My liver doesn't count. Anyway I made it home, thanks to everyone who offered a room, a ride, support and everything to help me keep some last shred of sanity. Now then, FM was a ton of fun, even though it has turned out to be my most expensive con to date! Met lot of new friends, saw old ones from last year, drank my fair share, helped out where I could and had lots of fun!

Next will be MFF though how I will get there and where I will be staying is still a mystery, as usual. If I can manage the cargo I was wondering if anyone would be interested in seeing a super hero come to MFF this year? Just an idea i had banging around in my skull while at this con and the week following it. The hero will embody pretty much what you would expect coming from me and I think it would be fun! Let me know if anyone wants to see it and I will do my best to work it up soon!

Right so another MCFC is over and I made it out alive, barely. I had a lot of fun catching up with old friends and making new ones, as usual. Thanks for the people that helped me have a great time, had room space, and drinks of course!
As an update, I did actually have a concussion from a certain incident where I happened to sober up, just for a little while! Feeling better and not dizzy or nauseous anymore and would like to thank anyone that helped me recover/get drunk again afterwards! I have learned my lesson, no more being sober at conventions, its waaaay too dangerous!

So what's in the flask? This MCFC I will have a large selection of whiskeys and other brews made with corn to fit the theme. I will have a blackberry mix with moonshine, whiskey and brandy, and maybe a juice with it. Then of course can't forget the good stuff, Tennessee whiskey in the big bottle to make sure I can fill the flask, possibly mixed with something else to help fill it out and give some flavor. There will also be a mix of caramel, honey, and maple whiskeys mixed together. So if you like whiskey stop on by, I will be in my normal clothes, so you know, fitting into the theme just by being normal me. For those who maybe don't care so much for whiskey I will try to find some other brews to mix up, haven't quite decided what yet, but by tonight I will have an idea. Right so finally sobered up to message thin's! I really loved FM 'n had a lovely shore leave thar. So many buckos 'n drinkin' pals, barnacle-covered 'n fresh alike. Also so many lost mateys, but alas they did their part 'n got me 'n fellow sea dogs jolly 'n topsy turvy. I look ahead to returnin' next year 'n seein' all ye pirates again, if i don't find ye before then. Some highlights 'o th' Con were th' pool, helpin' folks to their bunks, 'n th' great ship th' crew had.
I be extra glad that ye swabs enjoyed me mixtures which be becomin' a thin' anymore, though i did seem to keep all th' straight spiced rum to meself, not on purpose mind, just sort 'o happened i swear! Mostly because i drank it handsomely.

Also big news, as in my flask sized news: After many long years and great cons and parties I have decided to officially retire my giant flask! dun dun DUN! Yes that is correct my giant half gallon flask is now simply a decorative item, no longer able to sustain the Nectar of the Gods and after struggling for so long I believe it is finally time to place it upon the shelf and admire the glorious times we have had together in the past.

And because I am a whore like this, I have even BIGGER news to reveal to any whom shall see me at AC this year! DUN DUN DUUUUUUN!

So did anyone catch the license plate number of that convention that just floored me? So many things happening and not enough time or days for the doing of stuff! It took way too much time for me to find everyone with how busy and how much wandering I was doing and if I didn't find you I am very sorry and it wasn't for lack of trying! I managed to drink and party with most of you silly fellow party animals and had a ton of fun, always room for more though right? Missed some parties, made others, had some sudden surprise ones pop up, and managed to drink a good deal for not having the ability to get as much as I wanted. I loved hanging out with so many friends as always and regret how much time I didn't get to spend with you all, and how much time I spent completely lost and looking for a room/person/flask/possession etc.

To address talks of my story hour, seriously heard this on a couple different occasions just because of getting drunk and rambling about things, this would not work out because putting me in front of a crowd would just make me sit quietly and drink heavily. But Amato isn't that what some others do? No, they entertain and talk, I would literally just be having Amato's Power Hour and go through a 30 pack or beer in silence except for maybe the occassional, "You all still here? Go have fun or something!"

Also for those of you who may have heard rumors of a certain massive alcoholic container's demise, fear not!!!! The Giant Flask has been taken off the endangered species list and the rumors of its death are greatly exaggerated. Con security did at first let me know that I was not supposed to bring it downstairs to the con space but I managed to plead my case and after they checked the emptiness of it they told me it was okay to carry around, aaaand then the peace-bonded it, a flask. I suppose it could be considered a weapon but mostly just for use agianst the liver. And the art on the flask is also intact and holding up nicely.

Now for those people who also may have heard that all my everything I brought got lost, I did find my bag on Monday and everything turned out good there thankfully.

And if I forgot anything else, heavy consumption of the happy juice tends to do that, I am sorry and will see you all in the spring for Michiganders or next MFF!

Well I finally sobered up from MFF... ok maybe slight exaggeration, but only a slight one! >.>

Anyhow, been neglecting doing much on FA cept lurking, but mostly because I got kinda bummed out my computer died and my hard-drive got wiped. So not so much in arting mood and my writing all went bye-bye.

Otherwise I still go to my midwest cons and drink, sometimes heavily with my sweet engraven and sticker infested flasks. Though my sticker flask is being held captive at the moment. I will save you my sweet darling, be brave!

Loving my snowy weather with over half a foot of the white stuff laying on the ground. No not that white stuff... pervert. Hoping to get on my board again soon and flail about. And though I got snowed in Marquette for turkey weekend it was lots of fun. That and I got fed meat! mmm almost forgot how that tasted.

So up living in the far north once again though will be back in Ohio shortly, if I can somehow scrape enough money together for gas on the way back. From there most likely working in a bar (shocked me that i got hired there too) and then really hoping to get back out west for more of some sweet federal jobs in the forests.

So stuff to look foward to following me still, um well most likely not much. Though on occasion my mind gets these funny ideas and maybe I will turn out a quick silly animation. It doesn't take long for me to make and that is the main reason I do it, simple, stupid, and quick. Works for me right?

What should I get engraved on my flask?

I know what you're thinking, "Wow that is a totally deep and profound question, the answer to which should be considered heavily and only after careful deliberation should one come to this great decision." Well ok maybe one person out there didn't quite think of that but I did.

So as some folks know I have a decent sized flask which i use when I get thirsty, like at every moment of MFF. And after doing some work with Tyzin to help revive my flask and seal the hole in the side (which is at least mostly plugged now) I have put some more thought to engraving said flask, or simply buying a new flask of similar proportions and paying for the custom engravement at the same time.

First off my name will be on the bottom and I want there to be room for stickers as well, especially since Flux was good enough to provide one. So maybe some art or a picture of a coon, but nothing too large or complicated.

So any thoughts or advice?

tomorrow morning i head west on my journey to me new job and more. i know its been a while since i posted but i havent exactly been inspired. no with problems galore with the bank, with my love life, with transportation, my phone, now on top of it all... hear a friend has passed on after a car accident at home... i-i unno whatll happen now... i will continue with my animation project, albeit more slowly. i maybe gone for a week or more traveling west depending on hotels and internet, and after that maybe the summer depending on the govmt housing and internet.
