Hey all.

Due to some financial stuff that's gonna be coming up, I'm checking to see if people are interested in a YCH idea.

I was thinking of offering a list of ideas I've got knocking around as YCH's. People can pick which one they like and then would get a 5k story based around that premise. I'd be okay with changing a few small elements, but the idea is to keep them simple and straightforward enough to write a fun scenario and also get enough of them out quickly to cover bills.

What do you think?

Well I've got Covid. What fun.

I'm all moved into my new place and stuff is being sorted. Gonna open up some commission slots for some 5k word stories soon to help pay for the costs of hammers, cabinets, and the truck I drove off that jump to get my stuff into the apartment faster. I'll be posting a journal later about it once I get the time to work on it and get my computer out from under the truck.

The original ending was alright, but I felt it needed a bit of a change. I didn't like how Raleigh just lost all that weight. Felt like there was no consequence to what happened. So I changed it. Hopefully people will like the change. Plus, it gives Ruby a chance to go out and do her own thing someday. Lemme know what you think!

This year has been pretty rough for a lot of folks. Many have been, and still are, dealing with terrible situations. I wish everyone who's going through a rough time good fortune and the strength to see these tough times through. I think you're all strong enough to handle anything that comes your way!

As for myself, I plan to do more with my writing and creativity this year. I want to go beyond just writing stories and such. I want to get into streaming RPG stuff, whether it's D&D or some other tabletop game. I've been running games for D&D for over a decade now and I think I can do more with it.
