So! All day yesterday was spent mostly driving, but! My girlfriend and I managed to get a good reliable vehicle for her (1995 Suzuki Sidekick JX 16 Valve) Which is funny as my first car was the same vehicle, color and everything, except mine was a stickshift and did not have A/C and was a 92, but they look the exact same ^^ Anyways and then once we got back from Weiser for that car, we went to Homedale and looked at a truck for me. Ended up buying it. It's a 1970 GMC 2500, which originally was a 396/auto truck, but somewhere along the line, was converted to a 292 L6 with a 4 speed transmission. It's a long bed, 2WD truck, but it ran and drove just fine from Homedale back into Meridian lol (well, I need to tweak the carb and change the oil and the valve cover gasket.... but otherwise no issues ^^) But, so now we both have "new" vehicles that get better gas mileage ^^ (comparitively to the Dart lol)

So, I have been thinking about opening up for fursuit head commissions, possibly doing like a fursuit head base that someone can take and fur themselves and selling them at a lower price, seeing as the head is the most difficult part. Or furring the head as well, and going possibly up to a partial, but mostly doing the foam bases and selling that. Anyways, just curious what people think. Feedback would be great ^^ Not sure if peoples would be interested or not. Not set on prices yet, need to do a bit of research first lol ^^ Anyways input is appreciated ^^ Thanks ^^

Yeah ^^) I has a new mate, she goes to car shows with me, and I swear she is in furry denial X3 I think she is a raccoon ^^ (I didn't say that X3) and let's see.......... I should hopefully be in an apartment soon..... theoretically...... My car has gone from tolerates me to kind of loves me X3 (stupid fuel system needs cleaned, it keeps clogging fuel filters, and no not from me running it on empty XP X3) Hmmmm....... I have not had any, shall we say, "fun" adventures as of late, but that means more cars on the road X3 Aaaaaaaand........ well, work keeps me pretty busy X3 However I will be making it to Fandimonium, and shall be wearing my Zeeby/Inuyasha outfit ^^ *looks around the room* Oh! I broke the inner screen on my phone T-T I have one of those old aftershave/cologne bottles that are shaped like really old cars, and it was on my monitor, and my phone was open on the desk, underneath where the bottle was, well, it fell off and won the battle of the EnV3 VS Avon Car Bottle x.x I have a lemon meringue pie, but I can't eat it at the moment, because I don't want to get up and get a fork....... So, Husky invited me to go see Alice in Wonderland with him as he did noy want to go alone and I agreed to. So we went ot the IMAX and saw it in 3D, and the IMAX here lets you put your own amount of butter on the popcorn! 83 Man are they dumb X3 So I ask for the popcorn to be half filled so I can go butter it up X3 So I go and soak the stuff in butter and go get it filled and do the same thing. MMMMmmmmmmm movie theatre butter ^vv^ As you may imagine, the bag is pretty soaked and I loved the movie and the popcorn ^^ Once all was said and done and I got home, I started chatting on MSN and realized................ there are giant wet spots in my crotch....... WTF? Then it hit me............ the popcorn soaked through the bag and through my jeans! o.o So it looks like I wet myself, but in reality I am betting my pants taste vaguely like artificial butter X3 Yay for putting on your own amount of "butter"! ^vv^

Alrighty! So, for those of you unaware, today (3/5/10) Well technically yesterday.... x.x I had to go to Challis, ID so my sister could be picked up by her dad there (this was the decided halfway point between Boise and Missoula, MT) WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO NOT TAKE ONE OF HUSKY'S CARS!!! No offense, Husky. So, we took my mom's car (an 06 or 07 Saturn Outlook for those of you interested and whatnot, it's important later ^^) and we went on our merry way. Well, we get there, my sister being a little cranky because I made an MP3 CD of techno music and I like my music loud X3 She does not like headaches....... you can see the mild issue here X3 Anywhos, so we get into Challis a little ahead of schedule because unlike the people I kept passing, I am not scared of a few corners X3 (we were on the scenic byway, I think it is 21? to get to Stanley and then we were on scenic byway 75 I do believe to get to Challis) Well, her dad is behind schedule, so we decide to waste time by getting food in a local diner. They had a really good burger ^vv^ (I had mine with swiss and mushrooms 83) Then after we ate, we had to go up the road a bit to shorten time because he was still behind -_- So we exchange my sister and they are off and so are Husky and I. We get back into Stanley, and start trekking towards the first little pass area, and wouldn't you guess it? It's closed due to avalanche dangers >:( Yeah, the same road we were on hours before was closed....... -_- SO! We do a quick map search and decide that going down scenic byway 75 the other way, going through Ketchum and that other place, then connecting onto 20 and going through Mountain Home and connecting back to 84 to get home........ yeah, you can imagine it added some time x.x We had originally hoped to be home by about 6 or 7 PM but with the delays and new route, we made it home at 1 AM........... BUT ANYWAYS! So we get fuel in that town right by Ketchum (which was putting CHRISTMAS LIGHTS UP IN MARCH!!!!??????? And standing around two giant burning barrels keeping warm with lights being hung up everywhere.........????????) Anyone localish furs know what is going on up there? Weirdos -_- OH! I think that other town is Sun Valley or something like that ^^ Anyways they are freaky 0.0 So we get far far away from those people and keep trekking down 75, when we start getting into some HEAVY fog (luckily most of 75 is straight and flat so, your limited visibility is ok ^^ Oh and awesome fog lights help too X3) and so we get out of the fog finally and as we do we start coming up on another curvy area......... personally, I love these things.... other people don't when i drive them........ (I think they like to whine ;3) ANYWHOS, There is this little riced out black Honda Civic (flat black mind you, and keep in mind it is state of the srt: Craptastic spoiler, it's super low to the ground for the needed aerodynamics it needs to stay on the road at the insane speeds I am so sure it can reach, the aftermarket angel eye headlights that make you hot shit, and of course what sweet pimped out ride is not complete with the blender muffler from Autozone, so the car can sound like a real man's car!?!?!?) Oh, no there were not after market wheels, they were flat black steel wheels....... must have broke the bank on the guaranteed to be sweet system bumpin up in his grill...... or whatever...... (for those of you that like tuners and things like this, I do apologize........ but you might get a slight hint of absolute hatred and utter loathing towards MOST of these vehicles from me *cute innocent face*) Ummmm........ *reads back up to find spot* OH! So here is me coming around this corner a little bit faster than Speed Racer here in front of me, and the little jerk off brake checks me hard! O.o You really brake check a big fat SUV when your likelihood of survival in a wreck is substantially low in this case??? x.x Anyways, so I am a little miffed at this point, and I proceed to ride his ass for a bit until the next passing little straightaway where I proceed to stomp it and go through several corners without really letting up, making him a small speck. ^^ Happy at this point, because I don't have to see his headlights, I slow back down to my obligatory 5 MPH over the speed limit, and go about my merry way after a small rant to poor Husky about my........ feelings towards that car. Then, about the time we start jamming to that "Put Your Ass up in the Air" song, I see a pair of headlights that look familiar........... -_- and they are coming up pretty fast......... -_- So I prepare and SURE ENOUGH here comes Douchebag in his little cereal box car, thinking he can win, so I let him get his hood even with my rear door, which is when I punch it and he manages to get his front wheels in front of me before I can get from 70 to 108 (thank you chip -_-) and proceed to pass him, not letting off of the gas until we get into Mountain Home itself (where he was quite a ways behind X3). I then got onto 84 towards Boise, and did not see him again...... It made me happy to know that the little flat black Honda was put into his place by, well, a BIG FAT SUV ^^ YAY HAPPY ROAD TRIP OVERALL!!!!! ^^ I love it when things go well! <3

ALRIGHTY! ^^ So here is yet another thrilling trip to add to my life stories X3 I hope you all are learning things from these........ because I'm not X3 ANYWHOS! So, *iconhousehead:  canislupissian85  kitsukami31  kaiser and myself decided to take  canislupissian85 's 1984 Oldsmobile Delta 88 on a roadtrip from Boise to SLC. Which seemed like a decent idea at the time, other than it would get bad gas mileage, because the car had been in his family for some time and did not have major problems ^^ So, we started on our way ^^ Nothing special..... we get around the Mountain Home area, and it seems we lightly hit something at some point, because at that moment, the tire shredded the entire middle section of its tread, leaving the outermost row of tread on both sides but exposing the wire layer on everything else (on fairly new tires mind you....) SO! We pull off to the side of the road to see the damages........... the inner fender well was plastic....... and I say was because there was nothing left thanks to the tire, as well as decent damage to the fender and the battery, which was barely held in at this point..... -_- So, we get into the trunk so I can change the tire, it has a doughnut spare..... mildly annoying but oh well........ except I can't find the jack and tire iron......... *mild annoyance face* -_- So, we decide to go about 10-15 mph the 5-10 miles it was back to mountain home (which means we used one of those emergency vehicle turn arounds X3) and then we got to Walmart. We had to grab a tire and a battery (which meant kaiser and husky had to shank and bleed out their wallets x.x X3) and then after a bit of convincing done to the lady that we did not need the $70 battery that the $55 would be just freaking fine, regardless of Walmart policy, and strapping the battery in with bungie cables....... (yes it seems that my road trips always involve some redneck rigging x.x X3) Then we finally made it to SLC (by using WAY more gas than predicted, thanks to the wonderful quadraJUNK carb that was on the car from the factory, which broke those two even more x.x and we were about two hours late x.x) Luckily, there were still a few furs there, so we mingled and were introduced to a few people and whatnot, which was rather fun ^^ Then, after we figured our plans, Househead went and stayed the night at his friend's as everyone else, save for myself went to  exileanarkie 's house to