Another year is about to pass me by, soon I will be 30 (huzzah for gay death). This year has been a rough one, between family issues, I have had to say good bye to a good number of people in my life I never expected to loose. But people change over time and sometimes its for the best other times its not.

Still 30 is a pretty big number for me. It marks a significant mile stone since my operation that almost made living impossible to do.

Still I have made some progress in life. I recently started a new position within my company which allowed me to purchase a new vehicle, its a really fun little car. I also applied for a management position that would be one step further up the ladder to being able to have reach a relatively decent living. Even if i dont get it I will be able to continue on my current path and make that same living.

Sadly still single, been a long time since I have actually dated any one either, (with the exception of one person) but I am not disheartened really, I tend to be rather picky and I am not sure where I will finally lay my head for the remainder of my stay on this planet ( was thinking NH or Colorado eventually) So this year should prove interesting and pretty vital considering my plans.

So here is to another year, and the 30 ones past, and many more to come!

Originally I did not plan on going to furfright but my manager came up to me and said he would be willing to give me some time of in October before holiday season really hits so I can relax and de stress. So if you are attending Furfright this year and want to meet up/hang out let me know!

In other news my lease is almost over (will expire in november) So i am looking for a new apartment. Some plans fell through so I will be staying in Vermont for another year. Not sure if my current roommate will be joining me or not so I have started looking for a 1br apartment around the williston area if you happen to know of any good places send me a note so i can check them out!

Other then that I have just been working a ton and trying to keep my head on and deal with my check engine light XD

After an awesome weekend of celebrating  CaptainMaggot 's graduation I am back in Vermont!

Things in the apartment are shaping up enough for me which means I can now host meets!

So every Monday I am going to be doing a walking dead (season 3) meet between 7-8pm!

Drove to Maine on Friday so spend the weekend at  spazotter for his birthday and It was awesome. Nothing but good people, laughs, and food food all weekend long. Saturday we celebrated the otters birthday by having him cook for us (bit backwards but the food was delicious) afterwards we sat around joked, gamed a bit, and  fyrdawg held the otter so I could give him his birthday spankings. I still owe him a few in fact :p

Sunday spaz and I went out for a dinner and a movie. He took me to a small Japanese restaurant (called Ginza town, I highly recommend it) and I tried Pho for the first time, and it was delicious. Though he ordered a bowl of eel and I kept eying that through out the meal because broiled eel is freaking amazing.

Finally saw the hobbit after months of waiting for it with  spazotter and It was pretty good. Though it dragged on a lot you could definitely tell that Peter Jackson is intentionally adding filler to split this movie into three parts. Over all it is worth seeing. Sadly I had to see it in 3D as it was the only showing and man that shit hurts my eyes >.< over all I give the movie a 7.5/10

Monday I headed for home 4.5 hour drive took 5.25 hours because snow made the roads slippery as all hell. But I made it home safe and sound. Where I unpacked and got my apt back up and running.

Which brings me to my next point: The Walking Dead Returns in Feb

I plan on hosting a viewing once a week (mon-friday) when I have a day off during that week. All are welcome. PM me or txt me for further details.

I plan on hosting a monthly dinner meet starting Feb or March (depending on how it is received). The concept is that every one picks a meal, the most popular one wins. You rsvp and choose an item/ingredient from a list. Then when every one shows up we make a home cooked meal. Further details on this to follow!

Started my new job but dont have a place to stay so i have to commute 5 hours a day. I really hope one of the apartments I applied, to calls me back

All in all it was a fun con, though things felt a bit off this year, and I am not sure why. I think its because lately my life has been moving at 900 miles per hour the con seemed to move slow in comparison.


Any way attended a room party with:  chainerprime  chazzfox  irime  salempardus  poprockgrey and a couple others. Was an interesting night....I say interesting cause apparently pop rocks wants ice in her butt :p Twas a fun night and even more fun in the morning while we went to Ihop and I discovered a huge blonde hair wrapped around my bacon *gags* To which they never apologized just stated that it would be removed from my bill after I stated I did not want a redo.....bitches

Of course I spent a lot of time with my little otter bff  spazotter cause you know he is a silly little thing and must be looked after. Guy tries to hit people with rocks >.>

Spent some time in the gaming room, with Tasha Bear. Also made her laptop work with the stupid hotel wifi.

Caught some of the rocky horror show but left when i started to get board. Yea I know I am weird.

I am sorry that this year I did not catch up with every one I meant to *big hugs to all the ones I missed*

Sandy kind of cut the trip short, had to leave earlier as I had to get a job application in for a much higher paying job, and that vagina was gonna dump all over us.

