I am just about finished with my current list of commissions (never did close btw in case anyone is wondering and still open for them), but.... I'm thinking about bringing back ref sheet commissions..... It will be it's own section rather than based off of my normal commissions, and FLAT COLORS ONLY (because that makes sense).
But....if I brought them back.... would anyone buy them?

I have been on a slight roll lately of getting my shit back together with the artflow, but for the past few days have been under the weather a bit. Have been sick and it was a bit hard to concentrate with drawing. The only good part is that I got sick on my Friday at work and had my days off to recover as much as possible, so thankfully I can get back to work on these commission diligently! Anyway, will be continuing and hopefully going at a good pace for these commissions, pics, etc.

My apologies for the wait on this, but I am opening back up for commissions for 3 separate specials!
The first is the return of the DFD pics you have been seeing around like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26865005/
These will be available at a $10 minimum (you are more than welcome to add in any extra amount you desire, or keep it at the $10 minimum).
The 2nd is the return of my Escort Special! These used to be rather popular, so they are making a return. Example: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/27262933/
The price on these will be lowered to $40 for one of your characters with one of mine. Any additional characters will inquire extra fees that can be discussed in PMs/Notes.

Just letting everyone know that I will soon be opening up for commissions again! However I do want to ask what would everyone like as a special? Should I continue to make Doodles for Donation? Should I start my summer special? Or are there any ideas you may all have in mind?

I have a very full list and plan on hammering these out bit by bit once I get home from work tonight. Already started the first one (almost finished but had to get ready for work), and I have to say I think these will be fun to work on now that my inking brushes on CSP optimized to how I like it. So.... I will be working diligently!

Just an update that I am still alive. Still drawing (slowly but surely) as well as working on my commissions. Once my list is complete I will have to say that either I won't be doing commissions for a while, or if I do I will be doing small sketches or something of the sort for a while. I HAVE been sketching a lot and will upload what I have been sketching in a big upload spree when I can (or rather when I decide to do it from my portable tablet). But also been sketching up ideas and scenarios for my future project which has been in the works and just been sketched for far too long now.... I cannot say when, but once my commissions are all complete I will say to expect more work into my upcoming project than anything else (except for some IOUs for a particular couch pic and some pics I owe for subscribers to my Twitch account for being bitbosses as well). My only excuses for my tardiness on art is burnout.... Not on drawing, but from work. Mental and physical exhaustion really. Mental from the BS from guests and staff, and physical from riding my bicycle to and from place to place (I need to get a car one day). Lame excuses, I know, but those are mainly the reason.
Soon (possibly tomorrow from this post) be expecting one commission to be finished and uploaded here on FA (5 character one which I am not used to but decided to challenge myself with). After that I will have 3 more to go and then IF I do any more commission it will only be sketches for a long long while.
But do expect to see more from me in the near future.

Just a heads up that I am doing my 5th year of participating in the charity event known as Extra Life! Gonna be streaming games to try and raise money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (gonna try again to help out with St. Roses in the Las Vegas/Henderson area), and hopefully will have fun attempting to do so!
The goal right now is to hit $100 for them. I know, it's a modest goal, but every little bit helps these hospitals treat the kids in need of medical attention. Donations are already being accepted if anyone wants to donate early to them at the following link: https://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.participant&participantID=288273
As for the stream itself, it will be from 8AM PT in an attempt to go on for 24 hours! I... haven't been able to yet.... Wait.... it's daylight savings this weekend.... 25 HOURS! I'm not gonna talk much about it of course, but just to let everyone know I'm okay. My family and friends are okay, especially my sister who was running away from the chaos when it happened. She managed to make it home safe, if not rather shaken of course.
But holy fuck...... This is fucking tragic....
All I can say is that my heart goes out to those lives lost and those injured in the shooting.....
I'm not gonna talk much about it of course, but just to let everyone know I'm okay. My family and friends are okay, especially my sister who was running away from the chaos when it happened. She managed to make it home safe, if not rather shaken of course.

My apologies for the lack of updates. I am still drawing and working on commissions. However, I will not be taking any more until I finish my current list, so my apologies about that. I am also planning a ych special this fall. While I won't be doing halloween themed this year, instead I will do something that I attempted as an auction before, but failed with it and will instead do at a set price. More about this later of course, but some ppl may already know what I have in mind for the special.
In the meantime...... Tonight at 8PM PST if anyone is interested.... I will be taking my evening breather and stream a game. Nier: Automata from the start! (full disclosure: I've beaten the game already but deleted my save data. Still worth the 2nd playthrough for a ton of stuff I missed) So if at all interested in watching my gameplay stream (or any streams involving gameplay really) you can follow me or watch me here: https://www.twitch.tv/zeobarrin
I just hope the game doesn't have any blocked scenes since I'm streaming directly from the ps4.....

At the very least I met my goal: Win at least one match. I won 3 and lost 2. Not too bad for my first ever tourney I guess. ^^; But MAAAANNNN was that fun! I am proud to say, though I lost this match outright, that I did create a hype moment. Final round against a damn good Sol player he tried to end it with Dragon Install ver of Tyrant Wave, and me being Leo..... fucking negated the entire beam from afar thanks to shield mashing. Sadly, as I said, there would be no comeback in that match after that but MAN that was something! So, made it to Winners Quarter Final and somewhat close to getting out of the Losers Bracket afterwards,
May go again next year if I can afford it. Was really fun!

Just to let you know, I may or may not make it on the stream for tomorrow since the pools start tomorrow at 10AM, but IF you would like a chance to see my ass get handed to me on GGXrd Rev 2 I will be at EVO in Pool A403 starting at 10AM. Not too sure how well I will do (especially considering I'm against someone who plays at competitions a lot for Smash Bros and this is my first tournement... ever....) but we will see just how badly I will do. ^^;;;

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped either by assisting with commissions, commissioning me, spreading the word, or showing a general interest when I needed the help. I really do appreciate it and everything really did help me a great deal. I am working on commissions and have several started and in progress already and will continue to work on everything accordingly. Just once again, thank you all for helping me in such a situation.

General | Posted 8 years agoAlrighty! So just a heads up, I apologize for the long long delay in everything. Catching back up with all my commissions after the reformat and the recovery attempt. The good news, I'm back on track for the most part with everything. The bad news, I had to start over on a few things due to losing the files. I did recover some of the more important ones, but still there was only so much I could get that wasn't already corrupted.
So with one thing, anyone who requested background 4 with my summer special I will let you know that I have to remake that BG and so it may look slightly different. However I will do my best to recreate it to the thumbnail shown in the example pic. Thankfully, backgrounds 1, 2 3, and 5 were successfully recovered. Also for two commissions I had to work back up from the old sketch preview I submitted to certain commissioners.
So for now I am back on track with everything and just need to remake bg 4 for the summer special, but not before finishing up a couple more normal commissions on my queue. They are getting there, and I do appreciate your patience with me.
