Commissions Update

Right, this is a bit of an update concerning the latest batch of commissions. Time has caught up with me, as well as rehearsals for two shows and training for more shows at my new post. Rest assured though, I am still on top of the current commission list, and all three should be completed by the end of March. Those three commissions are:
Hermes: Full Composition
Kaimana: Portrait
Rune: Portrait
As soon as I am done with those, I will open up commissions, most likely on the first or second week of April, for a new batch of three commissions, tops, with a one month completion plan.

Update and Season's Greetings!

First off, hope you fellas have had a wonderful Christmas time, and I would like to extend my wishes for a Happy New Year (given the current circumstances across the globe, it is something we could certainly make use of).
After this recent short break, I shall be resuming commissioned work and streams from tomorrow on, and I hope to be able to deliver the paintings in a timely manner, in respect to the strenuous schedule which is looming. But rest assured, the timeframe is working out, and there shall be more to come soon!
But for now, drink some Glühwein (or mulled wine, for some of us living in that Great British rock cast into the Atlantic), enjoy this precious time with your loved ones, and I shall keep you posted about progress; and stay tuned for the next commission slots, roughly towards January's end!

-I usually deliver my paintings within 1-2 weeks after I have received the idea and description.
-I accept payment after I have completed the painting to the customer's satisfaction.

Ewan there, quite graciously, posing, in order to give an idea.
American being a cinematographic term, which is a knees up shot, focusing mostly on the torso of the subject. Pin-up, being, well, a pin-up.

1) Completion: Within the month of November 2018 for all 4 (four) slots
2) Price: 70-110$, depending on character complexity and pose, please ask.
3) Payment policy: Payment on delivery; I would rather face an odd customer whom I need to chase down for them to pay for x-y reason, than me owing a painting, due to a fairly busy schedule. I also trust you lads. Payment done through Paypal, and paypal alone.

Update on the rant
Posted 8 years agoI have decided to delete my previous journal out of my own accord. For several reasons, all of them being a personal decision.
All I would eventually hope from the mods would be to stop playing fast and loose with the rules set by them.

1)Payment only after commission completion. To clarify, I will be sending a fairly low resolution picture once the project is complete and upon payment the full one. But I really want to finish the commission before I am paid.
2)Be patient. I am a professional actor, I may have rehearsals and shows, and shoots that may disrupt my painting schedule. This is the major reason I require payment after completion.
3)Communication. I would like a regular channel of communication with people who may commission me. I want to be able to provide the best possible painting, to my ability of course, and that requires feedback.
4)I reserve the right to turn down a commission if I believe that it does not suit my style. In fact, I may direct said commissioner to an artist who is far more capable concerning the subject.
5)I reserve the right to post or alter an image if the final result does not meet the customer's demands and thus they opt not to complete the payment.
