Just an update on Gemini Rebirth; I have officially finished writing the final chapter as of last night and I cannot be more proud yet upset about it. We're still a few uploads out from it but I really hope everyone has enjoyed the story thus far. It's going to be a while before I begin another story though. I have a few things going on in life right now and some things I want to get done before beginning on Capricorn.

I'm in the process of buying a house right now. It's been long and arduous, BUT it's almost done. I'm excited and nervous both in one shot but it's going to be worth it. I'm also still adjusting to a new position at work and, with it, a new schedule. It's easier on me, but kinda threw a wrench into the writing/upload times that I had before, hence the missed uploads the past two times.

My next writing project is going to be a somewhat long, but much needed one. I want to go back to the first Gemini and clean it up before uploading it in full to Wattpad. Some chapters will remain pretty much the same, while others will be completely rewritten. There are things that I retconned during the story itself and things that can be dropped entirely such as a lot of the filler chapters that didn't really serve a purpose, as well as putting the chapters into their proper chronological order rather than trying to be artsy. I also want to bring in the idea of the Immortals much earlier in the story through allusions and hints, rather than just at the very end. Essentially, I'll be rewriting about 2/3rds of the story just to get it in order like how Rebirth is. It's goin to be a fairly long process, but it's something I can do little by little every day from my phone as well as my (dying) laptop.

Gemini Rebirth 28: Aftershock is up! Overall progress of the series is not where i wanted to be before uploading this chapter, so there may be another hiatus before the finale. I'm currently working on chapter 33/40, so i still have a solid cushion before I'd have to make that decision again. At any rate, hope you're all enjoying!

Hello all,

I've finally decided on an actual date to begin uploading 'season 2' of Gemini Rebirth. Official return will be Sunday, 4/7/19, with consistent uploads every three weeks thereafter unless a change is otherwise stated. I'm really excited for everyone to see where the story goes from here after the conclusion of 'season 1' with Chapter 12: Blight Part 2. At any rate, I've written through chapter 20 so far, and all of them have been story progressing (no fillers like chapter 13).

Good morning and happy almost new year!!

I've just finished uploading Gemini Rebirth 13: INTERLUDE Hawthorn. Chapter 12 (Blight part 2) was the end of 'season 1' but this interlude is a nice piece of back story before i take a break from uploading for a few months so that i can continue writing without the uploads catching up to me, that way i can continue to upload them consistently. I'm currently finishing up chapter 18 but would like to be finished 'season 2' before uploading again. I've already decided that the next upload will be either in late March or early April, 2019. Regardless, I will post another journal detailing when i'm going to upload again once i have an actual date figured out. Odds are, uploads will continue to be Sunday mornings, every 3 weeks, though i may make it every 2 weeks if i have enough story written by then...

Since the last journal, there is a new update regarding my consistent uploading. As described before, uploads of Gemini Rebirth have changed from Fridays every 3 weeks, to Sundays every 3 weeks. In the last journal, I said this was a temporary change only for the month of September, but thanks to recent developments at work, this will be ongoing at least until around January/February, if not permanently. It's just easier to keep the work schedule as is with me off Sunday/Monday, rather than switch it in two weeks and things start to get screwy due to the random switch. Plus, I kinda like my lazy Mondays now... Anyways, I'll keep everyone updated as any new developments arise.

As for writing G:Rebirth, I've currently written through chapter 13 and began 14, but I've taken a break from it to work on a few art commissions. After chapter 13, there will be a halt in uploading to allow me to have a cushion to upload from when taking breaks like this or when the ideas just aren't flying.

I've been working extremely hard to post a new chapter of Gemini Rebirth every 3 weeks on Fridays. It was the best day because I'm off from work on Fridays, so my routine was to wake up, upload and then do whatever else I had planned for the day. Unfortunately, my days off have changed for the next month starting last week. Now, I'll have off Sunday/Monday instead of Wednesday/Friday. Come October, my days are switching again to Friday/Saturday (which was the original plan all along).

Since my days off have changed and it's virtually impossible to upload on Fridays now, starting tomorrow, the next two chapters of Gemini Rebirth will be uploaded 3 weeks apart as normal, but on Sunday morning instead of Friday. Starting in October, the consistency will return to every 3 weeks on Fridays. I hope this slight change doesn't inconvenience anyone who has been looking forward to reading the new chapter every Friday morning.

