Hey ya'll. I doubt many of you noticed, but last commission took me an usual ammount to finish, at least compared to how long I usually take. I've been very focused working on my webcomic. To be more specific, getting the website ready to be unveiled in the upcoming days. This has caused every other side project at hand, including commissions and the "Admiration" comic, to be delayed.

It may not feel like a huge deal YET, which is why until I get a plan sorted out with the webcomic, I've decided to stop taking commissions temporarely. I have no estimated date on when I'll open again, but I'm hopeful it won't be more than one or two weeks at most. Still, your patience would be most appreciated.

Just FYI tho, this'll have no effect on Buttload of Gryphons, which I'll still keep posting every saturday and sunday.

The last thing I want is getting any paid work rushed out just to have more time to work on the comic, so thank you for understanding!

Hey you all! Letting you know that I'm gonna be closed for commissions for a couple of days. I know I still had an open slot, but because it's been rather slow while waiting for new commissioners, I've decided to close them early. Gonna take a two day break before opening again on Wednesday, with my usual 5 slots. Hope you understand!

Hello, everyone! This will be another of my long journals, so if you’re not in the mood for that, feel free to skip this. Otherwise, thank you for your time!

So a lot has been said recently about my future plans, specifically regarding my plans for writing multi-page comics. While I haven't entirely given up on the idea, I've decided after some thinking to change on how I'm gonna carry them. For starters, and most important, I'll either competely or partially scrap my ideas for NSFW fancomics, including the ones I mentioned some time ago and even made a poll for.

I say partially because I still feel interested in working on the three ideas I previously shared, specially the one that came on top from the poll (more on that bellow). However, as of late, my energies have been focused more into one of my longest side-projects - a webcomic! So after years of working on it privately, I plan to go public with in the near future and share with everyone online.

A few brief details about this webcomic: it’ll be an adventure-fantasy story, featuring anthro avians. It’s also going to be SFW. Not kid-friendly, but not graphic either. Something alone the lines of PG-13 or T rated stories. So for those fans of anthro birds out there, I hope you’ll all enjoy this one. I also plan to open up a Patreon to support it, although the comic itself will be posted online for free in its own website. Expect more information about this along the next months!

So what does this mean for the rest of my FA and tumblr content? Well there’s no way to tell just yet, but once I start full work on the webcomic, it is likely that my smut/fanart content will decrease noticeably. As for commissions, I won’t comment on it until I have a clearer idea of how things will work it. Still, I share this so everyone anticipates what changes come ahead regarding my artwork and doesn’t come off as much of a surprise.

Now speaking of the NSFW fancomics, I held off from revealing the winner from the poll due to the fact that two of the three options were tied very, very closely. But out of the two, the one I decided to go with is “Admiration”, the m/m incest Kulipari story. Out of the three ideas, I think it’ll be the most feasable to finish within a decent ammount of time. It’ll be 15 pages long and I have already done work on the first pages, so I’ll be doing my best to make it happen!

While this does not mean that the other two stories will get ditched just yet, they’re less likely to become true with my webcomic project coming along, so apologies for anyone who looked forward to them. Also, since the future of these two, and other potential ideas for comics I had, is not certain anymore, it’s possible that I won’t be supporting them through Paypal like I will for the webcomic. In other words, they may end up immediatly available for free in my online galleries. On the other hand, this means pages will be put out at a much slower pace.

All this said, nothing is completely set in stone, and what I say here may not even end up happening - likewise, something I did not mention could end up happening. Who knows! This is again so you all get a good idea of what to expect for me in the future. So thank you all for reading, and feel free to let me know what you think about this down below!

Hi everyone! Commissions reopened again, and I've decided once again to open seven slots. Depending on how this goes I may permanently change it to this number instead of my previous five. So as always, note me up if you want one!

