Hello to the four that watch! I'm currently working on a story, it's eating quite a bit of time and the longer it gets the worse I feel about it. We'll see where things go.

Anyway, still in a dry spell for writing, the ideas are there but the motivation is sapped as I'm in the process of evaluating my life and drawing plans. I'll be ready to go soon enough though.

I'm still in the process of adjusting to my new job and new found income. Beginning in February I'll be working graveyard shift. On the one hand, that completely sucks because it'll choke my chances of having any sort of life, on the other the graveyard shift is severely less busy and I might have plenty of time to write. My job is exposing me to all sorts of news and view points, something that's fueling what I've been looking for to inject into my long term project. It'll probably be controversial but I can risk that. I'm looking into purchasing new computer parts, new phone and even internet cable stuff too. So until I can finally settle a bit, I'm still going to be on hiatus from participating in the Thursday Prompts or adding any work for that matter. Don't worry, I've left submissions that I plan on checking in my messages box and I'll get to them, sometime.

Been having a lot of fun at my new job and am adjusting to the new sleep schedule n' such. That of course makes it much harder to sit down and write something. However, I've been working on the background to my overall writing project and it's far from being complete, I figure I should get the back story set before I start leaking in the stories I want to tell. I also thought up another story that if I work it right could turn out very funny/disturbing! And I've taken up pipe tobacco. Sorry to all those that have posted work that I haven't gotten to reading yet, I'll get to them at some point. In the mean time, everybody....

Starting a new job on Monday, nervous about that. On top of that my most recent story (pre-thanksgiving thursday prompt) isn't working out quite like I hoped. I like the plot, I like the underlying theme, I just can't work in the character's motivation and that's making things difficult. Once I'm able to work something out, it'll flow better but until I can get something solid I've got nothing good to move me forward. Bit slow on everything else in here too. I'll figure something out.

Yes folks, I done seen the posts and the comments and I'll be replying to them soon and the other submissions, etc. I'll be gettin out there soon enough. With thanksgiving coming up though and a bunch of personal things going on, i.e. massive background check for a highly sensitive job among other things have kept me busy. That and I picked up Pokemon Diamond again. Curse that addictive game!

Not much writing or inspiration happened last week for me. Video games and drinking did. Maybe I'll have something better lined up this weekend but I'm finding it really hard to concentrate with Audiosurf around.

kinda stuck on the intro but it's definitely a pecular enough story for me to share. I hope to have something on it ready by the end of the week.

I write on the fly. Typically only when I have a muse whispering in my ear. The muses are funny with me and I'm pretty sure they're often teases, they only show up when I'm working and when I'm here at home and unemployed they hide behind curtains and in silly little places. I'll catch one soon again, as I'm always working and reworking perspective, thoughts and phrases. Course I look at my work now and what I did then and I'm amazed at how little's changed. In any case I hope to be writing something fun here pretty soon. I'll be taking down the info and stories I have up and place up what I hope is a fairly revamped working of the current project. I swear that the Agent shall return.

I understand the story I've submitted might be a little vague at this point. I'll post the run down of the universe when I have the chance. I'd like to know how my stories read at this point, not so much as what's in them. I'll worry about that in good time.