Anyways, I've been getting some feedback about Gemini Rebirth and the direction it's going, but any more feed back would be greatly appreciated!! I'm glad everyone who's read it is enjoying the story so far!

Good day everyone!! After a few months of heavy editing and EXTREMELY heavy spacing issue corrections, REQUIEM is now up on Wattpad.com and the Watttpad App!! I think I might begin fixing up Gemini for Wattpad as I write Gemini Rebirth. There's several things about it that I would like to alter to make the overall stories a little clearer and because I wasn't satisfied with how some chapters turned out, but my next primary focus will be Rebirth.

I know that I said before that I wanted to have Gemini 2 started by now and released sometime in January, but due to unforeseen events at work and the tribulations of finals for my 3 art classes, I've been stalled to the point where I haven't even written a word for any story in about 2 weeks or so. I'm only about half way through Requiem for Wattpad, and still haven't finished the outline for Gemini 2's main story (about 40% of the way, and I usually start writing when I hit about 75+%). At any rate, school is officially over for good next week, and hopefully work will slow down after the holidays. The only other thing I can see hindering writing after the turn of the new year is trying to get back in tune with my health, but that's more of a daytime thing since doctors usually don't make appointments for night time hours, which is when I do the bulk of my writing.

Anyway, that's about it from me for now. Requiem will hopefully be done by new years and Gemini Rebirth will hopefully be out by mid February.

Nearly done!!!! I have about a chapter and a half to finish going through, then I'll post is to Wattpad. Once that's complete, I'll begin writing Gemini Rebirth Chapter 1, which i will use as an intro to the new characters. That's all for now peeps.

So, a friend of mine introduced me to a site called Wattpad, which amateur writers like myself can post stories. Though I'll still be posting the chapters for stories here on FA, I'll be posting revised finished works there. So far, I've spent the past few weeks to fix up Requiem since I figured it'd be the easiest to do between work and school throughout the semester, whereas Gemini could take me upwards of a few months. Already about halfway through chapter 12. Because of the change, I've decided to cancel Gemini: Ingenium. Instead, I'll use the first chapter or two of Gemini: Rebirth to fully introduce the bulk of the new characters.

Slight change in plans. Chapter 16 of Requiem is uploaded, but there will be one more chapter after all since the 'final' chapter started getting too long, so the final ending will be it's own short chapter that will hopefully go up in about a week since it's basically just going to be an epilogue. Currently working on the final chapter for Requiem. It's been a great time writing this story that I was meant to finish in a summer and here we are over a year later. Anyway, next story I plan on writing is Gemini Rebirth, the sequel to the 40chapter saga I wrote over the course of two years. I'm going to begin writing it maybe a week after I finish Requiem.


Despite what I just said, sadly, the first chapter probably won't go up until the middle or end of January 2018. There's a lot of changes going on at work, and I might be changing locations, as well as training 3, count 'em, THREE NEW HIRES IN TWO STORES, ONE OF WHICH IS MY OLD MANAGER'S REPLACEMENT. Scary times. Additionally, I'm heading into my final semester of school, with 3 classes at the helm. Free time will be nearly nonexistent until January.

What I do want to do is write short stories periodically that introduce the new characters of Gemini, as well as give a refresher on returning characters. Maybe just 2 or 3 pages each entitled Gemini: Ingenium (latin word that roughly means 'character'). Gemini had about 15 - 20 characters that I spent significant amount of time on for a few years before ever writing the first chapter, and Rebirth is no different. Some of the characters that will be introduced I've been working on since 2007/2008. All together at this time, there's about 35 characters that have more than single chapters/single scenes, but just like in the first Gemini, no one chapter has the entire cast at one time.

Expect the final chapter of Requiem in about a week or two, and expect the first of many Gemini: Ingenium shorts about two to three weeks after!! That is all. Carry on.

Chapter 11 of Requiem is up!!!!! Hope everyone likes it!! Hoping to get out a chapter every 2 to 3 weeks, and hopefully I can abide by that deadline this time around now that I'm only working one job and there's not so much going on with school this semester. *Finger's crossed!!*

Started school for the semester. One in person class, one hybrid class (2hrs in person, rest of the time is online from home). For the fully in person class, I'm probably going to be doing a lot of time in the open studio sessions away from work and regular class since the projects pretty much depend on some of the machinery in class. The online class doesn't seem too arduous just yet, but it is a web design class, and that means coding...... joy.....

