A few weeks ago, I noticed tags I'd blacklisted were visible for some reason. I created a trouble ticket, although no one got back to me (is that not how they're supposed to be used?). I've noticed that when access FA on my Safari the tags are blacklisted, but when I use Google Chrome to access my account, the tags are visible. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've contacted FA again hopefully they'll know what to do.
