COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
Commercial Rights allow the use of commissions, merchandise, promotions, prints, broadcasting, works for the purposes of publication, etc. My work may not be used for commercial or promotional material unless explicitly stated at the initial commission. Commercial works will incur higher costs depending on the nature of the work, beginning at 1.5X the total base price of an illustration. Fees may also include royalties. I retain intellectual property rights even when commercial rights are purchased. All commercial and promotional use must be with visible credit to me, the artist.
TERMS OF SERVICE
All commissioned works must pay a minimum 50% of the total price upfront upon agreeing to the following Terms of Service, with the remainder upon completion of work. After initial down-payment has been received work can begin on thumbnail concepts and initial sketches. Any additional changes the client requests after 3 subsequent sketches may result in additional costs for excess work. Large-scale changes such as additional outfits, accessories, additional characters, or detailed backgrounds may not be added once the Sketch stage has been completed.
A client will not receive a finished work until payment has been received in full.

I reserve the right to use, edit, or change finished commissioned works for promotional use or future examples unless otherwise discussed.
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund commissions at any time, at my discretion. My work may not be used for commercial or promotional material unless explicitly stated at the initial commission--all commercial and promotional use must be with visible credit to me, the artist.
My work may not be used for bases, tracing, copying, AI learning, or any form of cryptocurrency including Bitcoin and NFTs. If a commission is cancelled during the drawing process I reserve the right not to issue refunds, and to keep and use the work for future examples, promotional material, and personal work.
I reserve the right to deny requests and commissions based on behavior, personal beliefs, time.
If a commission is cancelled during the drawing process I reserve the right not to issue refunds following the initial sketch stage, and to keep and use the finished image for future examples, promotional material, and personal portfolio.

Commissions?
Posted 8 years agoMmm so im looking for a job right now but ive been considering doing some serious commissions. This seemed like a good place to start but I have no idea how commissions work on here, or how to make them open.
Maybe I should make some adoptables or something? Would that be a good start?
Idk. I had a super bad stomach flu all day today and its also shark week for me so I'm tired and feel like shit and hurt. I'd maybe like to make some character templates for some cute anthro ocs I enjoy doodling like Tso and Munchichi. I don't have a lot of furry-related artwork to post on here, and I feel bad if I just post regular humans when people come here specifically to share their furry-related content, so I don't have much of a portfolio...
Mmm.... I need my book about this.
