Hey guys. it's your friendly-neighborhood barraqda over here. Man...Can you believe that? I've had it with this accident of mine... Ya know why I was inactive for a couple of days? cause I spent them in hopsital, yeah, AGAIN. >:( A few days ago my love came home and the moment she saw me, she screamed. Cause I was yellow ( well, I'd say it was more like a greenish tone, but hell.let's be practical..) Yup, yellow. The accident caused some bruises on my liver and it almost threw it out of whack. Now the docs fixed it, but dammit, I hate hospitals...not to mention the lost time... So please be extra patient, guys... I'm doing everyting in my might.

first of all let me tell you how awesome you guys were for being worried and being concerned about my health. My dear was kind enough to write a journal entry explaining my absence :) I'm so proud of her, because she is not a great internet-wiz, and she managed to do it properly - thanks hon' :)

I wouldn't really go into details, let's just say a not-too-sober guy with a motorbike played bowling, and some of the other pedestrians and me were the bowlign dummies. yup. ouch. I've spent a LOT OF VALUABLE DAYS in hospital, but luckily the doc let me out last night, cause I really didn't want to stay any longer.... I still need to have lotsa rest... and I will draw slower than usual. Luckily my right hand and fingers are not harmed, but the arm itself got injured (not to mention some organs :P), so I can't be as fast as i originally am... but it'll heal over time. so...enough about that and my self-pity...

let's get back to the drill. I promise you guys, I'll work as much as I can. So once more: Thank you for the support and kindness, people... I really appreciate it.

Dear friends n customers...

I will be away till about Wednesday next week - it's a business trip with my dayjob :/ erm...I'm not ofnd of it, but I have to go :( sorry guys, be back soon.

First of all, lemme thank you all for the goodwill and all the wishes...sure made me look strong in terms of the proposal... but...everything turned out just great and she said YES. as the title of the journal says: she said: "YES-YES-YES-YOU ASS-YES!"
So everything is peachy and everyone's real happy about it... :) It kinda shocked my in-laws...they are happy, but their lil' girl is getting married...so it's just natural :)

Technically, I had it all planned... All I knew was that we will not have the typical, extra rich dinner wit pretty clothes and ties...ya know, dropping a ring in a glass of champagne is so overrated... and my gf always dreamed of having an intimate one, nothing fancy where people start clapping around you :D and here's what I had in mind: everyone looks good in a tie, well-shaved, in a candle-light at a table...it's easy to sell yourself that way.... :) I figured I look the worst in sweatpants, non-shawed... :) So if I can sell myself like that, that is something... Ya know, almost every night I go out n jog in the dark streets..I like to do it late at night, when the streets are calm, no traffic whatsoever, yada-yada... And I went for it just like any other day... then I called my girlfirend that she should come and pick me up, because I fell, and I can't step on my ankle... (I had it all planned - she could come with the last tram... I was waiting for her in a park.. the park where we cuddled for the first time) - with my left foot leaning to a bench.... She came to me real worried asked me if we need ambulance or something, and I said I'm not sure, because I can't reach my ankle due to the pain... I aksed her to check my ankle gently if she can feel anything wrong with it... she started to gently tap it under my socks... and suddenly she found *something*. at first she didn't know what it was, she was afraid it was some broken part of me XD and she took it out... it was the ring. I knew she'd like it, I know her taste, it is a white gold/red gold ring with some diamonds... custom-made, stylish... I've been hiding i in our home for some time :) when we took the ring out of my socks (rare sentence XD) I dropped on one knee and proposed... She started laughing a bit, and told me the aforesaid sentence :D (The ASS-part was due to me making her worried :D But we were real happy... walked home... and made a huge bubblebath in which I put a lot of rose petals, and cut some exotic fruits for us to eat in the candlelight :)
so..that's how it was done.... :D I'm one half of an engaged couple now :D

Yeah... I finally have everything what I need...
TONIGHT I am going to propose to my girlfriend... So everyone, KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED FOR ME :)

T'is real hard to deal with, I need to spend half of my days in offices, standing in queues waiting for papers, yada-yada... and winter holidays just make the whole procedure slower..xmas...new year's eve...

I know sometimes it might seem like I'm just slacking, with no updates here, but trust me, I work on your pics EVERY DAY, and when I don't upload anything, it means I'm doing pics that are private... but still: commissions :) I'm just human, and have 2 arms (and only drawing with one of them XD), so I just want you to know, that I am working hard, I do respect you as friends and customers, and I intend to make something that is worth your money... don't worry... :) I hope you had a very nice X-mas, and will have a kickass New Year's Eve...as for me, I'll be doing yer pics :D

I so can't believe it... Did every possible preparation for Xmas..everythin'. I'm doing commissions for you guys every day... and when I say 'every day', I do mean EVERY DAY... Since September, there hasn't been a single day I took off. There have been days when I didnt upload anything, because certain customers want to keep it private..yada-yada..
So.. I bought every present... and today I went to the market for some frest fruits n vegs.. and what was I forced to notice? my whole friggin wallet was stolen... completely-utterly. Along with every single card (ID-card, creditcard, student's ID card, and every other possible card what you can imagine...) not to mention the cash... so there I was, realizing that I technically don't exist, I cant identify mahself with anything, I lost money, and the access to my bank account. Priceless. just f*cking great. and Xmas is right there in the corner....

don't worry guys, I am still working ony our commissions, but in the meantime, I hafta run circles to certain offices to deal with the issue.. not easy I hafta tell you..especially in my country...

also: PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM DEC.23 to DEC. 28 I WON'T BE HERE, NOWHERE NEAR INTERNET, since we're gonna spend our Xmas with our families at a nice cozy family-home... so dont worry if I dont reply between 23 and 28.

Hi there my dear watchers :) This journal is mainly for my dear customers, but I'm grateful for every single pageview that you guys spare, so figured I thank you for all the support... I mean, sheesh, I never thought I'd be this close to a 10000 pageviews..that's a LOT... I knew one day I might reach it, but hey..I'm not around for that long, pro'lly I don't even deserve all the attention :) so thank you guys, it's greatly appreciated...

oh...something elsE: I thought I enlighten you all, that I work on your commissions every day..and when I say every day, I do mean EVERY DAY. From monday to Friday, when I get home from work, I do at least one commission before going to bed..then, saturday and sunday is the same...only difference is that I am most likely to be able to finish more than 1... When I'm on a roll, 2 even :D haha... But that's not what I was trying to get at... I just want you all to know, that I'm not slacking at all, when there's a day that presents no new submission from me, it either means that the customer doesnt want me to post it, or that I'm working on some sorta series of pics..and the series will only be posted when I'm done with each and every picture.. things like that exist :) So...all of you who are in line and waiting for your pics, thank you for your time and trust, I will get to yours soon..cause I am totally working hard on them :)

Guess, who's back! yup...lil'o me... Oh boy... some extra days, aye? :D Yeah well.. Turkey was magnificent...even better than I expected... I was swmming with huge turtles and dolphins...and not in a silly aquarium..in the wilderness :D haha... we had so much fun during our stay...the weather was excellent, food was good... and the area and water was magnificent... oh, how I miss diving already...

I know I came home pretty late..that's because we we're travelling home with lots of vehicles...cars...buses, trains..took us a while to get back to our own country :)

other news: I am in a net café right now, while we were away, some construction worker dudes cut the cable outside our new house, so no Tv and internet for a while... :I'll try to be there for ya guys as soon as I can...so dun worry, everyone will get his/her pic, I'm here, and alive :)

Yup..leavin' for a vacation..some of you guys might now that...some of ya' dont :) So dear customers/firends/viewers...
