Corrie and I just got back from Arizona Fur Con today, and god damn it was a good time. ;v;

I suited around in Tayerr throughout most of the con, and she suited around in AJ, so if you saw "me" it more than likely was not me. xD Sorry to confuse y'all! But it was fun.

Had a random Denny's trip with mah group, Corrie and I jumped in the pool with our clothes on drunk, danced around so much last night that I fucked up my pelvis and back, was given weed candy, met a guy who works at Giant here in Sedona whom I had NO IDEA was a fur (Giant is where I loiter most days), I even got Corrie to run around in my suit at one point! I don't really remember much of what else I did due to intoxication, but all in all, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait for next year!

Just a quick update on some stuffs.

I'm going to be leaving for Colorado tomorrow night! (like 3:00am so technically Wednesday morning for y'all who take things literal)
We're going to be stopping in New Mexico for a night, then will arrive in Colorado on the 7th. (:

I'm going to be seeing my brother, niece and sister in law in Littleton that evening so I'm super excited for that.

The next day I will obviously be attending RMFC! I will be there the full 3 days. ^-^
I'm gonna be arriving early, but I will not have a place to keep my luggage or suit up until around 8:00pm, since Shortie and Coda have control of the room and they won't be arriving till then. But I will definitely be walking around out of suit, so keep an eye out for me! Let's chill.

After RMFC, I'll be picking up Samson either late on the 10th, or mid-day on the 11th. X3
I am so excited, I'm finally actually getting my service pup<3 I have everything prepared for him to make him feel at home.

Yes, I have decided to re-open chibi commissions.

BUT I am going to do things a little differently this time to avoid having people wait a long period of time for their artwork!

I am going to be taking one commission at a time, which means send me a note, or comment on this journal with your character reference sheet if you're interested in commissioning me for a chibi, and I will select one person at a time and note them with my PayPal info, finish their commission, then move on to the next one.

The point is, you will not pay for your chibi until I have finished the one commission I am working on.

Each chibi is $10, so if you want two chibis it'd be $20, 3 for $30, etc etc.

I only accept PayPal payments, sorry for any inconvenience!

Work has legitimately been my favorite thing lately, I absolutely love my job right now and everyone I work with. They're like a family to me and have been an amazing source of comfort. Has been putting me in a great mood lately. ;-; But it's also been getting in the way of commissions, I work 4 nights a week.

My days off usually consist of being taken somewhere randomly by a friend, not even planned ahead or anything. (Such as last night) BUT since I've gotten my sleeping schedule back on track and I have 3 days off a week, I should be able to start drawing again soon. :3

I appreciate everyone being so patient, but if it's been too long of a wait for you I absolutely do not mind refunding you and still doing your commission. (Since all sketches are done and I'd feel bad and even more unproductive if I didn't finish them. ;-; )

I found a pup and he's a male, born on January 6th, he's just a bABY AAAH<3
We talked to our landlords today and we have their approval. u wu
He's located in Snowflake, which is like two hours away from me but totally worth it.
I have him on hold and I'll be picking him up when he's ready to leave his mother.

I'm paying his fee, vet bills, training classes, food, absolutely everything. This dog is gonna be mine, and before I get all the comments telling me how active they are and how they need a job or sport, I have studied Border Collies and their requirements all these years of desperately wanting one, and I am extremely prepared and excited<3 I've already been offered to join the Flyball club in Mesa!

As for naming him, I have not decided yet.
I've had all these years to think of a name and I still haven't stuck with one yet. D:

Okay SO what's been going on is, I am no longer moving to Flagstaff this year. Sadly, things didn't work out.

So I got my shit job back at Marketplace Cafe and will be starting after I get back from California. (I will be gone the 29th-5th)

My new year's resolutions have changed by far since things didn't end up working out.

I am going to:

- Get my driver's license
- Earn enough money to move out myself by at least next Summer
- Attend desired fur cons this year
- Get Schad and possibly my Angel Dragon made into a suit
- Not take anyone's shit.

Furry related stuff is at the bottom of the list as of now..I really want to get the important stuff done before anything. :c (Driver's license, moving money, etc)

Do not ask about Indie, things are just a little tense between her and I right now but I'm sure we'll get through it eventually. (We are not in a relationship, and we never were so don't ask about that either.)

On a happier note, and I are more than likely going to meet this Summer. :'D

That apartment I talked about in another journal ended up being too small, so we're still driving up to Flagstaff almost daily looking at new homes, and they seem to be getting better as we look. But definitely more expensive, so wish us luck in finding work! x.x

As for commissions, I have not forgotten ANY of you. I always write down a commission on a list immediately after I receive payment, so you are definitely going to get your owed artwork. What made you choose the species of your main fursona?

I've gone through many different fursonas. Wolf, Jackal, Bobcat, Hellhound, Fox, Border Collie, Mutt, and then I was inspired to make a G Shep character while watching one of my favorite childhood movies, "All Dogs Go To Heaven" and based Mazie off of Charlie B. Barkin. Then eventually I changed her name to AJ and made her my main fursona around mid 2011. I've kept her ever since. :3

I would say so. o: Though of course I don't have big floppy ears and a tail lmfao my fursona is me, but I am not my fursona.

We think we found a place to live, A really nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a deck, nice living room, and a view of the Purina factory. xD that's not too bad though, the rest of the view is really nice but it wouldn't matter much anyway. uwu

We have two other homes to look at tomorrow, we're hoping my parents like at least one of them, I'd rather live in a house than an apartment. One is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom 2 story house. The other is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 story house over looking the golf course, it's a really nice neighborhood and I'm hoping the house looks just as good!

All three places are in our price range so I'm super excited to see what we end up with<3

I'm also looking for a job, preferably night shift. So we'll see how that goes!