Nearing completion on a commission story that I hope to be done with in the next two or three weeks, and I'll upload it after it's been read over by the person it's going to. Then it's back to Requiem!! Hope everyone likes where it's going so far!

After this upload, I'll be putting Requiem on hold until probably late January, early February. I have a contest story to write for  WolfRider and one other single chapter story to knock out for someone, then it's back to the last 5 or so chapters of Requiem, then onto Gemini Rebirth!!

As further life updates as to what I've been up to, school has been eating up a lot of my free time, plus as a manager for my full time job, if someone calls out, it's up to me to fill in the spot. Now that we're fully staffed though, it shouldn't be too bad anymore.

Yeah, I know, I'm a horrible human for not finishing another chapter of Requiem in the two weeks it should take me to write it. But hey, school and work get in the way, especially when I just did a 51hr week at my full time job basically alone and that's not even including my second job. Time is not something I get a lot of now that the school semester started, but I'm trying. I honestly am. Though I'm only half way done the chaper I'm working on and ive been writing it for two weeks. But still, I'm trying!!

Primary Update: Okay, I know, I missed last weeks deadline for Requiem. I had finals and I had an unexpected overnight stay at a friend's house because alcohol is magic. I'm finally done chapter 7 as of yesterday, and already began on chapter 8, so I will be doing an upload tomorrow of chapter 7, followed (hopefully) by chapter 8 on 9/11. Additionally, I'm going to partake in  WolfRider contest as I did last year. His superhero- esque characters are really fun to work with, but it also means I'll be taking a break at some point from Requiem to work on that for a few weeks. Just not sure when.

Secondary Update: I started the new school semester but so far it doesn't look like i'm going to have to do a whole lot homework wise for either of my classes. Even if I do though, there are several days throughout the week now that I have extra time to myself, rather than working till 7 every night because.....

Tertiary Update: I had to say goodbye to my coworkers at my full time job on Thursday. Starting today, I'm at a different location in the same company. I was promoted to manager, and with that comes better hours that I get home earlier than I was and, more importantly, more pay so that I can leave my second job in a few months, giving me even more of my coveted free time back since I really don't need two jobs anymore.

The XX- Intro

So i really wanted to have Requiem be a weekly upload, every sunday by 1015 AM eastern time, but unfortunately, I think I'm gunna have to alter it to biweekly instead. I'm getting to the end of the summer semester for school, the fall semester starts in three weeks, and I'm constantly picking up more hours at both my jobs, so I keep missing that weekly mark and I'm going to be missing it again this week. On a more positive note, the story as a whole is getting more views on day 1 of upload for each chapter than any of my other stories have so far!! Gemini would get roughly 5 or 6 on day 1 per chapter, but Requiem has been a consistent 10+ each upload. I'm extremely happy that people are enjoying it so much!!

Unfortunately, I may need to delay chapter 4 of Requiem due to how busy ive been at work with 4th of July coming up. If it is, chapter 4 will go up next sunday at aprox. 10am eastern time. I apologize.

I know I said iwould post each chapter of Requiem on Sunday mornings with the exception of last week because of Father's day, but i literally haven't written a single word since Father's day due to work/ car issues (i was in a minor accident, n have been dealing with insurance, and the mechanic, and Hurtz, and blah). Hopefully, I'll be able to finish up Chapter 3 by Sunday so i can have it out, but i was really shooting to be done by the end of the day today so i can start chapter 4. *Fingers crossed!!* Hoping not to miss deadline, but if i do, i will post Chapter 3 as soon as it's complete.

The first two chapters of Requiem went up 6-5 and 6-12, respectively. I'm trying to post them Sunday mornings, with the exception of this coming Sunday due to Father's Day. So far, feed back has been positive!! And views have been better than some of Gemini's chapters, with both chapters 1 and 2 surpassing 10 views in a single day!! If you haven't had the chance to read it yet, please, give it a go!! Additionally, FA now allows (or I just realized, idk) uploads of .odt file format, which makes life easier on me since most people I know use Open Office anyway and it saves me from having to try to upload in a file format that I think most people can open or view, such as .rtf or .doc. Well, I'm bout a third of the way done with chapter 3, so it should be coming to you by next Sunday, 6-26 sometime in the morning before 1030am EST.
