Posted 2 years agoi must confess that when i crosspost to FA i go to my social media (usually twitter) and download my recent work, then upload it all at once so i don’t have to scroll a bunch to find the next artwork to upload
anyway i saved them from the tumblr app this time because y’know, the whole twitter shitting the bed thing, and the files were 500px tall thumbnails?!?’?! i’m so sorry. i’ve fixed all the recent ones now 👍

upload policy related to drug use? help lol

the user upload policy related to drugs is like. REALLY weird. talks about sexual and non consensual use of drugs — but nothing at all about drug use in just like a standard recreational context?
i just wanna know if a furry smoking a bong should be G or M on this website. if the answer is really really obvious to you please share it with me bc i’m a bit thrown off by the upload policy’s wording ….

their fur textures are just awesome, and i have a soft spot for traditionally rendered furry art because that's how i was first introduced to the fandom. i really recommend checking their page out, even if just to take a look at their art, bc it's unlike anything i've seen in a long time ^^

Posted 3 years agohow do u guys order ur galleries? im like... realising how i originally planned to is only really useful if ur looking at it as an archive and not if ur wanting to get comms.
by species seems like a lot of work to me..... but i thought of maybe doing human, feral, anthro, and other? i was also wondering if any of u had any thoughts on ordering by artwork "type" eg a folder for chibis, full colour artworks and so on.....
i'm both asking for advice and looking to facilitate a bit of a discussion. i know there's no "right" way to order ur gallery, of course.... but is there a way that u find works for u, and if so what is it? ^^

i'm disabled and furry art is a part-time job i do to make some extra income.
by supporting me ur helping me pay for things like bills, drs appts, and groceries ^^
however i don't want u to feel obligated to do so. just faving or lurking is enough for me.
i'm a catboy and cat enthusiast, i love cats. i have a pet cat, his name is artemis.
he's a senior tabby who sleeps most of the day and goes crazy at night. i love him.
i also am interested in indoor plant care, coffee, and birds. my fav birds are corvids ^___^
i don't just draw furries, i draw humans and ferals too. i'm also dabbling in pony and pokemon fandoms.
however i try to only upload my best work here if it isn't furry or furry-adjacent. i don't want to clutter ur notifs w sketches or wips.
commissions tend to open once every month or so. however it's usually not the same thing each time.

i'm making this journal for two reasons. first, to let you all know that i'll be uploading more backlog soon, and thanks for your patience with me as i navigate this website.

Posted 3 years agoi'm just trying to get stuff uploaded while i have the free time, but also i don't want to be sitting here uploading something every time the counter hits zero.
so far i've got about 10-15 more "artworks for others" from 2020, then i'll be looking at getting 2021's backlog up.
un(?)fortunately for you guys i drew more in 2021 than i did in 2020, so i hope you'll enjoy even MORE uploads in the coming days :"""""3 i promise i'm only uploading my best work right now, it's just that a LOT of my work is my best work imo.
the way i organise my artwork folders is i only categorise art for others, i.e. comms, gifts, trades, etc. by year, all my personal art i chuck into one folder. i'm probably gonna upload the personal art last since i'll have to go through and figure out roughly what year i did each artwork in for the sake of keeping my folders neat :""""") yippee!!!!
