I was sick, was sick all last week, still a bit sick now, so in light of entertaining (which was crap level at best), I managed to watch a The Land Before Time Movie Megathon on the Sprout channel this past saturday and sunday Sprout channel showed all thirteen LBT movies in order spanning the two days, and from what I learned from Sprout's Twitter page, The Land Before Time has a fourteenth movie coming out on DVD soon. so other than the movies, playing some games, and watching a bit of NASCAR, it was crap. oh well, maybe I'll have better luck on White Day.

do you guys remember that uncle of mine who was recovering from half his body being paralyzed from brain issues? well, I got the news fifteen minutes ago that he died today. folks are all shook up from it... from what I have gathered, he had a heart attack that was so massive, his heart exploded. he obviously didn't feel any pain. my brother is going to contact my cousin on Facebook on the matter. it's not pretty, and I'll receive more info in the coming days. what hurts is that my uncle was going through a great recovery from the brain tumor removal that paralyzed half of his body, and he celebrated his birthday recently. I"m not going to sleep well tonight, that's for certain. I didn't even get to send him a picture of me, and he wanted that... man, bitter ass news for me, that's for certain.

2) the very first Adventure Island on the NES. that shit was hard, and no continues like the sequeled 3 games afterward. and when you game over, back to square one.
1) the true Super Mario Bros. 2--a.k.a. Lost Levels. the first worlds are fine, and then the later world have nothing but Poison Mushrooms, so once you become Small Mario, you're small for the rest of the game. I was glad when I beat that shit, and I did it without warping, which gets you the extra worlds of the game and the true finish. done, never again!

Street Fighter 2. there were too many versions of this game made, including SF2 Revival on the WiiU shop. we could've been into the Street Fighter teens by now.

A few days ago, someone posted all the pages of our "Rangers Training" comic onto the internet. Apparently he/she believed that since it received the "Free Distribution" status due to the sales, this would be ok. Well, NO, IT'S NOT! Palcomix needs to have fresh material to post to keep people visiting our site. We ARE cool with people distributing our free work, but NOT BEFORE WE'VE RELEASE IT OURSELVES!!!

Now, I knew about this leak couple of days ago, but decided to do nothing about it. However, today I got some even worse news. 'Amazon Fever', the comic parody of "brandy and mr whiskers" that didn't sell enough copies to even cover production costs, also got leaked. That's really REALLY a big problem! If we can't get enough to even cover the costs of production, then we are in the wrong business obviously. This latest leak is a direct attack on the palcomix site. Not to us as artists, as we can continue to work on our commissions (we do have big demand, trust me), but to the site where we post free material, and then hold special sales such as the above mentioned to cover the costs of keeping the site going.

A message must be given and I really need to cover the costs of that comic that was leaked. We got around 70 sales so we need to top up for the free release of 'Amazon Fever'. We originally asked to achieve 150 sales for free release, but let's forget that now. I only want to cover the costs - so we need another 30 sales to achieve the target needed. If you kindly decide to purchase this comic, you will also get a copy in high resolution, ready to be printed. You will get 5 extra exclusive pics and some preview artwork that we are working for the Fur34 site. And most importantly, you will be helping our site to stay online. had it for three days and not much is there, but I still have something social media wise

so recently, the Sonic Boom animation aired on Cartoon Network. I managed to see them from a stream and you know what, it's different. as you should know, it launched alongside the game and for a first, it's in 3D claymation. and the look of everyone is different: Sonic is rocking a bandanna; Tails is decked out like the flyboy that he always has been; Knuckles is not only taller (I think), but he's also built like a beef cake. on another note, it seems that the creators took a page from Nicktoons' TMNT as the fellas are using the body tape... whether it's on their arms, legs, or feet; Eggman actually looks more husky like a bad guy version of Launchpad McQuack, and not only that, Eggman lost the fat!, he isn't as round like we're used to seeing him. however, it sounds like the 4Kids VA is still doing the vocals, but oh well.

and of course, the girls: Amy is rocking what looks like ninja gi, and it looks good on her; and the newcomer, Sticks looks cool and sounds like she knows the bad doctor's motives like she's been around since the "Adventure Era" of gaming. now I personally think that Cree Summer is voicing her, but I haven't seen the credit roll.

now this cartoon didn't take away from the style of things. the 3D looks good and nothing is choppy, plus there's some old-school cartoon slapstick for the moment. but in light of things, especially the fact that we're only... 2 episodes in, Amy and Sticks have gotten some attention of the perceptive viewers... due to the eyecandy fact that Sticks and Amy aren't wearing panties! I mean, we kind of understand Sticks going commando since she's a jungle girl, but folks are used to seeing the tidy white panties Amy wears... or the lack of seeing them early on in Sonic X.

all and all, I just hope the show stays this consistent, otherwise, it's gonna suck

c. this bitch in high-school who didn't like me, but I decided to wish her luck when playing soft ball at gym... only to have be stuck in the calves from behind with an aluminum bat. it was bad enough I had female bullies in high school, but kicking her ass on the diamond that day was a well-earned three day suspension... five day weekend, yah!
