Posted 14 years agoWell...almost three months into 2011 and things are not looking so good.
I found out that I'm not really over my ex. I walk into a chatroom and see that he's doing things with the local chat whore, and realize that it hurts me more than it should. I just hope in time that I fully get over him and not care about him anymore.
And I'm dealing with issues involving my job to the point that I had to talk with an investigator. I may or may not lose my job but right now, my supervisor told me I couldn't work for two weeks or until this whole thing blows over.
I've been majorly depressed lately and it just plain sucks. I kind of just want to crawl into a little whole until this whole thing passes, but I have other responsibilities to do.

You will be lied to.
You will realize that there are times you'll just have to give up on something or someone.
You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time.
You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You will realize that everyone is a hypocrite.
You'll fight with your best friend.
You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You'll realize that there is no such thing as a fairy-tale happy ending.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love.
So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every second you spend hurt, upset, sad, angry or in tears is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

A Look Back at 2010
Posted 15 years agoOn New Years Eve of 2009, I was fired from my old job. It was the first time ever being fired...and as they say...there's a first time for everything. I went into a state of depression, I couldn't get unemployment, I couldn't find a job, having real life issues, and then drama over online bullshit. 2010 was kind of a crappy year for me.
I originated from the old YiffStar's chat to the Yiffurs' chat after some drama with an old mate. If many of you remember that overly dramatic journal I wrote about what happened, this is what I'm talking about. Yiffurs kind of became my little safe haven for a while.
After Yiffurs shut down for a while, I went back to what is now called SoFurry. It was different....changed...and I thought the outcome of it would be different...meaning no more drama. How wrong I was.
I'm really not going to go into details on what happened with me and a mate that I still love, IC and IRL. Both of us were at fault...probably me more so than him....but it's uncertain. Anyways...It's only been a few days since he left me to pursue something better in his eyes...a furry chat site.
I've talked with a few people that have known him on the chat for a while....I was warned about the outcome of being with him....but I was stupid enough to think that it would work out in the end. And it didn't help that I was really paranoid, possessive, and controlling....I need to work on that a lot....especially this year.
This doesn't mean I'm going to be looking for someone else. After being hurt badly five times in the last three years...I'm going to hang up my towel and just relax for a bit...mainly spend time with my true friends on the net, take care of some RL stuff with family and friends, focus on getting a better job then what I have currently, and working to make myself a better person for myself.
I've realized who actually care for me, my best friend Nico, my next best friend and rp brother Dante, my spirit rp brother, Icey, another good friend and rp brother Rasconza, my Copyfox Maverick Skye, a really old friend Vicious, and a few others I've met along my journey these past few months, Lucien, Dank, Branden, Gospel, Car Fox, Kaitio, and others. I thank you for putting up with my shit and being there to listen to me rant and bitch...and being a shoulder to cry on during difficult times.
I really hope this New Year is better for me. I haven't had a good year in five years. And I really don't want to make this out to be a sob story or whatnot...I do apologize if it came out that way.
After being really depressed and upset from being tossed aside and abandoned by my recent mate, I've decided to not pursue a relationship for a while....IC or RL. I need some time to heal and reflect on my flaws with my previous relationships.
To help do that...I did have my account deleted on SoFurry...or accounts. I love that place but it's too drama-attracting...and with me being a Leo, I was up to my neck in drama...either caused by me or not.
I think I'm finished shedding tears for this male who seems to not know what he wants in his life. I think I'm ready to move on now with those who truly gave a damn and never gave up on me. I guess I should thank him in showing me a few things about myself and what I need to work on.
I know during the few weeks coming that my emotions are going to fluctuate from being happy to being very depressed. Maybe not as much as it's been in the past, but I know it's something I need to prepare myself.
I have a few New Years resolutions for 2011. One is to work on my behavior, try not to be so paranoid about things, and to lose a little bit of weight to feel better about myself. I hate being female and when you're depressed, food sadly becomes a source of comfort and I've gained some weight x.x
I wish everyone a Happy New Years for 2011. I hope to keep in touch with those I've met. With all this being said, feel free to comment or criticize, or give me some advice on how to reach my goals for this year.