watch Rocky Horror Picture Show, while I went to  YouKaiYasha 's place and spent some time with him and his room mate, who was very nice, and I also met his coworker Sara, who was also nice ^^ Then everyone else made their way to where I was via Kregan and his late 90's or earlt 2000's Mustang.......... yes............... Mustang -_- ANYWHOS, then we all stayed the night there, and we had all decided that seeing as the Oldsmobile BARELY made it down there, and had begun exhibiting symptoms mildly similar to that of the Toyota (yes the one that blew up and left us stranded during the FC trip x.x) that it was better to give the dumb thing to  exileanarkie 's roomate? I believe it was and to ride back with Kregan. Now imagine this: five tall/decently sized people and a shorter sixth person, cramming into that Mustang............. WITH two fursuits and various luggage mind you.................. It was interesting.......... but I am ahead of myself. X3 We get a ride from  youkaiyasha 's place from  exileanarkie to where Kregan had stayed so we could break off and go with him to get Househead and be on our way. So we load us up and go to get him. On our way around the suburb looking for the house, we spot a goat in someone's yard........ a goat........ in a decent suburb........ O.O So we have to flip around at one point dur to a dead end, and the goat is a little bit in the road, so we come to a stop, and the goat stares us down, then walks up to the front of the car and I guess sniffs the hood emblem or something lol X3 So, I roll down my window and am like "here goaty goaty goaty" and it came over and sniffed my hand and I pet it X3 Then it ran away back to the yard X3 So then we got Househead and went on our way home, all of us piled in the car....... as Househead put it, human Tetris X3 and we were that way for abour 5 or 6 hours............ BUT It was really fun on the way home, as Enchantment as it may be (tis an inside joke that those who play Dragon Age Origins should get X3) But all in all, the ride back was fun and cramped, the ride there was interesting (I was having that dumb car go about 110 MPH or so at times to get there) and the meet, though we were late was fun. Overall, I would do it again if I had to, but I am really sick of losing cars. At this rate I refuse to take my own car on a roadtrip until I put a new engine and transmission in it and break them in lol X3 (or maybe a small road trip if I can go a couple months without issues X3) But anywhos, yep. Went to Utah furmeet, lost an 84 Olds, and had to ride in a Mustang T-T That's the gist of it. Oh and that random goat X3

So, I realize that  canislupissapian85 (Husky) has already posted the story, but I figured I would put my version on here as well. ^^ *clears his sore throat* SO! We (Husky and I and Oddball and Alushee) start our road trip to CA for FC 2010 ^^ NO biggie, we had fueled up and were on our way out ^^ Well, Oddball and Alu ended up ahead of us (we were in a 76 Toyota Corolla) and waited for us at some point but we did not see them and ended up way ahead of them and had to wait for them. Then we got to Donner's Pass, which required chains, was rather snowy/slushy and was turning away those without chains and semi-trucks X3 So we pulled over to a gas station, put the chains on, tightened them down, and I took over driving the Toyota because Husky was not comfortable driving in that type of weather. So we start up the pass, and get about to the top, when the Toyota starts acting funny. It will try to die even with my foot to the floor and then all of a sudden rev up to where it should be. Which made the car a bit difficult to handle........ -_- But so we FINALLY get over the pass (about 15 mph average) and pull over to take the chains off and the Toyota dies and refuses to start......... -_- So after a little bit of mechanicing, it was discovered that the coil had next to no spark (it was either original or close to it and from the dealership) So we got the car pushed off to the nearest gas station by a cop and thanks to Oddball we were able to crash at a Super 8 while Oddball and Alu went to the con. So we piled our money together and had come up with a plan, but then Soulfire, a friend from Utah, was on his way and behind us, so he stopped in Reno, grabbed the part, and picked us up. ^^ We then went and replaced the coil, which one of the posts broke on.......... -_- So we went and got ANOTHER coil and replaced it and the cap and rotor and got it up and running. Then we made it about 200 or so miles from the con and.......... yeah....... it broke down............. -_- So we forced it to the park and ride and piled into Soulfire's car to get to the con ^^ We then had to announce him as the "Emperor of Utah" (don't ask) as payment for the help and ride, and then, thanks to  pingaswolf and his room mates we were able to snag floor space in their room (our original plan was to sleep in the car and have a shower lined up with Soulfire) X3 But anyways so we ran off to the room and then had a really super great awesome happy fun time of super happy awesomeness at the con ^vv^ Though I did not remember to get info to keep in contact with people x.x Though I shall keep it in mind for my second con ^^ but yeah, then we had to leave Sunday to ride with Soulfire back to the car, and then we got it fixed after replacing a ground wire. We then took Soulfire to the hospital due to some complications he had (fever and such) after he was all taken care of, he opted to crash at a park and ride for the night and assured us he would be