A small team of people and I are working on many large-scale ambitious projects. As we are working on things closer to the ground of possibility, we are slowly picking at the larger projects, that way we won't have as much to do when we officially get to them.

Hello and welcome to Project Sims 3! I have been a simmer since the late '90s, and have been pondering this idea for a fair amount of time. What I will be doing up until either Sims 4 comes out or when I get everything I wish to complete in Sims 3 completed , I will be video recording my adventures within this virtual world. With nearly every expansion pack and many DLCs, mods and other downloades, this project is one for the ages.

I welcome you to watch as I control my friends and I in sim form on an epic life! Also, for anyone watching this, if you are a fellow Simmer, feel free to send me an email with a link to your Sim(s) and/or house(s)/building(s) and I will promptly add them to the neighborhood!

The neighborhood this project will take place in is very familiar: A Sims 3 modified version of Sims 1 and Sims 2 original neighborhoods! YAY!

Nearly every home is empty. I already have plans for several other vacant homes, but there are so many other choices, it's borderline ridiculous. I'd like to populate the city with not only other friends, family and a multitude of familiar faces, but with YOU! Hence why I invited your sim(s) to join! :D YAY!

For those of you who would like to become part of this project, there is one last thing I ask for you to do. Just download the neighborhood, because no amount of pictures and such can really do most of these houses justice, and it'll take me at least a week of constant hard work just to document every address and all that stuff. So, anyone whom plays The Sims 3, just get this hood, pick a lot you want, and email me :D

After all these following links to the neighborhoods, households, homes, mods and other downloads, there is a list of every address. Each address will detail the base-lot dimensions, weather it's an empty lot or a pre-made home, and weather or not it's populated! Those populated by NPCs will state so, and state the familiar face(s) living there. However, those populated by other people's personal creations will, by default, only say “Claimed”.

-This is a serious mod, it automatically turns off anything left on by NPCs, as well as removes their vehicles back to their respective homes AND on-the-fly resets any sims experiencing a routing issue.

Many things have happened since last journal. Requests are still closed, and I will explain why in a minute. I am still technically unemployed, but I have recently gotten some potentials, one of them is being a driver for Lyft, which is a psudo taxi service app for smart devices, the other is a hookah chef at a hookah lounge.

Anyway, requests have been closed because I have been working on some pretty big personal projects. Currently, I am working on four books, three video games, and five youtube shows, among other things. I can't give the details on them nor why I am doing all this, but you'll find out eventually :P

If I had the ability and, especially, time to draw (decently), I would draw the hell out of what I want to see. First off, more Radarr pics, as well as Big Mac and anything else cool from MLPFIM.

I also recently saw a two-part episode of Legend of Korra. That Aye Aye Spirit is sexy as all getout! We need more of him on here!

On another note, I know I have not been consistent with my past promises (there's a shock), mainly due to RL stuff happening and such. Well, many things have happened, transpired, and evented. Many things are in the planning stages. Many things are being done. But, all in all, I have the next five years of major ideas mostly thought out.

But, to not bore you with THOSE details... just expect that within the next 5ish years, I will start a company, become more active on YouTube, and will have developed at least 1 game.

BUT ON TO THE NOW! As you may have noticed, I have uploaded several images in scraps. I am taking tonight to FINALLY upload more things, in hopes of getting more followers, and bringing everyone, current and future, to what I have paid for, requested, etc... Soon, I will post images of my life-sized and life-like Radarr dolls/puppets/plushies/whatever you call them.

The past two weeks, in detail...

-Last week...

*Got a 2003 Hyundai Accent on Tuesday. Parents paid cash for it, $4,300. Had 118K miles on it.

*On Wednesday night, my friend Lewis and I were talking about an apartment and set a time the next day to, after my first class, I would pick him up from his place (Lewis was sub-renting from his room-mate/best friends mother) and we would give it the look-through...

*Thursday morning, I called Louis and woke him up prior to my class. Sometime shortly after that, his friends mom, the true renter of the apartment Louis was sub-renting from, gave him until Sunday, because she wanted her daughter in there, basically kicking him out, this made the apartment chase more critical...

*Upon reaching the apartment after class, we realized that they have one three-room apartment up for grabs, to which, at the time, we had one known rival group to get it. 1,067 Sq. Ft. at $1,207 a month, with a minimum of three occupants on the contract.

*We spent the next several days finding, losing and looking for a third person. I discover that parents will not need me at the shop (I work for my parents at their electroplating company as the “everything man”), but that's a long story in itself that, other than the fact that I am now pretty much unemployed, is irrelevant to this matter. I took a picture of the now hiring sign in front of the New York Pizza Deli (N.Y.P.D.). They are going through a remodeling and are hiring servers, cooks and drivers. The only way to apply was to go to their Facebook and print out the two images of their application.

*We were supposed to get my new car, Vroom Vroom (VV), up to the mechanic for an oil change and a look-through on Friday, but that didn't happen and parent's postponed it until Monday. I set out and gathered applications from Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Louis and I continued our vain search for a third person...

