I currently work for a crap factory. We make candles, all day erryday. In a couple months I will be working for a Senior Center(for more than I make at the factory.. I know right?)
Eventually I wish to own a bakery/be a vet/run a shelter for cats and hobos.

The Reason I Send Invoices
Posted 11 years agoI've actually had atleast 3 people ask me why I needed to send them an invoice rather than just have them send me the payment. So here is why I will always prefer invoices and if I can avoid it at all skip sending you my email for you to send me a payment.
First. it keeps things clean! I have a nice neat stack of invoices instead of lots of random Paypal "pending" messages to sort through to see who has paid.
Second, it lets me avoid getting in trouble with Paypal because it doesn't allow you to send me notes on your payment. Not that I think everyone is silly enough to put something like "FOR THE PORN" on your payment, but why take the chance?
And third, and probably the biggest reason I send invoices rather than have you send me the payment yourself, is it lets me avoid scammers and liars. See, when I send the invoice it clearly states when it has been paid, and when it hasn't. Before I started sending invoices, and would just give them my email to send the payment, I had waaaayyy too many people(seriously there are a lot of scammers) tell me something like:
Them: "Okay money sent, give me my picture now."
Me: "Well the payment hasn't gone through yet, maybe it's delayed I'll give it a couple more minutes."
Them: "Oh.. well the money is gone out of my account... I know I sent it."
Me: "Check the paypal email and make sure you sent it to my email. See if you spelled it right."
Them: "Yes it's spelled right and the money is missing from my account now, give me my picture."
Me: "Sorry but I still don't have it... Send me a screenie of your receipt?"
Them: "I don't have access to that email anymore."
.... I mean this convo could go on and on and on.. and let me tell you it did more times than I would have liked. Invoices solves EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM. xD

From what I understand something went to congress today about letting companies like Verizon and AT&T "censor" your internet if you have it through them, ultimately meaning they can block whatever sites and downloads they want.

Certain people too. Trust me, working as a cashier I talk to plenty of people throughout the day.. but none of them matter to me so it's different and doesn't fulfill that need.

I can't talk about this stuff with anyone because it's so.. sappy. I feel like a loser oh lordy. Maybe that's my problem too though. I don't like people being nosy or in my business even when that's the only way someone could get to know me. I used to pretend I was a full blown lesbian just so I'd feel safe talking to guys. Yup. In my head if I let it slip I was a lesbian they'd put their guards down and never suspect I was checking them out or crushing on them, and I'd be safe to be myself around them because "Hey she's a lesbian it's not like she's trying to impress us!".

I've been having stress dreams a lot lately. About money mostly, but every now and then I dream about being with old friends and even an ex. The money ones suck but the ones about people always leave me not wanting to wake up because I miss them so much. I just want a connection with someone again, but I don't know how.. I've never really known how. I am so bad at things like that.
Even now I feel like I need to justify this rant journal. Like, apologize for being myself and typing words that you don't even have to read. I don't like people being nosy or in my business even when that's the only way someone could get to know me. I used to pretend I was a full blown lesbian just so I'd feel safe talking to guys. Yup. In my head if I let it slip I was a lesbian they'd put their guards down and never suspect I was checking them out or crushing on them, and I'd be safe to be myself around them because "Hey she's a lesbian it's not like she's trying to impress us!".

I've been having stress dreams a lot lately. About money mostly, but every now and then I dream about being with old friends and even an ex. The money ones suck but the ones about people always leave me not wanting to wake up because I miss them so much. I just want a connection with someone again, but I don't know how.. I've never really known how. I am so bad at things like that.
Even now I feel like I need to justify this rant journal. Like, apologize for being myself and typing words that you don't even have to read. Like hey guys don't think I'm a pathetic loser because I'm ranting about being lonely and missing certain people on a furry art site hurrrrrr. What is wrong with me.

Posted 12 years agoNot like I had much in there to begin with but lel, they were pretty much the worst thieves ever. They got them from my Amazon account I believe, becuase they ordered something and forgot to change the shipping address. I now have lots of lube. No really. Wtf.
Luckily it wasn't hard to prove it was hacked because my bank helped sort it out after noticing other charges in a different city than I am.
After all was said and done they bought $5 worth of fast food, $10 of icecream, 100$ of gas, and $30 of lube.
The only thing that sucks is tomorrow is Cyber Monday, and I had planned on finishing my Christmas shopping but since my credit card had to be canceled and I still haven't received the new one.. I can't do that. x( No money in my paypal af.
Sucks butt but atleast the theives can't use my money anymore.

Feline Acne + Commissions
Posted 12 years agoSo my kitty has feline acne. I didn't even know hat existed until this black gunk started showing up on her chin. I thought it was dirt and would scrub at it.. now I feel horrible because it probably hurt her.
Anyways.. I'm worried because it seems to be getting bigger and bigger. I tried to schedule a vet appointment, but since the fair is this week in my town, all vets are closed. (I know right?)
But I guess it doesn't matter since I'm between jobs right now and don't have a lot of extra money. So to raise a little extra cash, I've actually started my Halloween Commissions a little early. Here's the info on them: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5045094/

Posted 12 years agoSo our great dane died about a week ago from a rare tick bite. It was sad.
Now not even a week later my mom and her boyfriend are buying a NEW FUCKING PUPPY?
Uhm.. not only are ticks STILL outside(it's summer ya know), but our great dane also had a very bad type of worms that the vet said only the snow would kill in the yard.
Well, we all work and stuff during the day so the puppy has to go outside.
I'm so pissed.
Every one of my moms animals die. I've had the same cat for over a year now, and I take great care of her while my mom has went through countless dogs and various other animals. They ALL die. ALL OF THEM. Everytime I tell her "Why are you getting more? They all die.." She yells at me and tells me I can move out if I don't like it.
NOW she has the nerve to tell me if the new puppy doesn't like my cat I have to get it out of the house.
And I'm seriously about to smack a bitch.
My cat was here first. I haven't killed more dogs than I can count. I actually take her to the vet.
I'm just.. ugh

8am-3pm is one job, and then 4pm-midnight is the next. When I get off, its an hour home. So I'll be going to bed around 1, waking up at 7ish, going to work. No time for literally anything else. x_x
