Hey all. The school year is wrapping up, and as some of you know, I'm a film major in college. For one of our projects, we had to write, produce, and direct a short film. I made a comedy about the Console Wars (think Toy Story style). I've been told it's pretty funny, and I could use some help with getting it some views. I feel like most of my journal entries are kinda boring-ish compared to a lot of people I'm subscribed to here, filled with just various news updates and whatnot. So today I've decided to just do a chatty one.

I've randomly gotten all interested in Suicune today. It's probably got to do with me doing a Nuzlocke run of Soul Silver. Anyway, I remember back to the third Pokemon movie, when Entei went through that phase of doing whatever the little girl character wanted, including taking off with Ash's mother. I've got nothing against Entei or anything, but I really wish there was a Suicune that acted like that.

I remember someone asking me a long time ago to do a plushie Suicune RP with them. I don't recall how much they liked it, but thinking of Suicune reminded me of it.

Hey everybody, just wanted to drop by and wish you all a happy holiday season. I got off school a couple weeks ago, and have been quite busy with Youtube and finalizing plans for next semester, so I've not had a whole lot of time to draw. Hopefully that'll change soon, but for now I put up a Christmas-y themed deer. Go have fun with him.

Two more things. In my last journal I said I was trying to decide on what my next big project would be once Braviary was completed to my satisfaction. Well, I've decided on it, and work has begun. Right now I don't have a time table for completion, but it will most certainly be awesome. :)

Winter is coming. That means I'm considering using that free time to start working on my next costume. I'm being indecisive about which creature to make though. In all likelihood it'll be another Pokemon, and the three that immediately come to mind are Staraptor, Articuno, and Lugia/Shadow Lugia.

Lugia has been a long time favorite of mine, but I've seen loads of Lugia suits around, so I'm unsure if that'd be all that unique. Staraptor's body patterns would be the most difficult of the lot considering their complexity, and Articuno's tail would be troublesome to make look good (Though I do have an idea for that).

Any other ideas? I prefer avian creatures, and they don't necessarily have to be Pokemon.

I've had a lot of stuff to keep me away from drawing and the like, and haven't actually spent a whole lot of time on FA recently. Needless to say I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't "back." I haven't gotten a chance to respond to all the requests and such people have made, but I haven't forgotten about them. I've just been really busy with schoolwork and other things. Most of the stuff won't tie into my art (It'll mostly be Minecraft), but there maaaay be a video of my Braviary cosplay/fursuit up there in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye on it. 0.0

Just wanted to give you all some updates on the future of this profile and upcoming conventions. I haven't been drawing as much as I used to, but more stuff is planned, and as always I'm open to suggestions and the like. I don't have a real excuse for this, just have been occupied by other activities (Minecraft, golf, failing at writing, Minecraft, etc).

I have secured my hotel reservations and registration for Otakon, which is kinda not too far away (Only a little over a month o_o). Judging from the comments on the Braviary cosplay pictures, I'll probably be seeing a bunch of you there. Most likely I'll be in costume at all of the Pokemon photoshoots, and maybe a couple Nintendo ones. So if you happen to see a big iggle wandering around, make sure to stop and say hi, I don't bite much. But yeah, look for the Braviary who will probably be lost and confused throughout most of the convention.

As for other conventions, I think I'm going to attend Anime USA later in the year, and probably Katsucon in 2014. Anime USA is still kind of up in the air since I go back to university in August, but I'll go if possible.

First off I just want to say thank you for all the support you've given me since I joined late last year! It's really been great. Over a thousand page views; that's awesome!

But now for the slightly more interesting news. Because a bunch of you have asked, I've decided to have a better look at the whole requests, trades, and commission business. I don't really think I'm allowed to do any commissions featuring characters I don't own, but I'll have a look around and see what can be done. It's possible that I might do them (stories/art) at some point, but I've got no clue as to how the whole pricing and stuff works for that, so any advice would be appreciated.

And for the second bit of news, I've published a short story on the Kindle store! It's not terribly long, but it's worth checking out. Starting on May 9th, it will be available for free for a limited time (Until May 13th), and then will go back up to 99 cents. If it was up to me I'd offer it for free permanently, but Kindle won't allow that apparently. If you've got some time, make sure you check it out. Odds are if you like fantasy of any kind you'll like it. It's set up so you can lend it to your friends as well. A link to it will be below:

I'm kinda new around here, and to drawing in general, so I'm still learning the ropes. It might take me a while to get 'good' at drawing, but I'll try my best and any advice would be greatly appreciated! My favorite things to draw are characters that I created for RPs and fanfics, but I enjoy drawing other things like dragons, snakes, gryphons, etc. Especially gryphons haha.
