Hey, just a little update I got myself a little Numark DJ controller to try to learn some DJing I think it'd be really cool to do some themed mixes or maybe some little series of music that I've been really digging lately!

Yeah, like I mentioned on twitter, I caught covid and was pretty sick for almost 3 weeks. It was the most sick I've ever gotten at one time, I think I got infected by instinctively rubbing my eyes without thinking about it 😐

Anyways, I recovered now and I'm %100, please be really careful out there y'all.

I hate it when I find some cool talented and skilled artists, but they don't have their shit together business wise (unfinished commissions, no communication with the commissioner)

One telltale sign is the shouts on their page:

"How's my commission coming along?"

""Any update on my art??, it's been 5 months"

What's also crazy is that people let that slide, or ignore all of the red flags and pay for something they're probably never going to get.

So props to all you artists that take care of business.

Hey guys, just wanted to update you on what's been going on with me and my lack of activity.

Got a new job that pays well but takes a lot of my time, but that's how it is with any job right? The good thing is that I will have money to spend on records, music equipment, and art from a lot of you awesome artists!

I still work on music when I can, I want to drop at least one ep for you guys, I really feel like I have stepped my music production game up, so be on the look out for that!

I haven't been to active but I will change that since it's gotten WAY easier to record now. More beats coming!!

I've also been thinking of maybe posting journals where I tell you guys to link sounds to sample, and see if I can make a beat out of it.

If you guys know me, you know I don't go out of my way to buy a lot of art, it's not that Im broke or anything, I just don't have that itch lol. But what I do find interesting is the challenge of making something somebody else wants, maybe something they wanted sampled, or a certain type of hip hop beat etc.

If you have been following me, you know it's been almost a year since I have released a song or beat, a lot of that had to do with my pc being messed up.

Now with this laptop (Gateway NE522) and external soundcard next to my Korg piano and drum machine, EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH FASTER!, and I can sample anything off the internet again, except this time it's instantaneous.

This means more songs.

I get the impression that some people on here want to talk to you, but are so shy that they just watch you instead, and if you don't reply they unwatch you.

Yet there are a ton of people who hate when they are told "Thanks for the watch/fav"
