vinniewolf is looking for a place to live in Toronto. He has about 60 days to find a new place before he gets evicted. Now this is not due to any financial issues, owed rent or so fourth it was a decision made by his other room mates.

Hate my life right now...
Posted 12 years agoThings started off rough at work. My co-workers did dick all and I had to play catch up all day. Nothing was stocked or ready for the deliveries we were receiving and of course I ran out of time trying to get things organized. I luckily able to get the groceries put out and stocked but really pushed myself doing it. My body was sore and man I was exhausted.
Leaving work I cone to find out that my E-bike's back tire is flat. I did not even have money on me to pump the tire up and borrowed the money off my Manager.. Kinda felt pathetic doing that borrowing money from your boss. Filled the tore up and it only made it half way home. Had to walk the bike the rest of the way. That was tiring as well. Luckily
prplhaze met me a few blocks away from the house and helped me get it home.
I called the dealership about the car I am purchasing only to find out that Financing does not look good for me. No one want's to take me on as a client because I carry a debt. I make my monthly payments on my credit cards, more then the minimum balance they ask for. I do not have any collection agencies after me or missed payments on my cards. It just sucks that that is holding me back now. A few banks I still need to hear back from but looks like I may need a co-signer for the car.. which is not going to happen. I even put $1000.00 down payment on it.
It just pisses me of, I worked hard got my licence, got a promotion at work, got my mate, and signed a contract for a car and because I can't get financing everything I did the last few months seems pointless.
I know it's not I got love and support from prplhaze and getting the promotion was due to my hard work and getting my driver;s licence was a great achievement. Just the negatives of the day put me in a bad downward spiral.
Here's hoping tomorrow holds better news... if not time to liquidate some stuff and try to aquire some money.

The Assistant Manager was due to come back to work and decided the day she was returning to Quit instead. So now I got the promotion as an Assistant Manager.
Also I just completed my Drivers Test and now have my G2 Drivers licence.
YAY for good things in life. Tomorrow car shopping!

Driving tiger! Class #1
Posted 12 years agoSo.. took my first driving lesson today.... Actually did not do too bad, was a bit nervous but everything went well. I just tend to stay too far to the right something I am used to doing on my bike.
I did not crash or cause any accidents so that's a bonus! OH and did not hit any pedestrians either!
Lesson #2 is on Friday so will see how it goes.

Saving Favs
Posted 12 years agoI was browsing my favorites I added to my page of photos people have taken of me from different events and cons and noticed many missing images or deleted files. Kinda sad that photos that were taken are missing or were deleted so I started saving them now.
I suggest that if you do have photos of your suit that are unique save them, cause once they vanish from FA, they are gone forever!

Posted 12 years agoI want to say Thank you to EVERYONE! who I was able to spend time with at FE! I met so many new friends and was able to catch up with friends I have made at past events as well.
Even though I did work hard this past con, and got VERY little sleep everyone was so cheerful and excited and pleasant and made me feel Super happy and excited!
I was able to see Gray Fox Gree enjoy his new suit I made for him before the convention! I Was able to get Cake's head done so she can wander around Saturday with it. I participated in the Safety Prance Video, Caught the end of Flow's Grandma's Video ((Sorry Kitty was super busy and late)) Participated in the Fursuit Dance Competition ((Slept in and ALMOST missed it :P)) and placed 5th! Worked Security, did the Fursuit Parade and socialized with a lot of people... I tried sleeping in a lot and was LATE for a lot of things :P
One thing that I was sad bout was that I did not get to spend time with everyone and visit everyone I wanted to beside the idle banter... That is one downfall when working a con, but many great conversations happened when I Was working at Security points and was able to talk to those willing to hang out.
Thank you EVERYONE! again! I got so much positive responses about how I was a highlight at the con for them that makes me feel that My personality / Character is well enjoyed.
I really hope those who were "Tagged" enjoy the trinkets I had. I was shocked they went so quickly! Next year will bring more!
Thank you for the Jelly Belly's too!!! People sure know how to spoil a kitty! OH! and Thank you my special Friends for the AWESOME tiger plush! I love him to death!

Furnal Equinox - Help needed
Posted 12 years agoI know most of you enjoy attending the conventions, having fun, socializing and partying but think of this...
there are many people who attend the convention who do not get time to enjoy such things because they help make the convention run by providing and hosting events, registration, operations and security.
I am a member of the Security team and so far my schedule for the con is swamped with filling in shifts so people have a safe and enjoyable time. My days working at the con are 10-12 hours. Give me 8 hours of sleep so I can function and that means I have 4 hours for meals, and trying to enjoy the convention.
This is where you come in...
HELP OUT! volunteer with a department, Even if it is just 2 hours a day! Many paws make lighter work for those who want to make this con successful. You get perks for helping out! Free registration next year? Con shirt? We thank those who help out.
Seems this year Volunteers are lacking, or no one has any interest in helping the con succeed. Without adequate staff or people to help out things will eventually get cut in the future. If you want to help out with Security send me a note!
So remember when you see an exhausted kitty or any staff at the con keep in mind were working so you can enjoy the convention. If your not interested in helping out least you can do is give them your thanks.

So the local group is planning a Birthday party for me at the City's Outdoor winter festival Feb Fest. ((Journal post below))

But am Excited to have fun suit up and celebrate my B-day amongst friends.

Here is the note he has been sending out to people none who are willing to take on the project.
"Hi, I was wondering if you would be interested in taking a commission for a set of unconventional wings.
I'm looking to have a set of feather angel wings made to wear with my fursuit. The catch is that I'm not looking for normal angel wings. I'm looking for feather angel wings made from a semi-transparent material, including the outter 'frame'.
My character has ethereal wings that are only visible by some people, hense the semi-transparent look. The wings would have to be light weight and be held-on only by shoulder straps, without anything crossing my chest so that the straps would be covered by my cloak. The wings would also need to be sturdy enough to withstand light bumping which may occur while wearing them at a convention. I would want each feather individually made and do not want any just drawn onto the wings.
