Posted a year agoMy terms of service may be changed at any time for any reason, and they are non-negotiable.
All payments are to be done up front and in full through PayPal using MXN. We will verify the price and details before I send my invoice.
A visual reference is strongly advised along with any design elements that are to be included like complex markings, intrinsic details, etcetera. Failure to deliver a picture will cost extra given the fact that I will need to visualize the character from zero.
You need to have the authorization to use the character(s) you want me to draw. If I find out that you did not have permission after payment, the money will not be refunded.
If you must ask for a refund, the sooner is required the better. Let me know of your reasons and we can work something out depending on the circumstances from both sides.
I will update you through the progress of your commission, timely responses will be greatly appreciated should you require any tweaks or changes before I finalize my work. Making me go back to make any major changes will cost extra so I advise you to know what you want from the start.
I will retain all credit for my work. You have permission to upload and share content that you ordered from me provided you link it back to me (example: through my Twitter or FA). A link to the original posting would be strongly preferred as well.
Commissions are only for your personal use. You do not have permission to profit from my work in any way. And you may not use my art to train AI models.
You may not alter any of my artwork (WIPs or finished) without my permission. I reserve the right to use any of the art I make as I see fit, finished or otherwise.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Posted 3 years agoDue to a recent accident I have finally felt good enough to sit down in my chair comfortably, due to the unexpected medical bills I am in a hurry to fetch some funds to avoid completely melting my savings, so I will open commissions with the possibility of negotiation. Any aid would really help me recover from this blow, thank you very much!
