here has taken a swift and screaming nose dive....

Sorry about the lack of updates but I've actually not been too well. A couple of weeks ago I blacked out in my brother's room and well..had to get a paramedic to revive me. To say it was scary is an understatement, traumatised is more along the lines of how I felt. So...ofcourse I have an appointment in december with my specialist but due to this we couldn't wait and brung it forward to yesterday. Basically...my hypoglycaemic awareness, thats when my body gives off signals that my blood sugar is low now are gone. They don't happen, which is not good, considering it's at about 2.8 when I hit coma territory, so I've been watching my diabetes like a bald eagle with 20 20 vision and telescopic sight. Basically my doctor said it could be one of 3 things, first thing being that my body has built antibodies against the insulin I take and therefore doesn't let it work, but it seems to have an affinity of storing it until I have a hypo then releasing it, this then in turn makes getting my blood sugars above 4 into the safe territory so much tougher, that is the most logical and explainable reason for what has been happening, the second reason which is a lot more far-fetched but is still a possibility that after 9 years of having diabetes my pancreas has suddenly woken up and started producing insulin....again very very doubtul, the third is something to do with the duodenum and the adrenal glands, that both control the absorption of hormones and distribution around the body, basically..the duodenum which if I remember is the first section of the intestines connected to your stomach, that section is said to build up a certain resistance to insulin which results in type 2 diabetes, but still could be the reason why my insulin is having little or no effect until I need it least. So I had tests done on me today to see what the hell is going on and will find out in a couple weeks what's the crack. So as you can tell my activity on all fronts has been piss poor low pretty much because I was anxious about these tests I had today. But it was all alright George the guy who did them was pretty cool and has even given me an opportunity to do some artwork for his own project which again coolness!! For the moment my friends my activity is gonna be low because of what's going on and it does need a level of concentration so I'm gonna be putting stuff up, it may be dated and old but I wanna keep the activity going as much as I can without stressing myself out and causing more problems for myself. Ofcourse once I know anything I'll let you know but it's gonna be a bit of a wait for anything. I'm gonna try and work on something over the weekend but no promises.

A bit too much

Just a quick update really on everything. I've cleared the majority of my slate of work, finishing those 3 requests I wanted to finish and get completed. I am however not going to do the last two I originally set out to do, purely for personal reasons leaning to health problems I'm having at the moment. I'm gonna do some other stuff in the meantime and try and get that uploaded but I'm not gonna stress myself to get it uploaded. Hopefully by next week everything should be resolved and sorted but it's a long shot. I got a few things in the pipe line that I would like to start but due to other personal stuff interfering with myself I'm probably gonna put them on the back burner. Sorry i've not uploaded at all this week but if you knew my situation it's not nice to be in the middle of and it's frustrating and scary. If any one has got a problem with this then please keep it to yourselves because honestly, you probably don't have the first idea of what is going on so please...keep your distance. For now thats really all I have to say. Hopefully I'll have some wok to show later.

Returned from much needed vacation

Sorry it's been quiet on here but I've been away on a much needed vacation to my little hide away in ireland. Twas awesome, peaceful and very hot, so now I'm back with SOME tidbits but not a lot i'm afraid, most of the time I was outside playing football with the dog so forgive the lack of materials. Yush it's me! Yes I know I've been the biggest bastard to your inboxes the last few days but hey =D! Erm...just a quick thank you really....I got a massive boost in my esteem from you guys yesterday! You see I'm not a confident person, never have been and my self esteem for a long while now has been zero, so all of your faves comments watches and shouts really picked me up so thanks guys! I'm not gonna be a complete douche and do like a thank you picture for all of you because it's kinda impersonal, so....this is what I propose....
I am opening 5 slots for requests....NOW!! There is one rule I have and YOU MUST abide by it if you wish to have a request the first sniff I get of disobedience towards it and I drop you off the list. ok? I draw hentai when I'm in a very very!! particular mood, say for instance I'm not in the mood and I go to do one request and it won't work? I will not then work on it for days...simply because it means I need to do something else before I can get to that...so my rule is....don't get on my back. Be patient and please be considerate. I already have a possible....3....I need to confirm them but 1 possibly for definate. I'll have a list up tomorrow. Hopefully!!! I'm working on one piece I'm currently detailing right now . So that should appear in a couple of days. I'm revising my commission prices also.

I work in two formats, A4 which is standard sized printer paper and in an A5 pad.
A5 sketch which is a small sketch I'll do for £2.50 so about....4 dollars just over.
A4 sketch...thats a bit more...we're talking a good £5 so 8 dollars just over. Right now I'm not accepting any commissions as I wanna get the requests done and dusted! But yes those are my prices. I do not do colour work for now but if I do that will be more as I will need to ink and spend considerable amounts of time in photoshop so. Ink works will also appear in the future but for now I'm working small.
If you wish to have a request....please do feel free to pm me on here and I will put you on a list...now please be aware there are only a possible 4 places available...3 of those places I'm reserving so it could be a good 2 free! So you kinda need to be quick. Whether this will continue I will have to see...but for now....that is all!
If there's anymore I'll add more. But for now sleepy times I think...or maybe some doodlage first =D!! yeeeeeeah!!

Yush it's me! Yes I know I've been the biggest bastard to your inboxes the last few days but hey =D! Erm...just a quick thank you really....I got a massive boost in my esteem from you guys yesterday! Paying details
Paypal obviously
Pay half now and half after
Artwork postage fee added to second half
There are only 3 spaces across here and DA I've announced this on DA just now so if you're not quick you'll miss out. Note me if you want to know anything or if you have any queries obviously no preference to what you want, though just be aware others may take longer than other subject matters so please bare this in mind.

Just a quick update on the ol account, erm...things are ok, i'm picking up drawing a bit more, STILL bouncing from here and DA with the Character Profiles I'm pumping out. Still I've not forgotten about you guys, I'm still here it;s just gonna take while to get stuff out of me at the moment, by all means what I could do is put up OLD lolling and fail worthy crud that i did a few years ago? Just drop me a line if you do and i'll sort it out, now if I don't get here for the next week or so, have a great christmas and a brilliant new year.

Sorry i've not added anything up here in a coupla weeks. I'm trying to clean my slate of requests and such first. Hopefully then once it is clean that hentai trigger will be released a little. We'll have to see. Anyway just wanted to say sorry.