Also, a little update on the whole deal with my comic plans. I've decided to open up a Patreon exclusively for comic work. Still in progress, but once it's finished I'll fill you in all about it. I'll get this out of the way tho: with only a small exception, all of the Patreon content will be reposted elsewhere (FA and tumblr) after a period of time. None of that paywall deal we're all so iffy about. Also, my work on comics won't change my dynamic on commissions, so future commissioners have not to worry!

And by the way, based on the results of the poll I shared weeks ago, I've chosen the idea that will be realized first. Stay tuned to find out soon enough about it and for more info on my Patreon endevour.

Hi everyone! I normally don't draw attention, or even say anything, when I make changes to my Terms of Service (which I seldom do anyway), but I felt the need to do so this time due to a reccurring situation I'm having as of late.

Many of my commissioners approach me asking for a commission slot for my next batches, after all my slots have been taken and while I'm still finishing them. This wasn't a big deal for me back when things were slow and got little commissions during the month. However, seeing that demand's been increasing, I realized it wasn't too fair if I let anyone call dibs on my slots whenever they wanted. So to balance things out, I added a new term to my T.O.S., which reads as follows:

"-I will only accept commission requests if I have any open slots. Any messages I receive asking for slots in advance, while my current batch is closed, will be politely dismissed."

Which basically means, if I'm still not done with my current commissions and I have no open slots (or if I do, but you already had one this batch), I won't reserve you a slot for next batch. You have to wait for my next batch of slots to open and if someone PMs me and claims a slot before you do, you must take your turn after, no matter if you wrote me in advance.

Please keep in mind this isn't a beef with anyone in particular. It's flattering to have people so eager about doing commissions for them they want to get one asap, but it gets messy to work out the slot system this way. Hope you all understand.

Bassy here! You might remember not too long ago I asked everyone how would you feel about me making a patreon to crowdfund some NSFW comics I’ve had. Well, I’ve decided that, before I commit myself to create comics under pay, I should first test the waters, turn one my comic ideas into reality and share it online for no price!

Which idea will that be? That’s what I’d like to hear from you!

Below are brief summaries of three of my many ideas. See which one you’d like to see the most, then click the link on the bottom and vote! Whichever idea gets voted the most will be the first I’ll turn into a 10 to 15 page full length comic.

PLEASE NOTE - I am not promising in any way that I will begin work on the winning idea right away. And if I do, updates might be irregular due to making it for no pay and under no deadlines. This poll’s main purpose is to see if these ideas gather any interest and, if they do, how much of it.

Bassy here! So here's a thought I've been toying with for a long while now: NSFW comics on my FA and tumblr. And I don't mean quick and brief works like "Bearely Famous". I mean something a little more ambitious, like a 15-page long story with a plot behind it. I've been itching to work in one for a long time. I have plenty of ideas, many of them based on games, cartoons and etc., all of them which I think would be very exciting both for me and my viewer base.

Unfortunately, as it's often the case, I haven't been able to go ahead with this because of time and money. Drawing personal, single non-commission images on the side is manageable to work on along with commissions, but making a fully-fledged comic is a whole different deal, and unless any of us would be ok with seein one single page a month (at least), the only way I can see it working is if I can figure some way to profit of out it from any viewers who are genuinely interested.

But how? That's what I'd like to hear from you!

I've been doing some research, and still am, regarding payment methods and platforms through which I could get these comics funded. But I also welcome any ideas and suggestions from all of you. I know Patreon is often the most refferenced platform, but that's something that I'd rather think about once my viewerbase grows larger. Nonetheless, whatever suggestion you may have for me, please let me know!

As of the subject matter of the comics, most of them as I mentioned would be based on cartoons and games, mostly stuff I've made fanart of before, such as Banjo-Kazooie, Kulipari, Kung Fu Panda, etc. Something with a short and sweet plot to it, and of course some sexy lewd scenes thrown in. Nothing too heavy on fetishes, unless I think of otherwise, but something that hopefully can appeal to everyone!