alright. So, taking the lesser of two evils (200 miles to the con instead of whatever it was back home plus over the pass again) We managed to make it to the con no problems ^^ We then enjoyed the tiny bit of Sunday left and then stayed all day Monday and danced our tails off at the Dead Dog Dance ^^ I think Husky almost killed himself X3 After the con was over (PCD time v.v I took my suit off to get in the car to leave, but no sooner lol) we started on our way. Turned on the GPS and started down the road. We decided to fill up at the gas station we were pushed to as a memorabilia, when the car would not start after we filled up......... YET AGAIN (you can imagine I am rather angry at this point and about ready to hitch hike home lol ^^) but we just needed to clean the moisture out of the rotor cap so it would fire correctly. Then we got on our way..... again...... and about 2/3 of the way through the pass we heard a thump on the inside of the hood and a slight puff of smoke and the oil light flickered *angry face at the car* (I am driving at this moment) so I pull off and we pop the hood..... there is no oil cap 0.0 (it was rubber and just slipped in the hole it was not a screw on cap...) We could not find it x.x So I took a piece of cardboard from the packaging of the feeler gauge we bought to do the points and a roll of electrical tape and made the most redneck oil cap I have ever seen (that held mind you....) then we topped off the oil (before making the new cap) and went on our way. We then got out of the pass, and noticed the car was smoking from the tail pipe...... -_- (keep in mind I had mentioned to Husky that the head gasket did not look to be in the best of shape some time before we even thought of going to FC) But we continued anyways with slightly sluggish acceleration but i was sick of figuring it out. Well, it eventually had to be driven in the cold night with the windows down as it started burning oil and smoking into the cabin (we both still have sore throats from it) then the oil light came on and we stopped at a gas station a little ways out of Reno. Let the car cool down. Checked the oil. The dipstick was almost clean. *angry face* It seems the head gasket was catching up to us..... so we dumped a thing of something similar to Lucas oil additive and three quarts of oil to fill the car up then headed out. It quit smoking into the cabin (thank god) but it was smoking something fierce out the tail pipe -_- As we were going down the road (I was driving) I heard a metal tinkling sound and the car threw a rod before I could get off the road *super ultra angry face* I let the burning antifreeze and oil smoke die down then opened the hood and found the large hole underneath the exhaust manifold with part of the rod hanging out of it......... *is super hateful towards the car at this moment* Then a guy pulls up and asks what we are going to do with it (he is a mechanic and is interested in it) So we convince him to let us stay the night at his place and give us a ride back into Reno and help us get onto a Greyhound in exchange for the car. (yes, we had no clue who these people were but were super desperate) He agreed and we hauled the car out ot where he kept his cars (OMG some really super awesome old cars (50s 40s 20s 60s etc) I wanted to take most of them home ^vv^ Then we left the car and went to his palce where we met his wife and kid and holed up in the extra room. We then woke up the next day and wasted time at their house until his wife came back to take us on errands so we weren't wasting time waiting at the bus station for 5 hours for our bus to come in. They were really nice people and fun to talk with, so it was no problem to go ot a couple places instead of sitting in that stupid bus station. Then we said good bye and thanks and whatnot and got dropped off at the bus station (which is where my phone charger was run over -_-) So we got into the station and checked in, chatted with the ladt at the counter for a while, she asked what kind of con we went to, and I said "A Furry con" ^^ And then followed up with "No, it's not like CSI...." Before she even said anything. She then was like "How did you know what I was thinking?" o.o and I was like "It's almost a required second sentence when you say you have been to a furry convention" then we went on and i explained what most of the con is about and she thought it was really cool ^^ She liked our fursuits and my Inuyasha sword I had strapped to my suitcase, then we waited for the bus. (I had my tail on ^^) then we got on the bus and had a 6 hour wait in Salt Lake City, where we were super bored (got to set a couple more people right on their view of furries, which was really surprising they were really attentive and actually listened, it was cool ^^ Then we got on the second bus and got into Boise around 8 PM and I ran into someone who was not as...... open to another opinion of furries other than the mass media's opinion. -_- So I just ignored him and went on my merry way, put my head and arms on for a bit and interacted with a kid from the bus ride so he would quit pestering his mom for money to ride the Zorro horse rocking thing at the station then took it off when they boarded the bus and then went home when my ride got to the station. BUT! All in all, after all of that............. shall we say adventure........ it was well worth it! ^^ I would relive it again for another FC ^^ (well except the death of the car part...... I can't imagine a continuous sacrifice to the furcon gods of a car for admission to FC annually lol ^^)
