!!!Name change!!!
Posted 10 years agoGood evening all my faithful watchers.
Today, I have finally decided to phase out the name of my beloved fennec fox Orion, and instead, bring in a name that to me at least, is more original and has greater presence.
The name Orion, is dead.
Long live Orianthi.
Along with this name change I also set in motion my personal project that will involve new art work, concepts, writing and eventually an opportunity to get involved if you so wish. I have teased this porject a number of times, especially if you have been keeping an eye on my Twitter or Facebook, OrinathiFennec and Orianthi Stargazer Fennec respectively. While I am not going to go into much detail here, I do like an air of mystery about myself after all, I can tell you that it has me pretty excited, and its all about getting the ball rolling at this moment in time.
As for now, that is all.

Anyway. My good friend
mitsi1991 is in need of some help. He is struggling financially wise after losing his job due to the company he worked for having to make cuts. He has bills, insurance to pay and an emergency car problem.
He's a fantastic friend and genuinely nice guy to talk to, also a pretty damn good artist. If you can, please consider commissioning him. Once again, here's a link to his profile mitsi1991

Posted 10 years ago2015 is here! The perfect excuse and opportunity for a refresh. This journal is for you wonderful furs that have decided to follow me. First of all thank you, it really , really means a lot to me as this community is just outstanding. Second of all my fursona Orion, will be seeing some changes in the coming months and I am genuinely excited for these changes, but more on that later. Let us begin with something I wrote on the way home a few nights ago.
With 2015 finally here and as most of us have its a time to reflect on the previous year, be it a good year or bad year. This journal is a collection of thoughts that I wish to share with you all.Cast aside any demons you may be carrying, for they are not needed for your next step. Begin the year with two feet on the ground, your head held high, focused upon your next goal. Chase it, and chase it. It cannot outrun your determination.
Throughout this year's of extraordinary ups and catastrophic lows two things have become apparent. When you are low, when you feel alone, you are not. Friends are there for you, always. Let them aid you, an ear to listen, a source of reason and guidance, or as a symbol of comfort. As I am always there if you need me my friends.
The second is time. Time is the ally to all things. It is up to us to use time wisely and let it help us when it is required. Time heals all.
A final word to any and all that is reading this, thank you. Thank you to you all, thank you too my friends. I am eternally grateful for your help, wisdom and for simply being there when I had lost myself. It is because of all of you, that I stare 2015 in the face, with a smile, feeling refreshed and with a simple sentence in my mind.
2015, give me your best shot, because I am ready.

Posted 11 years agoSo while browsing Facebook on my fursona's account I came across a post in the furaffinty group. The post was by 
ColorMeViolet showed an absolutely stunning piece of art http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14225783/ (one of the best I've seen for a while). I was instantly intrigued and clicked on the FA link.
Oh. My. God!!!! O.O
I was blown away by ColorMeViolet's gallery. Some of the beautiful art I've seen on here. She currently has $25 cell shaded commissions open and I dunno about you but I reckon that's an absolute bargain and I'd happily pay a lot more than that. She also hasn't had a lot of confirmed interest in the commissions she has open at the moment.
So yeah I'm definflty getting at least one commison and I urge you to do the same if you can, she has such a wonderful talent and very sweet and approachable through notes.
= awesome and you should sooooooooo commison her, like, now gogogogogo haha ^^
