The few people who talked to me about this over DM and with the views expressed in the comments of my last journal I decided to keep this profile up for now. But my original statement and purpose stands. I won't be active as much on FA, Flist, DA, etc. I already created and am investing into a whole different kind of profile and work. So...I thought about. It's been almost exactly five years now as a furry. I've asked around, I talked to people, and it looks like frankly...I haven't made any meaningful relationships. More harm then good to my life has come from being a furry, so as of right now I am stepping back. I am going on pause and not sure if I'll return. I might delete my account, all of them. In the past, to make a long story short. I hated Patreon, I found some artists abusing it in a way where they put all of their work on there, or censored alot of their now "free art" and you had to pay to see naughty bits. To me that is silly, unfair, and detrimental. If you don't show any or such little bits of your work publicly, who will support you?

I found artists who found a way that makes me love Patreon. They have mass public works, but they have private sketches, stories, comics, things like that, exclusive to Patreon. They still release these works later for everyone, but months later, not limiting themselves to hiding all of their work with a false ideal of self importance. They have patreon so that people can get early access and exclusive content rather than "you need to pay to be my fan" idealism.

Long story short, don't have patreon if all your work is on there and you don't release it all, patreon works best when you use it for loyal fan who just wanna show support and enjoy rewards for that support.

#2 Blind Dates by Nickylion - When I first took a glance at this story I thought it was gonig to be something short, sweet, to the point, in a word, cute. But as it was written by someone who in the past had shown greatness in his ability to portray hypnosis, I read on. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. I found this story not only to have some of the most perfectly written hypnosis scenes I ever read, but the story line, the wonderful and playful kinkiness that fills the text, all of it rolling together to pull at number two of my top five favorite list of stories. It nearly made number one, save for the fact that anubuskiren pumped out so many high quality works I could not give up that title. However, this one piece of work, alone, creates the most erotic, well drawn, and delightfully quenching scenes I have ever read, painting vivid pictures in my mind, and thus making it so high on my list. Well done, Nick!
