COMIC COMMISSIONS
-The initial price plus the extras will be the basis for calculating the extra price of each additional panel, each additional panel will have a cost of 60% of the price of the first panel.
*Extras such as background and character complexity will be discussed while applying for commission.

My bunny passed away
Posted 9 months agoYesterday, one day after the veterinary hospital give to me my rabbit from another surgery, he passed away before noon on Wednesday, I was out doing some work, at lunch my brother gave me the news of my rabbit's death.
He seemed fine the day before, I had even gotten him a new, more spacious cage, and although they had completely removed his right jaw, he seemed fine, he was eating and moving around his cage, on the morning before I go out I check him and he looks like be resting on his side but he be moving and looks normal.
The veterinarians who treated him were affected to know that my rabbit died. He seemed to be recovering well from his illness caused by a bacteria that is very aggressive (Actinomyces neuii/naeslundii). Since 10/10/24 he was under treatment and lived until 1/22/25. My rabbit was about 4 years old.

Posted 9 months agoI apologize for the lack of activity and slowness in completing commissions, I’ve been a bit anxious about things that have happened to me: a few days ago I was able to get my motorcycle driving license (in my country in February they will require permits and insurance policies that will make riding mopeds almost as expensive as motorcycles but without being able to ride on the highway).
My rabbit came back with his infection again after his front teeth were removed (it was necessary because he had a malocclusion), yesterday they called me that they had to operate on him again because an abscess that was supposed to be healed had grown back.
I have to make a device for a company where a friend of mine works which has a delivery date for the end of this month.
All this has made me somewhat anxious and tired, and I have hurt my back and neck while drawing. I am looking for a way to organize my desk more ergonomically so as not to hurt myself while working.

Several things have happened that weren't very encouraging for me. Lately, right after visiting my grandmother on October 7th, my rabbit looked a little sick. The following week I took him to the vet and it seemed that he had anemia and a respiratory infection. I paid a little over $300 for his blood tests and medicines. Since then, I have been taking better care of him and medicating him. I paid for another visit and it seemed that my pet was getting better although he still had the infection. I continued medicating him and he got better, but on the last visit to the vet they detected a lump in his jaw. I immediately went to have x-rays taken and today as I write this, I will go to a veterinarian to have him checked out and probably have my rabbit undergo surgery.
Apart from that, I have been freelancing at an audiovisual company with somewhat heavy 12-hour days, trying to be on time for my rabbit's medication, which is every 12 hours. My moped had a minor failure in the front brake pump which forced me to invest more money (I almost had an accident because of the failure)
A lot of things have happened in a short time, all of this happened in the same week, which has discouraged me a lot and has made me invest money. At the moment I still don't know how much the surgery for my pet will cost, but I hope everything goes well.
I hope you can understand the cause of the delays in rewards and commissions. I hope to return to normal soon. Thank you very much for your support.

Posted 5 years agoI am happy to report that the problem with my drawing tablet I already solved it, apparently the digital pen get defective and I had to buy a new one, it was the last one in the store, at least it cost $20 not much money :3

A big problem
Posted 5 years agoI'm sorry to announce this but today I had problems with my drawing tablet, while I was drawing.
I started having hardware failures, some areas of the tablet stopped being recognized, I thought it was something from the software until I saw that the light from my tablet It turns on when you bring the digital pen closer, it turns off while the sttylus is pressed.
I'm quite worried about this, I hope I don't have to buy a new drawing tablet, apart from the fact that drawing is the only thing that is generating money at the moment ...

Posted 5 years agoHello I want wonder something.... in my country (Costa Rica) for taxes They ask you to make an electronic invoice for any service to collect taxes, including my drawing commissions ... the big problem is that in order to make the invoice they ask me for information about the client such as their name (real) , their ID (international too) and the email.
And the big question ... you gonna give your real name to a commissioner and your ID?
Would you agree with that?

What sofware for drawing

I was wondering what software is better and more complete to draw more seriously, I use paint tool sai 1.2.2 its gread and fast to draw but I think in this sofware some things are missing I see paint tool sai 2 but I dont know how much better is it.
by other hand I see some use paint Clip studio paint pro and want to know what its the experience with thad sofware ...
with the commissions that I have achieved I can buy a software of these but I do not know which is the best, Could someone tell me their experience and help me choose?

which is the best resolution for drawings?
Posted 7 years agoI have noticed that some use somewhat high resolutions, but I am not sure how well or heavy the image becomes, I usually use resolutions of 1600X1200 pixel 300 pixel/inch

1-) Take into account that this is art trade not a free commission
2-) you must do your part of the trade first
3-) If you are asking for something very detailed, keep in mind that I will ask for something detailed as well, it is an exchange remember
4-) You can participate in any level of drawing, I will adapt to that based on the effort you have put into the trade
5-) I can reject some drawing themes so first ask me if I agree
6-) have fun :)

Posted 7 years agomaybe someone noticed my absence here (maybe not) the first of this month I went to the hospital for a pain in my belly, I ended up with appendicitis, they operated on me and I stayed in the hospital for four days and now I at home
