UPDATE!
Posted 6 years agoI've decided that I'll be using this account for the purpose of posting adopts and character designs for sale/trade, as this is something I've recently gotten into.
I'll be posting all of my main works on my previous account SW4T - I am better-known on there.
THERE IS NO NEED TO LEAVE THIS ONE BEHIND UNLESS YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MY FULL SUBMISSIONS! I'm simply putting a barrier between the two, rather than having my full pieces mix in with something I don't do often. I'm not leaving this behind. But there may be a lot less activity. Thanks for reading

The Drakoid - Open Species
Posted 6 years agoI've been working on a new species for a while, but I've just recently finished them.
This species is open, so anyone can make one with little restriction, however, you should read this journal first and keep in mind any of the future information that may come out for them. Thanks!
-
Let's start with what a Drakoid is, and where they came from.
The species is a natural inhabitant of a planet called Nexus. The planet is large and inhabited by many other life-forms, with Drakoids being the dominant land creature. It holds high mountains, deep valleys, and wide seas.
They are a reptilian race, covered in scales and sometimes feathers as well, although there have been few cases of them having fur. As rare as it is, It's a possible feat between an abnormality.
Their only direct link traces to dragons, therefore the "Drak" portion. However, the second part of them is horrifying...
Their planet has gone through war and destruction for ages, and each time, it came with a cost. Biological warfare resulted in most of the planet inhabitable in Its current age, many of the bloodline did not survive. It was up to them to enhance themselves to keep up with the endless pummeling of their planet, therefore infusing themselves with non-biological parts and plating. They began using cyber replacements within themselves in order to withstand the dangers that would otherwise render them extinct.
This assisted them for a while, but their creation backfired on them. The robotic DNA, known as the Wicker, infused with their own, and they are much less of themselves.
Now, they are androids.
Deep down, their original DNA resides, but the material somehow became a part of them.. so wires are wrapped around their veins.
-
Their physical features are varied, no Drakoid is the same, But their design will always include:
A helmet as a screen. It can be removed, as long as It's not become infused. It's rare, but not impossible.
Horns. These are cyber and can be detached, leaving room for different ones to "grow in" or none at all.
Mechanical wings. These can be removed, granted they have not also become infused, They are very compact and attached to back plating.
Full or half torso-plating. Often with LEDs on the chest with internal wiring. This can be removed, as long as It's not infused.
Partial, half, or full cyber limbs. Plating on the shoulders and legs, with LEDs at the shoulder and on the hips. This can not be removed as It's permanently infused.
Mechanical tail plating, or full mechanical tail, IF the tail is long. Can have LEDs on it or none at all, a custom tail end piece. Can be removed if It's not infused.
-
Remember, each Drakoid can be unique. If you make your own, feel free to show me! Be original and respectful.
If you have any questions, note me. :>
I'll have some visual examples of them soon.

Com info - open [prices updated]
Posted 6 years agoRead all that's here before going through with a commission! And never be afraid to ask questions, that's what I'm here for.
- 15$ for headshots and busts
- 30$ for a half body
- 35$ for a full-body
- Full scenes with extra characters (ex: a full-body of two characters would be 65$ and if you want a background, It'd be +15 for a simple background.) Full scenes vary by complexity and what I'm capable of creating. If something is too complex, I may decline.
- 75$ for reference sheets, with the option of two busts/headshot and a bodyshot, or two full bodyshots with no headshot or bust.
- Custom characters vary by complexity and automatically come with an unshaded reference.
What I do:
- Ferals
- Anthros
- Monsters
- Hybrids
- Custom designs/characters
- NSFW
- And more! (ask)
NEEDED FROM YOU:
- A ref sheet or SOME form of example of your character(s) - A visual reference is greatly preferred.
- a theme idea if you have one.
- details indifferent to the visual reference (such as special clothing, markings, etc
Don’t be afraid to ask about something! I’m not limited by this list. If I believe that I can do it, I will most definitely try at the least. Use my gallery as an example. I'm consistently trying new things, so I might surprise you.
You can reach me on discord @ Grey#5822 for further inquiries and updates on commissions.
