Guys, I am very appreciative about when comments are made concerning my work, and I'm thankful for all of them.
However, there are times when I come online, and I'm not in the mood to hear why someone posts comments that make me or my viewers uncomfortable.
I do not tolerate "constructive criticism" by any amount, because it doesn't exist. Advice BUILDS, criticism TEARS DOWN. That's how it has always been, and the two are not inter-changeable You CANNOT use criticism to construct anything. I have a major in art, and frankly, the mind to tear anyone who thinks they're Jason Bourne and can just be walk into MY GALLERY, acting like their opinion is the only valid one, into confetti.
However, if there is something about my piece that contradicts itself, then tell me by note.

I also do not appreciate comments that harass others for no reason, or in the case of what made me post this journal, comments that make my viewers uncomfortable. This doesn't just apply to types of comments made to spite the work, or maker of said work. It also applies to those that poke fun at the demographic I appeal to (Adult artist). At this point, I've been on Furafinity long enough for people to know that I make a specific kind of artwork, and properly tag it. THEREFOR, you REALLY need to look around INTENTIONALLY to find it. No one has ANY business pulling the innocent soul-act, by going on an ADULT art piece, and posting a comment that rips at the work, or the atmosphere established by said work, in order to promote their personal bias.

This includes comments like "This is weird lol" "Why is it/he/she in that position??", or ANY COMMENT ATTEMPTING TO MAKE MY WORK LOOK RELATED TO A TOTALLY UNRELATED, BAD SITUATION OR POLITICAL GROUP.
If I post Slime/inflation art, don't be a raging potatoe and post comments that are/or encourages mockery, alienation, or hurtful opinions of people who like that when nothing depicted is illegal.
As a furry artist, we all know how it feels to have this done to us by society, and it is dis-heartening when it happens inside the community.

This especially applies to what's marked down as the "first" comment, which often dictates how people associate others opinions of the work, and subsequently influences how they view it.

The first comment is a validation of the impression an artwork gives the viewer. It shows the artist that their work appealed to their target audience, and if a random person post something pointless, hurtful or ignorant, or out-of-context, it INVALIDATES the artist' intended impression, and diverts from the subject matter in the piece.
I have blocked people for intentionally, and indirectly insulting my work sheerly because they had the gaul to make it the FIRST comment. The FIRST opinion others associate with something they didn't make. You can NOTE ME for criticism, but if you don't like it, then don't favorite the work!
If you are the first commenter, and you say something that criticizes my work, instead of compliments or adds to it, you WILL be blocked and not unblocked.

I wouldn't have posted this if it only happened once.

For the last 3-4 MONTHS, I have been forced to watch the art software I was so loyal to collapse into disarray and chaos as I went from using it in several art classes to complete high profile assignments and even gallery pieces, to using it as "that hobby" when I have nothing better to do.
As a result, I couldn't sustain the output I had been maintaining before. To remedy this, I started posting art using Opentoonz, which was designed for animating, and not still images. The frames themselves are more pixelated, to save space and make more effective movies. That is why I cannot keep using it to make 2-dimensional images, and not movies.

It hurts to know a software like sketchpad 4.1 and 5.1 just COLLAPSED at the start of the coronavirus lockdown, when they were such great alternatives to Adobe's overrated systems which, purportedly lagged at every chance they got for some users. I really did use them throughout all of my college years, and there was no bug that I didn't work around. No, I am NOT getting Adobe. In My H O N E S T Opinion, EVERYONE SEEMS TO USE ADOBE OR PAINT TOOL SAI D:< It drains the different styles out of art sights and makes everyone internally think "you're a REAL professional artist if you don't have ... as a result". I'm also a broke college graduate at home sooooooo .____.)
I'm getting something else.

As of right now, my commission information is OUTDATED, as I cannot sustain the same style that I previously have before. As things stand, I will have to upgrade my art style AGAIN, to adapt to this knew, realistic art software; ArtRage 6, which UNLIKE ADOBE ISN'T OVERRATED( I'm joking).

I recently switched to my animation software to make pictures, which resulted in pixelated pieces on even the smallest setting possible.
My motivation has dropped significantly because the art software I use bugged out and wouldn't let me open files I made, or undo any edits, so I was happy when I went through my google drive and found an older version, which I bought before it was updated. That version works, and it's the one I'm most familiar with.
I should be able to make pieces with it of much better quality than before, but I'm in no hurry to start making more art atm, mostly because I'm out of ideas.
If anyone has any, then feel free to suggest something, but I'm not guaranteeing anything, lol.

The software which I have been using for the last few years has a new update in it.
Said update BUGGED the software, and now it's nearly unbearable to use. I'll be switching to Opentoonz, which is what I use to animate, but the quality of my work will probably go down as a result.

FA admins have just released and announced a better way of funding artist; one that doesn't require that ONE $100 commission you've probably been saving up for.
By linking one's Paypal (not patreon) to your FA account, users can receive donations... and this is my concern.

