I've missed drawing and the artsy community!!
I've been wildly busy, first with finishing my master's degree, and then with a full-time (unpaid ;-; ) internship that I'm not even allowed to talk about.
But here were are! Unemployment has bestowed its gift of free time to me!
And while I've been lacking in inspiration for drawing the past few years, the one thing that without fail stirs my brain is Eurovision...don't ask me why, but it gets me itching to pick up my pencil (foreshadowing for the upcoming addition to my gallery).

i'm currently preparing for an entrance exam for my master's course starting next month, so sadly i don't have much time to dedicate to art or being chronically online at the moment ;-; hopefully once term begins and i've moved in, i'll be settled enough to get back to art <3
i've become completed enamoured with animal crossing new horizons over the past few weeks, although time to play is scarce ;n; i have installed a web extension that reads out everything i type in 'animalese' so i'm still getting a decent dose of animal crossing in this way. highly recommended! (search 'animalese' on the chrome store)

first journal in quite a while, but i got a new cartillage piercing yesterday and was just curious if any friends on here have piercings?
if so, does your sona share these piercings?
i've got two in each of my lobes, one helix, one upper lobe/lower helix (the new one <3) and a septum piercing (the wonkiest placement ever, but i still love it!). my sona has all of these included in her design (need to draw the new piercing the next time i draw her!), but she doesn't share my tattoos because i'm not really sure how that would work on a cat...and i think her fur pattern is already busy enough without tattoos to complicate matters.

i know i've been a bit inactive of late, but i thought the festive season would be a great time to explain my absence whilst wishing you all a very happy christmas and a fantastic new year! ( ˙▿˙ )
basically, i've started my first full-time job this year, and as i'm still finding my feet in some ways, i'm not finding it too easy to find down-time to work on my art as much as i'd like to...however, i do hope to keep posting throughout the year, albeit somewhat irregularly (ง ื▿ ื)ว
2021 was the year i rediscovered my passion for digital art, and it also happens to be the year that i'm graduating from my 10-year-old graphics tablet to something a little more modern, courtesy of my partner ❤ (ɔˆз(ˆ⌣ˆc) the old tablet certainly served its purpose, but i look forward to using something that will actually be compatible with windows 10 and have some new features to explore, and hopefully allow me to push my art further!

i love halloween personally <3 i'd love to read up about samhain one of these years and celebrate it properly, reconnect with my gaelic roots a little (i'm so ignorant about the cultures and traditions of that part of my heritage ;-; )

It'll be an NSFW scene, and bidding will start at $30, with auto-buy at $50. It will feature a full colour and shading scene of two characters, and a detailed background.

I thought it was well past time for a new journal, since my last one was posted in 2018 (yikes!). I post somewhat infrequently, but recently I've had a bit more time to work on drawing, and I'm hoping to share a lot more of my current art ♡(ᐢ ᴥ ᐢし) If you're new and not sure what to expect from me, I mainly draw furry art (SFW and NSFW), and sometimes anime(-esque) characters too. I'm just a hobbyist, so expect to see plenty of mistakes. I welcome criticism because I'd love to improve in my skills.
