This is directed at absolutely no-one that watches me, as very few people that I watch also watch me, which is perfectly understandable.
The last, oh, I'd say week or so, I've repeatedly had more journals waiting to be read than submissions to look at. I watch just under 50 artists. There should be more art. Worse, I get multiple journals in the course of the same day, from the same person. And multiple people do that. I don't really mind that, but then a lot of these journals are maybe, at most, 3 lines long. Seriously, don't bother. I didn't watch you (with the exception of exactly one person) to read your journals. I'm watching you because I like your art and/or you are my close friend. Stop with the journal spam! Gah!
As an aside, does it make anyone else insanely curious when they see the "Journal has been deleted by the poster" notice? I want to know who posted and deleted, at the very least. This happens way too much also. I don't know why it's even a notice, as its only purpose is to be deleted.

I know none of you have met or seen me in person. I'll be the guy in an awesome red coat with a tail, most likely wearing jeans and black shirt underneath. I'll be wearing golden yellow paws and ears, with a mark on my forehead. I've got longish light brown (a few people have commented on some red undertones that I've inherited) which will be tied back loosely.
Are you hosting any panels?
I would be extremely surprised to find out I was, especially since I'm going as a visitor and can't draw.
Where are you staying?
I'm staying at the Omni.
Who will you be with?
My human shield, Luke, will be present nearly 99% of the time. I leave that last 1% cuz I assume that I will go to the bathroom and shower by myself.
Do you do trades?
Happily! However, unless you play MTG, I've nothing to trade with you.

I hate parties and dancing and pretty much anything that involves loud or lots of people.

I'm not particularly chuffed about missing the first half of the first day. From what I hear, I'd have to fight lines for registration and what-not. Plus, I don't think there's anything I want to go to that morning anyways.

A few "Don't do's" regarding me
Don't expect me to drink alcohol. Don't offer, don't insist, don't whatever. This also goes for drugs of any sort. I really don't care what you do, but I don't do any of these things. I hate smoke of any kind, please don't do it around me if you happen to get me to hang out with you.
I'm extremely picky about food. I have reason to believe that I'm a supertaster (term found out from the webcomic the person that I stole this meme from :3 ) and I have a restricted diet on top of that. It's easiest to explain that I'm diabetic (though I'm not) and that I'm a vegetarian (though I'm not). My eating habits are similar but not quite like those, but it's a lengthier explanation for another time. So don't offer me food, I don't want to be rude and refuse it, but I will if you do. Pretty much, I eat pizza, and that's it. Well, I go back on what I said: if you want to offer me pizza, I suppose that's just fine. :3
Please please PLEASE do not sneak up behind me and try to startle me for fun. Not to sound like the internet tough guy, but I've trained in the martial arts for going on 4 years (no, not a black belt yet) and will likely lash out. Not only out of reflex, but out of sheer dun-touch-me-ism.

I know none of you have met or seen me in person. I'll be the guy in an awesome red coat with a tail, most likely wearing jeans and black shirt underneath. I've got longish light brown (a few people have commented on some red undertones that I've inherited) which will be tied back loosely.
Are you hosting any panels?
I would be extremely surprised to find out I was, especially since I'm going as a visitor and can't draw.
Where are you staying?
I'll be at the convention hotel.

Don't expect me to drink alcohol. Don't offer, don't insist, don't whatever. This also goes for drugs of any sort. I really don't care what you do, but I don't do any of these things. I hate smoke of any kind, please don't do it around me if you happen to get me to hang out with you.
I'm extremely picky about food. I have reason to believe that I'm a supertaster (term found out from the webcomic the person that I stole this meme from :3 ) and I have a restricted diet on top of that. It's easiest to explain that I'm diabetic (though I'm not) and that I'm a vegetarian (though I'm not). My eating habits are similar but not quite like those, but it's a lengthier explanation for another time. So don't offer me food, I don't want to be rude and refuse it, but I will if you do.
Please please PLEASE do not sneak up behind me and try to startle me for fun. Not to sound like the internet tough guy, but I've trained in the martial arts for going on 4 years (no, not a black belt yet) and will likely lash out. Not only out of reflex, but out of sheer dun-touch-me-ism.