*Over the weekend, I go to Monster and Careerbuilder websites and update my profile and resumes, as well as set daily emails to employers seeking people. I also filled out the three applications and attached my new resumes to them. Louis and I continued our search for a third person, now having gone through 10 people, two of which having been a couple.

**Sometime on Saturday, I had taken Louis to my place and he, mom and I went over the contract for the apartment. Later that night, and by that I mean Sunday morning, I took Louis back to my place in VV, then grabbed several empty cardboard boxes and loaded up dads car and took Louis home so he can pack.

**On Sunday morning, I picked up Louis and filled the SUV to the brim with his... everything pretty much. Drove from what was no longer his apartment just down the street from Hidden, which is three miles from my place in Yorba Linda, to his moms house out in Buena Park. (The exact details of the weekend are fuzzy, because the weekend is technically one 48 hour day, am I right?) While all this was happening, mom had one of her customers over whom was interested in buying her 2001 Beamer Convertable (which has been sitting in the garage for over three years due to an accident Jess got it into, which we have gotten nothing from him other than a “ill help pay to fix it” nothing from him other than words has come our way.) She set AAA to flatbed tow it to the mechanic on Tuesday, giving me a responsibility post-class for that day.

-This week...

*On Monday, parents took VV, leaving their car, a 2006 Accura MDX SUV for me for the day. I drov around, depositing the application/resumes to the three pizza places. They returned with VV later that day. However, by the time they got home, I was already gone and picked up Louis from his moms house out in Buena Park so he can make it to work (I am now his official driver it seems :P ) VV had a complete oil change, as well as replace a broken axle.

*On Tuesday, everything finally seemed normal until I noticed a HUGE, and I mean 4X3 feet fresh oil stain right under where my car was. I didn't notice this until I had gotten home from class. I parked out on the other side of the street and phoned mom at work, to which she smartly advised me to not drive it again. AAA came, but they wanted moms ID card, which they failed to tell her she needed to leave it with me. So they pretty much wasted everyone's time that day. Mom rescheduled the tow for the next day, as well as scheduled a tow for VV to get this oil problem fixed.

*Wednesday. Same guy from Tuesday came and we gave him cash to tow moms car. About 20 minutes after that, VV got towed. It turns out that something to do with the replacement of the axle caused a massive leak or something. The transmission was also clunky when it got to third gear, but we are waiting until its dangerous before we rebuild it. VV got all fixed later that day, and mom notified me that in order to get both cars home, they would need to take me in for work on Thursday, which means I need to wake up at 4AM, which would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that I had offered Louis a ride home from work, and he got off at 2... Good thing is, he found a third person, a couple, and even as I write this, they are sticking with us, which is good. That evening, I met (forgot his name) and went over the contract with him at the hookah bar and he signed it and all that noise. I stayed at Hidden Cafe until 11:30 PM. I asked Louis to find another ride but if he can't then I, as his friend, am here to help, then went home. When I had been home for about 10 minutes and had gotten moms coffee done (I set it up every worknight so my 71 year old trooper of a mother has at least one less thing to do in her insane life), Louis called me and said he was off, so then I was off to pick him up and drive him home, at least I wasn't going to have less than 2 hours of sleep, drive back and forth, then another two hours before I have to get up for work transport. All that happened, leaving me at home by 1AM, so I got three hours of sleep in total.

*Thursday. “Slept” in parents car riding to work and while at work. Woke up at 8AM to do homework, internet wasn't working, decided to just drive to FJC and do it on its wifi. Used my iPhones GPS to get me there, had NO idea where the hell I was going. Meanwhile, Louis was calling and texting me constantly. When I got to college, I finally called him back. He had found a craigslist post for a three-room apartment for only $700 a month, but the catch was the owner was on a church mission in Nigeria and wanted us to front the first $700 via Walmart money transferring service then he would fed-ex the keys to the place. I told Louis to call mom, which he did. I then called mom, verified that he had indeed called her, which he did, and mom said that even though it seemed very weird, I should go for it. The other part of that problem was the window we had was in direct conflict with my morning class. I made a call to use of of my three sick days (I had already used one for actually being sick, meaning this is my second sick day, my fourth means I'm kicked from the class). So I drove back to Buena Park, picked up Luis, backtracked back to parents work out in Pico Rivera (because I had forgotten the folder with the finished contract FINALLY done for the apartment), drove to a Chase bank branch so he can get his Social Security number, drove back down all the way to basically the other side of Orange County, filled in the last bits of the contract, then were informed that we make too much money to live in the low-income housing apartments by at the least $2,400 (basically, you need to be making barely enough to just survive to live in there). Luis and I then went to another complex, and the office was closed but according to someone whom was just getting back from their two hour lunch break, they had no rooms open anyway. I then drove Luis back home, then went back home. By the time all this crap was over with, it was 2PM. I had been on the road back and forth for over five hours... I also got my secret shopper assignment from FedEx and the two checks turned out to be fraudulent, so there goes that potential employment (damn scammers). And there was the past two weeks, in a nutshell...

