Posted 15 years agoI'm going to post the picture for the 8th tomorrow, because I've got to kick whatever funky thing is trying to lair in my chest. Also, the poop's hit the fan at work (I know, IRL gaag, boring. but still), so it's been causing serious stress. Anyway, expect a picture up tomorrow for 12/8's piece. It's for

But on to important matters--I'm headed to bed and there's no entries for my advent calendar project http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1906772/ for 12/9. Not a single one. T-T
I don't want to resort to randomly drawing gift art and these really are helping me try out different styles, and get the momentum I need to catch up my other work. Also, for anyone that posts tomorrow, since I'm *still* behind a drawing, I'll be drawing 2 people (one for my catch up for the 9th, and one to post midnight for the 10th, so your chances are even better!!!!So please tell your friends, spread the word, especially if you're received a piece or you know someone that could use some cheering up!
Anyone that wants to be in the drawing for free art tomorrow should go post with a visual reference here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/491...../#cid:36428936. If you don't get picked for a day's drawing, then try again! You can keep trying until you're picked! So come and try your luck! :D

Amaze's Advent Calendar!
Posted 15 years agoHey guys, this is part of my revivication project--I want to do something nice for all of you, and to get into the Christmas spirit!
Basically, for anyone that doesn't know, an advent calendar is a christmas tradition where you count the days down by receiving a small treat (usually a chocolate, tiny toy, etc). Instead, I want to give you awesome people free art!
To help get started on my catch up art, I will *try* to do 1 warm-up color doodle, probably a bust, before I start on each night's project. I'll randomly select a commenter (a d20 will probably be involved) and post their doodle the next morning. It's a surprise for everyone!
If you want to try for December 1st, comment on this journal. After that, comment on the day's piece. For example, if you want to try for December 2nd's drawing, comment on the drawing for December 1st. Please give links to visual references only. Also, each person can only be picked once, I know furries like them some free art, but keep it classy. ^_~
Because of family travel, a day's drawing may be late (especially on Christmas day!!!) but I'll keep you informed. Good luck and Merry Christmas! :D

Posted 15 years agoHey, guys. I'm sorry I haven't said anything but I was kind of hoping to ride it out.
I actually hurt my shoulder from drawing too much without stretching while having bad posture (like
razzek told me). So..I've been out of sorts this past week. I actually spent half my birthday in bed crying every time I tried to move. x_x The doctor put me on an anti-inflammatory and told me not to be such a scamp. :P
I'm mostly better now, though. Just wanted to let everyone know why there's been a delay! :3
