Things are really slow this month so far and I've really got to get my funds together so I'm gonna offer PWYW sketches for a tiny bit (like, a day or two) to be completed today and tomorrow. I'll close it if it gets overwhelming, but for now I'll just list a couple rules:

Hello! I just sent a bunch of stuff out, so check your notes if you’re waiting for me! It’s time to open again, and good god am I late on it.
Anyways, I’m doing two things this month, one of which is becoming kind of a staple. First, until the date specified in the title, I am offering 10% off of any commission involving two characters, or two poses in the case of a reference sheet. Your commission must be discussed and paid for within this time frame to count for this deal. Same as the last couple of months, basically.

Furthermore, I am once again offering just a couple of same-day sketch slots. I am only offering three, and I won’t be adding any more. So if you want one, snatch it because I won’t be adjusting the numbers this time.
Same day sketches are flat priced at $80 for either a solo or duo character piece; yes, that means that whether you ask for one or two characters, it will still cost the same. (these do not qualify for the 10%)

Anyways hi! I really need to open December commissions, so I'm doing it a little sooner than I wanted to. Moving did NOT go as smoothly as I wanted it to and I ended up having to make way too many trips between states for days, which absolutely fucking sucked for my work flow. I hoped that pulling all-nighters to catch up would have made up the difference, but all that did was make me miserable and sleep deprived. And work at half-speed. So.

Hi! It's November and I'm overdue for my commission journal! I've been slowed down quite a lot by the process of moving (I am currently in the middle of it and hopefully I'll be making the majority of the move in the next couple of days? It's so close to being over), so I'll be spending the next few days doing coloring for my October batch. That said, November commissions will be going as usual, and thankfully the middle and later portions of November will be more calm so my working conditions won't suck so bad.

I need to pay off the last month of rent at my old apartment, though, which is why I'm offering 20% off of all two+ character commissions until I hit my most important goal, which is $500. I'm working on setting up an etsy shop to make pins and charms and stuff like that! I've been working on this project for a couple weeks now when I had the chance. Finally was able to get everything together, got the quote from the manu, and all of that stuff... this is my first time messing with all of this, but I've been talking to other creators to get information so that I can avoid messing up.

I've wanted to do this for a while, and I think it's about time; I can only just barely scrape by on commission work, and I'm constantly behind at that. Opening a shop would free my hands enough that I can work without being in a constant state of overload (and you would not imagine the burnout)... plus, I miss just creating for the sake of creating, so this helps scratch that itch.

Please note me if you're interested in anything I'm offering! I'm still slowly allowing people to contact me through discord again, so let me know if the note system won't work for discussion; we can go there instead. I'll need to give you my active discord account. Don't use the old one, that one is dead and I only go there to grab old things I need from there now and then.

1. You take a slot, on a first-come-first-serve basis, at the beginning of the month. Your place may shift if your information has not been given to me by the time I need to start your slot (I will usually poke you first!)

2. Throughout the month, I dedicate a day to one slot, going down the line, until I have completed all commissions in that queue.

3. When all slots have been completed, I send out first-pass completed files to everyone at the same time, as a batch of work. This is usually at the end of the month or the very first days of the next month. Bolded because this part of the process gets people the most confused!!

4. You tell me what you want edited, if you want something edited. At that point I will work on doing the edits and then give you the fixed version.

Q: I noticed that my commission was marked as sketched/finished, but I don’t have it yet. What's that about?
A: I send my completed commissions out in batches. It can be more difficult and overwhelming to organize work completion when everything is at different stages, so I try to send a completed group out at once to make things easier to track.

Q: I keep trying to talk to you, but I'm not getting a response. Why is that?
A: To put it bluntly, I'm not a very social person, so I try to keep communication strictly work/update related. I send updates out when they're ready and keep my most current commission journal updated as I work, so if I'm busy and can't reply, try checking that. Miscellaneous conversation and poking will likely slow me down more than speed me up.
THAT SAID, I don’t mind being poked about edits because they do often slip my mind. Please poke me for edits.

Q: You’re opening new slots when my commission isn’t finished yet! Why?
A: Commission slots are done on a monthly basis, so preparing for the next batch has to begin before that next month starts to avoid wasting work time. Your commission will still be done in time, but future commissions need to be planned the same way to make sure they are also done in a timely manner.
If I’m considerably late on your commission (ie: it's well into the new month and you haven't received your art), feel free to remind me! While I'm always trying to stay on top of things, I am sometimes forgetful and could really use a reminder.