Couple things this year kinda pissed me off. One was the quality inn, who gave us the con rate when we signed up for the hotel but then charged us 140$ a night.....well shitty. The girl at the desk had this little piece of paper taped to the desk with the rates penciled in on how much it is a night, plus x amount of dollars for each person beyond the first. Shady as all fuck, but w.e next year main hotel.

Another thing that kinda erks me is the amount of complaints people are coming to me with. I will reiterate what I said on twitter While I am happy to let you lean on me and vent I am not on staff nor am BFF's with any one with the power to do something. please bring complaints/issues to staff so they can resolve them. I understand the Dorsai were out of control this year but Tell that to the con STAFF. if they get enough complaints they will either A kick the Dorsai in the nuts or B. Re examine their roll.

I had a good time here in New York. Have a good job good friends, loving gf, and a nice place. But as the title suggests all good things must come to an end. Lease will be up in less then a week and I was unable to secure a full time position that would allow me to secure a place on my own, and I was unable to find a reliable roommate. My manager is awesome and did what he could to help keep me at the store, but he could not give me full time hours. So I applied to work at a different store. Day later they called back and offered me a position after speaking to my manager. Well that is odd I thought. No interviews and I get a full time position? let me think about it....GIVE IT TO ME!! In all seriousness I took time to talk with my brother, whom I would be rooming with. I weighed my options carefully, but the thought of having full time benefits and 35-40 hours of week, and being closer to family beats sleeping on some ones couch with my stuff in two or three places while I find a place unsure whether or not I can find an affordable place.

So I shall be moving to the Burlington/Williston area of vermont fairly quickly. They want me to start right after FurFright so until i get a place I shall be commuting, sadly that's 4 hours a day :( So hopefully I find a place quick! Wish me luck guys I move next week!

Relationships seriously are. Even months after they seem to be poison me.

It has gotten to the point where I am starting to forget what Love feels like. Each time I try to feel it something happens that just prevents me from taking that leap. Shitty part is I really want to, perhaps I am just afraid of getting hurt again so I tie that feeling down. Part of it could be that I see things here and there that remind me of past relationships and that causes me to withdraw. One thing is for certain I am really fucked up. My mind is a gigantic cluster fuck of emotions and I can not sort them out.

In other news it looks like Maine is not going to work out. My possible roommate and I received word a day or two ago that an apt that we could afford and was pretty much perfect for us was taken. We had scheduled an appointment to see the apt but apparently some one else put down a deposit so we lost it. So atm maine is out of the question.

Some of you are raising your hands and yelling "YES" well don't. I a still trying to get the hell out of NY. Burlington Vermont was my back up plan and depending on what goes on there I might be relocating to VT instead. If that falls through I will try to find an apartment in NY which means I shall be looking for roommates come October or a place I can afford on my own.

Why do I still want to leave ny? well I though I had ironed somethings out but it seems there is still huge cluster fuck of hell and I am just tired of it. Each time I think its sorted out a new round of wtf explodes. I already wiped my hands clean once from it and that did not end so well for me.

But here is hoping the weekend and canoe trip brightens things up for me!

Each year has started coming and going so fast. It is pretty much that by the time I am ready to slowly sift through each day the entire year has passed by.

A lot of amazing things happened this year and a lot of bad things happened as well. Currently right now its pouring like all hell outside. Which is a good thing, we desperately need the rain.

I met a lot of awesome furs this year, held a lot of meets that were just epic. Thank you guys for making them a huge success! Still a couple more months to go which means more meets, so stay tuned for the details!

Anyway as of today I am an old man of 28 :p Happy B-day to me!

This is getting ridiculous , my stress level is at an all time high and nothing i do seems to cut into it.

My roommate is still being the same ass that he has always been. We have been fighting none stop and each time he promises shit will change but nothing ever does, and he tells me he is sick of how things are between us but does not do anything to change it. And he makes living here unbearable. So the one place I am supposed to be able to come to and not have stress follow me

Work is stressing me out, it's gotten to the point I am jaded. I just go for the paycheck not because I enjoy it. I show up do my job and 9 times out of 10 I watch my co-workers do nothing leaving me with not only my work but theirs are well.

My grandfather is in and out of the hospital, he has been complaining of sever neck and head pain. My grandmother cannot function with out him and family members are already bickering about inheritance.

I recently went to Vermont to take care of somethings also it would help relieve the stress my roommate was handing out. Instead i was greeted by my father, whom is extremely thin and shakes but refuses to go to the doctor's. My mother is worried to death about him but can't get him to go.

Bottom line FML
