It's been forever since I've felt in tune with the furry community.

I used to love yiffing ._. FF14 is a different kind of adult community.

This one time, I tried to strike it out on F-List Chat, but nothing came of it.

Figured I would blindly post here - where yet still, nobody visits. Any cute furry studs, babes, ferals or inbetweens out there, and wanna have a yiff friend - or a regular friend, really - leave a comment or throw a Note.

Sorry! Been lost in Final Fantasy XIV. And I mean that quite literally. I have not been active in the furry community, and have been drifting far more towards gamer/hentai/closed community culture. Strangely enough, the thing that drew me back in was two things: one, a friend of mine wanted to use F-list for their kink sheet. And it made me remember... huh... right, yeah! F-list has a chatroom where I could get to know people and yiff strangers. Something I always wanted to try in my heyday but never got down to. Second was... egh, you know, this sounds stupid. But a friendly fur stumbled upon my old writing and gave it a favorite. Made me smile more than I thought it would.

And that's saying something, considering the things I've been through. I've become more jaded and distant since I was in the furry community. I mean I am here, yeah, but... catching dust mostly. Focusing on ERP, playing FFXIV while always self-insert RPing. Or when it's not that, I'm just living life as usual. Getting by. Sticking to myself...

... I should read back on my journals and written work.

Hey guys, this post sort of aims to make it clear that I'm just a watcher. I watch, search for and appreciate furry art. Recently, it's been really varied and perhaps not only limited to drawings.

As a baseline I do prefer comic or animé style drawings of furries, but I have gotten new interest in 3D models as well as finding newfound appreciation for sketches of any kind. I do not draw myself, but I realize that the first stepping stone for an artist is to make sketches. These barebones works have the most room for improvement so it is the best place to begin improving as an artist. Cause everything else (colors, extra linework, methods, etc.) builds upon the first few lines made. 3D models are a slightly different can of worms, but I have seen both good and bad models. There's a lot of stuff to get down correctly too and I was surprised to find myself extremely liking 3D art that was well-made. (Shout-outs to Demetrah and Ex-26, if you're reading this ;3 )

So I browse around, see art that I like, comment on that art (maybe give constructive criticism if necessary) and then perhaps follow. Most frontpage stuff that I click on, I generally start following. Not a lot catches my eye on the frontpage cause the whole frontpage itself is stupidly done, but that is a journal for another day...

If you see me comment on art, this journal will be a good explanation as to why I do it. Fewer and fewer viewers reach out to earnestly give opinions on art, because most people don't know what to say other than "love it". Maybe there is not much else that needs to be said, but maybe the extra words and criticism helps the artists (with their chronical self-esteem problems hehe).

That is why I browse this site. I aim to help you guys - the backbone of the furry community.

If I could only use my skills to edit this piece of text in a way that better conveys my frustration...

This is a little disturbing.

I relate myself far too much to Heisenberg of late. Y'know... the meth guy. I hear my thoughts in his voice, I feel the bland distance in the pain of inevitable loss, I get the urge to stand up and take strict action.

It's another one of those... schisms. I guess you can say. One where you overthink it and take many steps in a direction you don't even see. Why do we get inspired? Why do we like that guy? Why do we feel the need to be that guy?

Hello everyone.

Bringing you a quick effective update on my writing. Right now, I am busy with writing a special novel for my love. Aside from that, I am working on a side story based in my OC universe, it's another adventure. Aside from that, I currently have 5-6 roleplays active, not including the one I am doing with my fiancé. And I also have a job, so my free time is very limited.

I am uploading the first part of the new adventure to keep you guys sated. Thanks for reading and thanks for showing interest in my work. :)
