We, the undersigned, call on the record labels and members of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA)—including UMG, Capitol Records, Concord Bicycle Assets, CMGI Recorded Music Assets, Sony Music Entertainment, and Arista Music—to drop your lawsuit against the Internet Archive.

Your $700 million lawsuit, targeting the Internet Archive’s efforts to preserve and provide access to historical 78rpm records, is not just about music—it’s about whether our digital history survives at all.

These fragile recordings are part of a vanishing American culture. They capture early jazz, blues, gospel, and folk—voices and sounds that might otherwise be lost forever. The Internet Archive’s Great 78 Project seeks to preserve that legacy, and make it available for research.

But your lawsuit doesn’t just threaten these recordings. It threatens the very existence of the Internet Archive, including the Wayback Machine, a vital public service used by millions every day to access historical snapshots of the internet. Journalists, educators, students, lawyers, and citizens use the Wayback Machine to check sources, investigate disinformation, and preserve public accountability.

This lawsuit is an existential threat to critical infrastructure for the internet. At a time when digital information is being deleted, rewritten, and erased, preservation is more important than ever. We cannot afford to lose the tools that safeguard memory and defend facts.

We urge you to drop this lawsuit and support, rather than punish, the preservation of our shared cultural heritage.

I just went into my DeviantArt profile... and almost threw up.

I used to love deviant art. Well, my first step as a professional NSFW artist started there. wasn't safe from some bullshit but was really a nice place for me. Now all I can see is bullshit. profile posting random images from internet, AI, AI and more AI (theres even a paid AI creator from deviantart itself), memes...
And I know I can still find good people and clients there... but man... *sigh*

Message to my open commissions clients: I'm geting back to work today, and wont crazy rush to not mess arround the commissions, but I'm putting aside other things so I can delay no more. Please keep in mind I have a few commissions open. I just wanted you to know that I didn't vanish, your commission will be delivered.

and now just some words: I will try no to take long on this message, just want to express myself a little. I've been fucked up and have been fucking things up. I'm putting all together little by little, trying to do all at once just gave me mental unbalance, lack of peace. as the results I couldn't get new commissions in december and maybe half january, so I will be very short on money january and february (but I'm not too worried about that) and probably lost potential actual clients. worst of all I'm ashamed of myself, I don't want let people down. As I was talking to Targetzu - also, thanks for your support - working with FA commission is amazing, I would never change this for my past reality with shitty bosses that treat you like shit. So I know I'm not showing the respect and value this work and clients deserves. but I'm getting better.
This is not a new years resolution or some kind of this.. It's just part of a process I've being through since 2021 more or less. I'm fixing things up.

Anyway, overall, thanks for you comprehension, cooperation and patience

Lately, I've been dealing with people that shows interest in commissioning me but then stop aswering me. It happened 3 times in less then 30 days. So I will start to shitlist (this sound cooler than blacklist) these people. I'm in a really bad days, been get less commissions than I expected, money is geting worrying short and this actitude just make it all worse.

Just to make it clear, I DON'T MIND people giving up on commissions, it's totally ok and compreehensible! What I don't want is people that after show interest in commissioning me, just start ignoring me! For whatever reason is, I don't want that kind of client! Last week I even did some sketches before payment, for god's sake. after that, no more reply!

I need to make a TOS to clarify that.

Hey there! this journal is mostly to inform my going on commissions clients about a little delay on my work delivery. Some is already delayed and some new will barely delay.
So, I'm moving out to a house like 20 meters from where I lived. I have few stuff, so it's fast, but I'm moving stuff by stuffy carring them. Today I had internet instaled here, got some moving stuff, cleaning and protecting some big ass ants to enter my front door.
I guess by thursday I'm finishing it and relaxing a bit and friday I'm on my regular routine again.

Almost lost everything and a tip if you deleted files accidentally:

This monday I was out for breakfast and left my PC on. Took lot more time than I expected to get back home, was for 5 hours out. When I came back to star working ALL MY WORK FOLDER WAS GONE. Just gone. Everything else was there and there's no sign of malfunction on my computer at all.
Almost cried. But got fast at google and downloaded a file recovery program. It scaned and found as recent deleted files, the entire folder. I have no idea what happened but... my cat walking on my keyboard.
so the first tip is lock your computer when you're away. I used to do that before.. just lost the habit. with simple shortcut windows+L you lock it.

Well, first I coudn't find a free software untill I saw this Windows File Recovery. My life was saved, it recovered everything. But it came all mixed up, unorganized. looked for other program and found RECUVA, this one have the option to keep the file path when recovers it. all good now! phew, I can breath again

if you delete files and want to recover it:
- do NOT save anything at the partition where the files was
- download Recuva, good and free software.

and lock your computer when your away! if you have pets or don't. You could have asshole ghosts in your house.

It was a matter of time: the company where I worked for the last 9 years just closed doors and I no longer have a fix job. Bad news is that I fell very insecure sometimes in this situation. I have a very cheapy life - this job pays me less than 300 usd per month, so you may have a idea. With extra jobs + art commissions I can live ok enought. and now I don't have this regular incoming anymore

Good news is that I will have time and focus to my work as aizawasilk. And I wanted that for more than one year. Beside the time, my regular job really made me tired and stressed, so my work here wasn't all I wanted to offer.
Also I will be doing more stuff as my "Enterguy" alias, and keep aizawasilk for more kinky stuff I really like