I thank you all! I would go through EVERY plus watch AND favorite IF I haden't just spend about an hour updating the descriptions of my uploads on both Fur Affinity and DeviantArt, but, as I have spent so much time doing that. I can't...

As the title states, I just went through my gallery and updated many of the submissions I have recently posted with links pertaining to other works of either a commission set and/or further series/story involving them. So, as you may have seen, over the past several days, I have been partitioning the commissions I have had other wonderful artists, so far only works that  Lysozyme, do for me. I have also been doing this action on Deviant Art. I am thinking of finishing this project, at least most of it, tonight, because there are MANY, MANY other images I have paid for in the name of my personal wants and, more recently, needs (for the project I am working on).

Once I finish the commission dump, I will start to draw and submit works of my own, be them hand-drawn images, or literally works. As of finishing this journal, I will be open to anyone who would like me to draw stuff for them. For now, all commissions for me to draw will be absolutely free, unless the work(s) requested are extreme in detail (I'm not the best of artists, but I have posted something I have drawn, that pencil drawing I have on here).

Since I can prove legally that everything within its contents are MINE via the date published (if I do publish this tale on here...) I am wondering weather or not to post the story, either in segments... or the entire thing... I have no idea... What do you think?

On another note, the story will be a script for an upcoming project my Mechanics Team Leader and I are developing: a webcomic!

Thoughts...

1) I need to become more active in this community for various reasons. Reasons I will not disclose for some amount of time, but when I drop the news bomb on you... oh, you gamer furries will friggen flip...

2) As you may have seen, I just posted several commissioned art pieces. They will be deleted eventually. Why? Because for the next... however long it takes, I will be posting between 1-2 commissioned images I have commissioned from various artists in the community in chronological order, starting with a series of images I had an amazing artist known as Lysozyme do for me... back in 2002 (hey, I was still a sophomore in high school!).

3) In between these deposits, I will be practicing my artistic and writing abilities, for reasons related to what I hinted about in post 1 of this journal, and thus, un-disclosable. However, I do also need to work on my art so I can start off with my future project of initially starting a slew of free commissions (once I get my scanner to work), then starting to charge for my work once it stops being suck, therefore, bringing in much needed money to fund the project I can't refrain myself from punching you in the face with the unknown stick.

4) If anyone knows of a way for a 2012 Dell Windows 7 OS PC laptop to also run either Mac OS X or Windows vista (Mac preferred), please tell me! I have a youtube show I really need and want to restart, as well as other video projects I need to do. The only problem is Windows 7 only has Windows LIVE Movie Maker, not the original, and in WLMM, you can only edit in one specific way: the sucky way. In the old WMM, you can edit in timestream, not icons, and timestream is the way I am used to edit AND also the way the professional video editors edit. I prefer to have the possibility of Mac OS X so I can run Final Cut Pro, but, if not, WMM on Vista will be just as good. And Windows Movie Maker 2.6 IS better than WLMM, but the hotkeys are different and often require more than one key to be pressed in unison for a certain function to occur.

Anyway, enough of these thoughts, I have stuff to write and possibly sleep to get. If you want me to draw something (Will not draw anything hyper. Will not draw pedophilia. Will not draw Humans. Basically, anything socially illegal and non-furry is not in my repertoire) I will try my best. The only way I can post it, however, is by taking a picture of it with my iPhone once I'm done, and I will email you the image. I want to completely edit my submissions list so that it is ENTIRELY in chronological order, which means, everything on it now will be deleted once I have the first project listed done.

I find it laughable that some people would spend real life money on someone elses fursona, especially when its unoriginal like an anthromorphic horse or fox or something. Hell, its easy to create something like that then just sell it off saying "bla bla bla I don't use this guy bla bla bla $5" AND PEOPLE ACTUALLY BUY IT!!! OMG! Just take it, especially if its unoriginal, because there is no legal recourse they can do other than bitch and whine.

While were talking about other peoples works, the people who have already drawn commissions for sale up on FurBid of FurBuy... Just save the picture then print it out yourself, just saved you up to ~$50, and if it was more, then whoever is selling it needs to be incarcerated... Its easy to draw something in an afternoon and keep selling that pic because they can print out multiple copies of that.

Main point: Furries whom are practicing one or both of the situations I have bitched about are making money from you for doing pretty much ZERO work. Don't waste your money, people... think like a Jew...

offenses

1) wearing headphones while riding a bicycle, which is a pull over offense, but no ticket

2) riding a bicycle across the crosswalk against traffic. even if the walk guy is on, is a pull over AND tickatable offense

but the officer wasted 30 min of his and my time, meanwhile, there r people getting shot out there, and hes concerned about me riding a bike...

thoughts, anyone?

I am trying to find Radarr's voice. I know all he did was make animal noises and such in the Storm Hawks cartoon, but what would his voice sound like if he could talk? Any ideas about a voice editing program and/or what his voice would sound like? Keep in mind he is only 2'11" tall so I think he would have a cute high-pitched voice, and one of my friends says that it would be a bit gravely... Anyway, what do you guys think?

I want one! Someone make me one! :P
