FINALLY i have internet again! Gonna take today off and play some games with friends to celebrate having internet back/a successful move but then work will resume tomorrow likely!

The original guy who we talked to didn't take out the payment when he was supposed to so they didn't come and install the internet today and we won't be getting it until this Thursday now. Sorry for any inconvenience, hopefully all goes well this time

So as the title suggests we've moved house and are currently unpacking/settling in! Everything went well enough with only minor bumps in the road, however I WILL NOT HAVE PROPER INTERNET UNTIL THIS COMING MONDAY! Sorry for not posting much as of late, I'm in a hell of a depressive episode, plus the move is putting a bunch of stress on me, as well as christmas coming up I'm just getting buried under stress but once we move things will smooth out and work will resume!

I've made exceptions for people who ended up bailing and refunded their deposits but it's putting me in an EXTREMELY difficult spot. It's in my TOS for a reason. If you bail out of buying something for any reason the downpayment you put down on it is NON REFUNDABLE and I will be holding true to that from now on. I can't keep putting myself in a bind like this.

I've actually had a bit of a social life lately woah damn, not to mention this is just a generally busy month for me due to cons and my birthday :0 (October 25th) So sorry for the general inactivity this month!

The upcoming suit will be a cutie saber cat! No set design yet but it'll be worked out soon!

I finally feel comfortable taking on commissions again! I did a bit of a trail run with my latest suit Chloe (seen here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17885833/ ) With a friends character, and even finished it on a deadline! (though I will NOT be accepting deadlined commissions) I know that I can make predetermined characters, work with people on what they want, and finish in a timely manner, and thus I feel ready to take on commissions again!

I'd like to have an opening date of November 1st, once this very busy month has settled and I can focus on work properly and get this saber close to/finished +put up for sale

And as more of a personal update: I plan on applying for a service dog later this month with a program in state called MADE in Texas. If I'm accepted I'll need to raise at least $9,000 just for the price of the dog, I will also need to travel up to the Dallas area (~6hr drive IIRC) for a 3 day placement program. More updates on this after I find out if I get accepted!

OK I really wanted to do a recap for this con because I have a lot to talk about

First thing I want to say is con staff is AWESOME, they did a great job planning and keeping things flowing nicely, and the app they put out was super cool and helped people find our group when they wanted pictures and helped us find other fursuiters!
My main complaint was with American Bank Center staff, we were not allowed to bring in basic small water bottles to rehydrate while suiting. We explained that we were going to be needing excessive amounts of water and wouldn't be able to use water fountains in suit and that $4 for a single water bottle was excessive. They didn't care at all. However after we took it to Realms staff they encouraged us to sneak in water and if we had any issues with ABC staff to direct them to them, which thankfully after our first encounter we didn't have anymore issues.

Friday: We all started out in cosplay, enelyapalantir and I cosplayed Max and Chloe (respectively) from Life is Strange and we got a few pictures taken and some compliments which was awesome! I'm super excited people recognized who we were! In the afternoon we all headed back to the apartment and changed into suits and ran around like that for a while which was super fun! We got lots of pictures taken and people really seemed to enjoy seeing us in suit which was awesome!! Whenever we walked by you could always hear a couple whispers of "it's the furries!" and we only caught a couple of rude comments/looks. All in all it ended up being a pretty great day!

Saturday: Suiting all day! We ended up meeting up with a few other suiters (some local some not) and we had a pretty steady group of 9 suiters all together ( (link) a group shot we took right before heading to the rave, hence why we had some skin showing! Only one suiter was missing out of this pic as he had stopped suiting by then). We wandered around a lot and stopped by the "Furry 101" panel and ended up answering some questions there. We also got to take part in the Saturday night rave (DJ'd by the amazing sebris) as a bit of a hype crew and got to dance on stage for a bit!

Sunday: We didn't stay long on Sunday, enelyapalantir, fishii, nessasinopa and I all participated in the Lolita Fashion Show and after that just hung out in kigus for an hour or so and did some last minute shopping before the dealers den closed and then headed home


All in all it was a super great weekend and I had way too much fun and now I'm very sore and exhausted. It was super furry/fursuit positive which made for a super great time! I'm super excited to have this con as a local con so I get to go every year.

This has been going on for months. Since around May I believe?
I transferred $200 from the linked bank account, it immediately transfers back.
Try to transfer it over AGAIN it stays for a week or so then transfers back TWICE, so -$400 from my account
We call paypal and they contact the bank and paypal says it's still in their system in some kind of "processing limbo", they did nothing to try to help get it back.
We continue calling for WEEKS and they still REFUSE to help get it back, they just keep telling us the same thing over and over again, that its in their system, they can SEE it there, but they have done NOTHING to get it back to me.
NONE of these "transfers" have been authorized by anyone that I know of.
Well it just happened AGAIN on the 2nd of this month for another $100, making it a total of $500 PAYPAL HAS BASICALLY STOLEN FROM ME.
If this hadn't happened I would've been able to afford my laptop MONTHS ago, but because of this I can't transfer any money to or from my paypal without fear of it getting """lost""" (stolen) by paypal. I'm horribly upset by this situation and I'm not sure what the point of this journal was but I guess just watch out for any suspicious activity in your paypal :///