Bassy here! As you can see, I have quite the big journal ahead, so if you read it, I’d like to thank you ahead for taking your time to do so!

First off, my commission slots are all officially taken! Thank you all once again for your preference, and those who missed out, stay tuned for when I open up again! Now, speaking of commissions...

You may or may not have noticed, but recently, I’ve been putting out my commissions somewhat faster than I normally do. There’s a reason for this, as I’ve put many of my side projects on hold for the time being in other to finish as many commissions as I can before the end of the week. Now this isn’t to say I’m rushing them or anything. I’m spending as much time as I normally do otherwise, only that this time I have little else to keep me busy during the day.

So what’s coming up next week? Well, this is where the big announcement comes in. Now as an artist that preffers to keep his personal life to himself, I won’t give off too much details, but seeing this is a big deal that may change the way I work on my art and commissions, I feel that my viewers and commissioners deserve to know regardless.

So here’s the deal: Wolfeh and I, after many years of being together, are getting married!

There’s a whole lot behind our marriage, however. You see, Wolfeh and I are from different countries (we’ve been visiting eachother regularely tho, so there’s a real physical relationship here!). So to make this happen, I’ll be moving out of my country to live in hers. We’ve managed to go through all the paperwork, fees and all that bureaucratic hoopla without problems, so all that’s left right now is the actual moving, which is happening next monday in fact!

So how does this affect my work? Well for starters, my life is sure going to get more expensive than it used to, that with the change in currency and higher bills to pay for the two of us. Add to this the fact that, because of my Visa type, I won’t be able to get a proper job right away. The Green Card, which I need to work legally, is a separate deal that I have to request and getting it could take months after getting married.

In the meantime, this leaves me with art commissions as one of my few options to make some proper income. And thus, it’s very likely that you’ll see an increase in my commission prices soon. I only say soon cause, while I determine how much I’ll amp my prices while keeping it fair for both me and my commissioners, I’ll be trying to measure me and Wolfeh’s expenses. I’ll be doing my best to keep things balanced and make sure my art’s quality remains what it’s worth! Until further notice, all my prices remain the dame as they are right now.

On the upside, this means that, while I remain unemployed, I’ll have more time to work on commissions and the occassional personal piece. Seeing how I’ve been receiving a generous ammount of commissioners lately, both new and regular alike, I feel confident that I’ll be able to put out a good number of pieces during this period of time. And while I’m on the subject, I’d really like to thank everyone for your support and prefference! I’ve never considered myself a top notch artist, but seeing the ammount of people who have shown a genuine liking to my work makes me confident I’ll continue delivering art for all to enjoy!

The last thing I’d want to do is resort to e-begging to anyone, so other than the usual support, I won’t ask anything else from anyone. Wolfeh and I are in no crisises to speak of, so in the meantime, whatever I receive from commission payments will suffice for us. After all, once I land a proper job with a fair wage, I’m sure things will work out better.

All this said, there is a lot of things Wolfeh and I will be sorting out once I move in. Lots and lots of things. Specially during my first weeks. Because of this, my activity in both tumblr and FA will slow down a bit, and this includes putting commissions on hold for a brief period. I’m sure I’ll be able to give more on this when after the move happens, but just be aware in case the announcement for a pause comes out of nowhere. Rest be assured, any commissions slots will be respect and remain unchanged. I’ll do my best to ensure no paid commissions are paused while in middle of progress, but it there is, I’ll get in contact with the commissioner right away.

So just to reiterate, this is not me trying to asking for some pity money or anything. We’ll be fine! I’m merely giving you all one big heads up for any changes that may come to my dynamics as an artist, such as my prices and my work outpit, as well as the reason behind them all.

As one final comment, I’d like to invite all my viewers once again to leave me any feedback or critique you’d like to give on my work. Are there any areas you believe I can improve on? Any techniques that I should stick with in favor of others? Anything, positive or negative, you have to say about it feel free to say it right below!
