Terms & Conditions
Posted 4 years agoAGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and acknowledged the Terms & Conditions referenced in this journal.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. As the artist, I retain the right to upload the finished piece on any appropriate site, or gallery of my choosing unless notified beforehand that the commissioner(s) wish to keep the piece private.
2. I reserve the right to refuse service in the event of an agreement breach or hostile belligerence.
3. Commissioners will be provided with a high resolution version of their finished piece. Low resolution, or cropped versions of the finished piece can be requested for with no additional charge for up to a year.
4. When commissioning for something that is not fanart, you hereby state that you have the full authority, right, or permission of the character(s) for the aforementioned commission. If that is not the case, I will not be held liable for whatever consequences held against the commissioner.
5. Once work has begun on a commission, the commissioner is provided with at minimum one work in progress view of the work, and is entitled to view the work in progress on request.
6. For any work that is explicit in nature, the commissioner must be of 18 years or older. If substantial and irrefutable evidence of the contrary is found, the commission will be immediately cancelled, and the commissioner will be blacklisted.
7. Once a sketch has been confirmed and finalized, the contents of the commission may no longer be changed. Confirmation infers that all the character's details such as markings, accessories, clothing, etc. are all correct, and that the commissioner is happy with the pose and mood of the piece.
7a. If the alteration involves a detail that was overlooked, there will be no further charge.
7b. In the event that a commissioner wishes to make a major change (such as a slight pose change, expression, some clothing change) to the piece after confirmation, an additional 15% - 25% charge of the total commission will be required. Minor changes will incur a 5% fee.
8. The Terms & Condition may change from time to time without notice.
PAYMENT
1. All payments will be made through Paypal.
2. Work will not begin on the commission until full payment is received.
2a. If full payment is not received within 2 weeks of the initial commission request, the request will be considered null and void, and any queue placement will be removed.