How do patreon users use the shiny system? A lot of artist use patreon.

Another thing, is that with this new Shiny system, we're bound to see a new kind of problem.
Account spamming.
Hackers.
and Shiny span (anyone always asking for shinies).

This will likely make Furafinity go from leisurely in the comments, to competitive and slightly toxic.

What the admin did in response was remove it WITH NO WARNING, and then tell me that it didn't match their conditions.

My point is you don't ACCIDENTALLY stumble into my content, and the tags I had on the work on DA had maybe twice as many tags. They were STUMBLE PROOF. NO MINOR WOULD SEE IT UNLESS THEY WERE VIOLATING THE RULES. If you want to look at my NSFW art and see what I mean, you will. BE WARNED, it is very adult content.
What I'm saying is that I'm no fool about how to make sure my art stays within guidelines...
but some tactless admin removed it anyway.
They only gave me one opportunity in the message to dispute it, in which I said something around the lines of
"Tell me how a piece already labelled mature gets removed". What I SHOULD have said is that
"I'm thoroughly disappointed with your staff on removing an art piece already labelled on STRICT adult content, and with your mismanagement of your authority. I would appreciate if you switched its rating to the required one reposted it, AND sent a FOREWARNING of violations in the future."

I was playing it today and we were SUDDENLY outmatched about 20 to 13. It was one of the worst matchups I've been in...

because they still lost XD
Normally the smaller team might break up but we started assassinating them instead. At one point I had 17 large space mines.
I gladly planted them right beside the enemy base to blow up... and there's NO WAY to disable them XD

This game was about to be SOOOO unfair if we lost D:<
Both teams were at the same level, and both teams had strong tranks... but SOMEHOW, the balancing system thought it was fair for them to have 7 players more than us.

._.) Looking at how badly we trashed them... I kind of see why.

My point is... they didn't suck, and that shouldn't have happened. They had a chance without that unfair advantage and they wasted it.

We could communicate attacks, but no around one did.
We had the other team overpowered... BUT

People left early... and kept leaving, EVEN THOUGH we were ahead of the other team.
No one knew how to play the game so no one launched a coordinated attack through chat, and

I usually save this for League of Legends, but most of my team left me and 2 other guys against 5 overpowered ships. There was no disadvantage. The game BALANCES ITSELF! That's why we didn't get more teammates... but WHAT DOES IT DO???????????????????????????????

When WE start losing, NO ONE JOINS! We were outmatched and the game didn't let anyone join our team to balance things out... but it had no problem letting the other team become OP.

It's very toxic and leaves a powerful "imprint" on people who walk through even small amounts of the mist. The smell literally last about as long as weed does, and no matter what the smell is, it's still unwelcome indoors.

No one who cares about their health wants you to vape and walk back indoors with a device carrying so many times more nicotine than should be allowed.
It's also your breath, and some people tend to put our mouths were others don't want to go near. The mist enables the germs to cling to it and remain air born. It's a health hazard.

For some reason the station smells and the aliens aren't killing us. A new type of alien appears and attacks us as the aliens see what it does and how it contributes to the hive mind (we both choose how it looks)

Story 2: We are playing truth or dare in an apartment and things start going a little too far.

Story 3: One of us finds a weird package on the door with the writing "project x" on it. We notice that the rest of the neighborhood seems to have evacuated and call you to come over and ask what's happening. It turns out to be either a monster, alien serum, transformative substance, symbiote intent on eating us, or a trick to draw our attention away from the creepy figures silently rummaging through our room for something

Story 4: Human scientist ambush us and take us to their lab where we are forced to obey and degraded in an experiment to see if furries can be brainwashed into pets and either sold or bred.

Story 5: Something is in the swimming pool and it keeps trying to bait us in with a beach ball playfully bouncing around. It seems intent on doing something to us and its spawn attack us occassionally. We can call the police, but there are too many spawn and they all are clear as water, which means the cops wouldn't believe us. (fight, mystery, alien)

Story 6: We are exploring an alien world when we get attacked by blobs. They capture or free us and interestingly feed us in a giant welcome to their village, but some of them clearly have alterior motives

Story 7: We are insulting christmas for how self-centered it's become when a stranger tries to turn us into reindeer (it's DEFINITELY not Santa)

Story 8: Lugia, Darkrai, Houndour, Mightyena or drampa is constantly coming by our house and "squatting" on our property. Whatever item it has is destroying our will to resist it and it won't let us call the cops. We have to either give in and do whatever it wants or resist and hope it leaves (transformation, fighting, domination, enslavement)

Story 9: We got in over our heads in a paint ball contest and some immoral players kidnapped us for revenge. Either survive their strange tortures or give in, thus encouraging them to leave because it isn't working like they expected.

Story 10: We get too bored and start doing things to see what's fun.
