I suppose I'm just going to blather on about how I finally finished my Mercenary Warcaster for Warmachine. I think I did an alright job upon the model, the face isn't as good as I'd like. Also, I rushed upon the base because I just got tired of painting him. Magnus was a fun Warcaster to paint, but between him and E Stryker I've come to realize how much better it is to paint a model's base before the model is upon it.

The washes worked out well, however the highlighting was sub par, the color I picked to highlight over the Vallejo Blue was Games -Workshops Space Marine Grey. The effect it had upon the model was too bright. Another issue I had was the face, but I suppose painting the eyes wasn't really something I planned on doing. I find myself contemplating upon the fact that not many will even view the warcaster that close, and that the model has really been painted for my benefit.

Epic Strykers model will be the one to watch, for that model is the one I plan to put much more time into.

So I return home today to find, happily sitting upon my doorstep, an unassuming brown package, within it my Forge World Order. Assembly and painting soon enough.

So..I am sitting here, thinking about Death Korps of Krieg, and I so, so, soo love their models. But do I love 500 dollars worth of their models? I don't think so. I think I shall just save up for the Sisters of battle.

Ok, so I was incorrect. It turns out the package I had to go pick up was the steam knight heads, from POLAND! The Forge-World order, from the UK seems to be lost in the warp still..

You get on the internets, you complain, you look like a jackass then, the package shows up the next day. Oh well, I have to go to the post office and pick it up. I hope that nothing is damaged in it, that seems to happen with Forge World. Sometimes its warped, let us see. To the post office!

So..here I am, waiting for the Forge-World Order from February 3rd. Now know that it takes a while for things to get from Britain to the US, but it' getting close to a month! Now, I'm probably going to wait a month before I contact them, I have a feeling that it's either sitting in customs, because thats just how it goes, or just lost in transit. Had it not been a 150 dollar order, I wouldn't be bitching so hard. But C'mon..my Iron warriors kinda can't get completed without it.

Anyone here ever get in the middle of a project, it's on the tips of your fingers, you can feel it sliping home for you to grab, and you get tired and it starts sliping away. What's worse with me, is that I have a tendancy to start on somthing, and then just forget about it, or forget where I was going with it and stop writing. I'll get somthing done one of these days I swear, no foolies!!!

Well I decided to finnaly do somthing with my work, or, I will make this site and promply become lazy again and forget about it. Hopefully this does not happen. Anyways I was prompted to make such an attempt after I've been spurred on by friends to do it.

I should be able to post somthing up here soon if I'd ever get around to writing it, I have a habbit of slacking off that I've never really been able to rid myself of. Perhaps if I keep telling myself that if I do not write somthing, then the raddishes surely win. Actually..come to think about it, that's a good idea. So drop a line somtime, offer some remarks on my works ranging from " Give me some more of that story that I love so well," to " I hate this story with the illuminated burning passion of a thousand suns." or..somthing.

And so I start a Fur affinity account, and so, falls Rome!!! ( Insert Dramatic Voice)
