Posted a year agoWith the upload of Xenogard, that finishes the Paldex from the Sakurajima update. Hopefully that gives me a bit of a respite before next big expansion :P

Paldex completed
Posted a year agoWith the upload of the Bellanoir piece, the (at time of writing) entire Paldex has been drawn, one pic a day for 112 days. I think that I've had a lot of progression during the journey, at the very least in de-rusting and improving comfort with the tools.
It was a fun (if sometimes stressful) venture that kept me drawing almost every single day (I had a few done as a buffer before I started uploading).

Posted 6 years agoRealized that the latest FoE update was not publicly available. Before you get excited, this is a bug fix over 0.4.22 (fixing the issues with questioning the lagomorphs), and was initially released late 2018.

Posted 12 years agoNot much going on atm, enjoying my vacation with family and friends. I've put out a few pieces of art in the last couple of days (the contribution to the Doug Winger project and the Xmas pic), but I'll need a bit of a time-out in order to do some personal projects before I get back on commissions and working on FoE.
As for FoE, I need quite a bit more writing before the Burrows dungeon is ready to be fully fleshed out; it's going to be quite a beast once I'm finished with it! So far, I've got roughly 25k words written.

* Removed the ability for the screen to overflow (restricting the page size to the canvas).
Combat stuff:
* Changed combat calculations (still needs a lot of balancing)
* Added hit/miss for physical attacks
* Reduced the effectiveness of lust attacks
* Removed the loss-by-lust, lust is used as combat resource for powerful attacks instead
Added four special attacks:
* Bash - Hits for slightly higher damage, stuns enemy. Lower accuracy
* Pinpoint - Hits for higher damage, with higher accuracy
* Pierce - Hits an enemy's weak point, ignoring part of their defense
* D.Attack - Attacks an enemy twice, with lower hit chance (two separate hits)
All attacks drain your SP. The player has all four for now, and I gave one of each to each of the enemy types
Added four attack spells:

* Freeze - Ice, focuses on piercing enemy defense
* Shock - Thunder, slightly weaker, but adds a small stun effect

* Added dialogue and more detailed text to the nomad camp, and the camp chief.
* Added another prototype NPC, Estevan the satyr hunter (not implemented yet)
* Added some dialogue for Kia/Kai
* Added loss scenes for the equine encounters
* Added a new mob, the lizard, to the desert
* To make it easier to view loss scenes, I added a submit button to combat
* To make it easier to view win scenes, I added a cheat button to combat (only in debug mode)
* Added saving to file using a php backend (will only work with the online version)
* Added loading from file (works both off- and online)
* Toggle to remove avatars/pictures

* There is now two different portraits for the main character, one male and one female. Both are kind of ambiguous. This will have to do until I implement a proper CV style portrait.
* Debug button in credits/data that adds 50 to all stats, allowing you to maul pretty much anything. Debug also reduces the cost of all items to zero.
* Fixed bird bug
* Fix starting stats (cock length starts at 15cm)
* TF framework is slightly changed. It should no longer be possible to get negative cock length from overuse of leporine, for example.
* Imps no longer lose their virginity all the time.
* A growth stat added. Old saves will have a new oppurtunity to apply Uru's gift that includes this. When a stat has a higher growth, each stat point added will increase it slightly more (2points -> +3 instead of +2)
* Fixed a clitCock save format bug. If you started as a herm you may need to restart your character for everything to work as intended.
* Fixed a bug in the save format with the weight/height.
* Made the UI slightly more tightly packed and reduced the resolution. The game should now be playable on a 1280x720 screen without getting any scrollbars. Tested in fullscreen mode in Firefox and Chrome.
* The UI move-around allows for showing up to five party members and enemies at once. Larger party!
* Two new background colors added: Light (low opacity) and None (no solid bg color). It is also possible to set a custom color.
* Added ability to set a custom font/font size
* Slightly improved appearance screen (now applies to Kia/Kai too)

- When either of the imp scenes are finished, the demon will offer to "sexually improve" your body. You can use this gift up to 3 times.

Life update #45
Posted 12 years agoSup people, been generally offline for the past week, busy moving to new apartment. Things are beginning to look a little less like a meteor crater here, so I will probably resume regular updates soon.
On the TODO list:
* Finish commissions
* Write content for FoE (mainly environment descriptions and interactions with Kiakai and the Nomad camp)
* Implement some better combat in FoE
* Do some random arts
* Play some games and chill

Posted 12 years agoDid some more gui restructuring and tweaked how combat works. Some new additions here are semi-working tease (at full lust, enemies have a 25% chance of losing their turn), and a healing ability for Kia/Kai (costs 10 sp). Eventually I plan the healing spell to be available outside combat too, but for now it is just available in combat.
I added enemy portraits for all enemies currently in the game.
You can try out combat if you go to the crossroads and press the fight button. There are currently two encounters, but there are no intro or win/loss scenes for any of them atm.
Fighting and winning adds experience (to not fallen characters) and coins. Getting enough experience will cause you to level up. You can view and increase your stats in the Party->[character]->Stats/Level up menu. The numbers 1/1 in the lower left of a character portrait indicates current level and sex level (not used atm). If the text is green, this indicates that you have pending stat points.
Next update will actually have new content, promise!
