I'm having a great time in DC so far. A few of my favorite thing so far would be the Discovery air and space, video game exhibit in art museum and a squirrel sun bathing on the white house lawn. ^^

First off I'm going to give away a fursuit I brought from England. I was hoping I could fix it up a bit, but I haven't had the time between college and work. I haven’t really done much in the furry community lately. I think it is mostly due to money issues.

Last year alone I help host four furry events in my local area, which cost me quite a bit of money to do. I went to three conventions and two of them are local.

The main thing draining my money is school. I have to pay around four thousand out of pocket to pay for my schooling and I make under six thousand dollars a year. I think this year I will not be able to attend almost any furry events or even small local events.

I hope I can still keep in touch with everyone and I would love any suggestion on what I could do.

I am planning to eat out then bowl on the 22nd. I would like to eat out at a Asian buffet at 1 pm. Bowling would be at 3 pm to 7pm. This is in the Omaha, Nebraska area and is open to anyone.

The buffet will cost around 7.50 to 8.50 depending if you get soda or not. The restaurant has Asian food, some American, a small sushi bar and a small Mongolian grill. This will kind of be a birthday party for me, but it will be an open invitation to anybody. I would not recommend bring furry stuff for the buffet since people will be eating, but the bowling is the same like always.

Bowling is $2.50 a game and $1.50 for shoes. There is a total of six lanes reserved and we can reserve more lanes if need. Costuming will be welcome just as in previous times. We will also get the party room which we got last time. The party room has restroom which can be used for changing into your costume or gear. The owner requires that we wear bowling shoes when bowling or soft mascot
feet.
