Straight to the point, I'm sorry to say that there won't be any Easter Special from me this year. A lot of work and expenses piled up, so I was not able to find the free time to make an Easter Special this year.
However, my time has been spent working on a different large animation with Jackxano. I shall upload it soon, so look out for that one! :)

Oh wow!! I can't believe that there's this much people out there watching my stuff!!
If only I had something prepared or planned for this momentous occasion. I did have thoughts on what I want to do, but I will have to put it off for now. There are just some things I have to go through first.

When I started drawing, I always thought I was never good enough for even a single watcher. I always believed that I don't deserve any of this and I'm only getting seen cuz sex sells. However, through the years, I got to know some of you and heard that my works inspire people. It means a lot to me that I could create something anyone would enjoy in the first place. For that, I am grateful.

I plan on making more things and will continue doing what I love. Thank you for joining me in this journey!!

Sorry if it has been a while since I last uploaded. I promise I have something somewhere around here.
But in any case, I want to thank everyone of you for believing in me and enjoying my work. You all make drawing worth it!!
To be honest, whenever I see the numbers tick up, either watches, faves, or even views, it's a new milestone in my book.

I'm grateful for all of you, your patience, your enjoyment, and all the friends I made along the way.

I'm reopening for comms after a hiatus of sorts.

But this time, instead of taking in 12 comms at a time and having to do em throughout half a year, I'll only take 2 image comms and 1 animation comm this time. If speed and time allows me, I may do this as a monthly thing.

I'm still in the experimental phase on this new set up, so feedback is good :)
Things may change as time moves forward.

This Journal isn't to inform everyone that comms are officially reopened, but instead a heads up that I will reopen comms soon. Prob tomorrow for me (in around 20 hours from now, idk). I'll repost my Comm Sheet to indicate I'm open again.

Note that I will restart drawing comms in June since I will spend the rest of May resting and doing stuff I owe some people, but I will start generating the line this May.

Truth be told, I'm very grateful for everyone who showed interest in commissioning me, but I am in a bit of a dillema now. I never would have thought I could grow this much, let alone reach 1k watchers here. I'm always afraid of disappointing or letting people down, and so when I reopen my comms I might not be able to accomodate everyone. I'm only 1 person that loves to draw yiff.
With that being said, any recommendations on how I should move forward?
Take in few at a time and finish em then reopen?
Take a bunch now, give everyone the chance to fall in line, but last peeps may have to wait half a year?
Also, the problem of, what if everyone wants an animation? They take more time to make.

[I know I overthink things]

I'd appreciate some advise from anyone. Peeps who are interested, peeps who have expierences, or whomever.

I can't believe that 700 people out there are interested of the things I make.
I've seen and look up to other artists that deserve more than me, but you guys somehow came towards me. For that, I am extremely grateful for each and every one of you.
You are my driving force that lets me wake up in the morning, get a cup of coffee, and draw yiff. For every like, comment, watch, commission, hi/hello, and even just a view, I appreciate them all.
I have much more to offer and I merely wish that you all enjoy my creations as I go through my art journey.

Edit: I just realized that 2 years ago, on this day, I opened commissions for the 1st time. Wow, it has been a 2 year journey.

So, I have plans on reopening commissions. As in take in new ones and not my current backlog that I'm still working on.

However, I do need some opinions moving forward. You can privately send me a note if you wish.

1. How much should I price my work these days?
I have some thoughts, but I wanna hear yours.

2. Should I offer comic commissions? At high prices? Offer only lesser shading/textures?
I always have trouble making comics. It has been a bane for me for a while now and often is the root of art blocks.

3. Should I offer animated commissions?
I see a lot of people are enjoying them and I do love making them in their current state, but just know that I'm still an amateur in the matter and I only do basic quick shadows and textures.

I would love to hear your thoughts, but please don't feel obligated to do so :)

For now, I will temporarily close my commission list for the time being.
To those who are still waiting for their turn in my line, I will get to you as soon as I can. Though, I'm unsure how long that will take.

Long story short, I need to revitalize my love for drawing.

I don't know what changed or if there is any at all, but I need some time away from commissions for now.
I have been rough on myself lately and the added pressure of owing people what they paid for makes things heavier.
I wanna go back and experiment with a lot of things again without the risk of letting someone down.
With that being said, I'm unsure if my style or things might change in the future, for better or worse.

On the other hand, I don't know how I lasted this long for cabin fever to set in. I suddenly feel lonely even with a lot of friends to talk to.
It's definitely feeding into the artblock, and that sucks.

Yeah, I'm sorry again that I haven't posted for a bit. I'm currently looking forward to a new drawing tablet, but it's still in shipping. I'm also taking this time to fix some bad habits too, so it's not all wasted time.

I feel like I need some time off. Though I wish I want to make art for everyone and provide for those interested in commissioning me, I feel like pushing myself too hard would reduce quality and quantity.

I just bought a Kalimba and it's awesome.
I'll have some art soon, but learning how to play is taking some of my time.
I never had a musical instrument before and it feels amazing to have one. :)

Well, I'm finally "finished" with comics for now.
Sorry for suddenly disappearing for a whole month and a half.
After a long and dragging bout with making a 10 page short comic, I'm gonna go make single images for a while.

If anyone has tips or advise on making comics, being consistent with it, and patience, I'd like to hear em.
