As some of you know, I just got a new job!

However, it doesn't start until August 5, so I have to keep working at my current job until then. However, I'd like to take a little break off from work between the two jobs. I can only do that if I get the equivalent of four (4) $50 commissions. Here's the deal:

1) I'm opening up for 4 slots.
2) I have one open commission, which will be completed first (shouldn't take too much longer). Then, the other four will be worked on next week, and I will quit my current job after Saturday.
3) No rules. I'll take any sort of commission as long as they're $50 or more in total.
4) Now,this ONLY WORKS if I get the equivalent of FOUR COMMISSIONS by WEDNESDAY. If I do not, then I cannot feasibly quit my job early.
5) I won't take money for commissions until I have all four. If I'm not able to get them, I will negotiate with anyone who decided to commission and go from there.

Whew! What a weekend!

Went down to Wild Nights with  keefur and  tempest_panda. We had a bit of car trouble, but we made it in time <3

Had a blast hangin' out with my fellow GOH  jdpuppy and his friends  greyloch and  jimmywolf. We found this bullshit amazing restaurant out in the middle of bumfuck nowhere called Pete's Place. They sat us in our own private room and fed us Italian food prepared by angels and served by the blessed mother herself until we nearly burst!

I was really happy to see  calamity_cougar again, too! There really is no con host more entertaining than that old geezer :3 and  Matsi_wuff kept me quite entertained over the weekend <3 The fursuit hike up the mountain was awesome ^^

I'll try to be back next year, if ONLY for the fucking GODLY Italian food <3

Here's how it works:

- Leave a comment with your price and some vague information about what you want.
- Commissions will be assessed based on a discounted price system.
- I'll reply with a note and let you know what I can do for you :3

Generally speaking, smaller prices, like $10, are going to be short, instrumental pieces that I can whip up pretty quickly. They won't be shitty or anything, just quick.
If you have a little extra change in your pocket, like $25, you might get vocals or extra length, or even some added instrumentation.
If you're willing to shell out the money for a regular commission, I'll throw in some extra perks for free.

Hear ye! Hear ye!

Come gather Knights and Knaves, Nobles and Lords, Ladies and laymen, as we once again gather for feasting and frolic. Wild Knights of the Round Table is pleased to announce that registration is now open! Visit the web page and sign in, then register online for the event. Join us as we celebrate our fifth year in Robbers Cave State Park, the last weekend of April, the 25th to the 29th.

This year the theme is anything fantasy or medieval. Planned events include an exhibition of medieval combat (SCA-style fighting -- if you are an authorized SCA fighter and attending, bring your armor and contact Heros at president@wildnights.org), a boffer weapons tournament open to anyone. We will be performing for your pleasure the furry fandom premiere of Jeff Goode's radio play, "Fursona Non Grata".

This year, we have five Guests of Honor. FireFeathers's artwork has graced many of the fliers for the event, as well as our website. She is our featured fandom artist. Husky in Denial will be performing throughout the event with several concerts. Buddy is our Court Jester, and will be keeping us all laughing -- or if he does not, off with his head!

This year, Larry Dixon and Mercedes Lackey will be returning to the event! Larry is a well-known artist even outside the fandom, and has done many book covers, and even helped work on the Lord of the Rings movies. Mercedes is a popular fantasy author with over 70 books in print. They will be running several panels and question-and-answer sessions. It will be a great chance to get to know a couple of professionals in the field.


For those who have never attended, we offer more than any other event out there. Basic registration ($40 for pre-registration) includes at least 6-8 meals prepared by our head chef, Heros. Lodging is included in one of the onsite bunk cabins, or you can pitch a tent for no additional charge. Spaces in the onsite cabins are limited, and preference is given to those who have pre-registered. The cost at the door goes up to $55.


This year, we will have three workshops. The leathercrafting workshop makes its return, along with a workshop on knitting. We are also planning a chainmail workshop -- so if you have or know someone who has experience with this craft, please contact JesterJaguar[at]gmail.com ASAP -- we can use extra help from those who can teach and assist others!


New panels this year include a beer brewing class hosted by Ipequey. Grey Hare is working on bringing out his 8" Meade LX-80 telescope to explore the skies away from the lights of the city. The campfire will be burning throughout the event, and the offsite firing range event is also returning. Bring those muskets (subject to the rules posted on the site, of course). There is also the annual hike up to Robbers Cave as a group -- a beautiful view of Nature's splendor. The Furry Drama show features live acts and new videos for your entertainment!


Our charity once again is Safari's Sanctuary and if you have items to donate for the charity auction please bring them! Once again we are running this as a Furry Swap Meet. If you bring an item, you get a credit of half of what it sells for as a credit that you can use to bid on other items. A great chance to clean out those closets!

I've been asked a few times about when I'm going to be releasing a new album. Well, the long and the short of it is that I'm pressed for time. I have two releases planned in my head, an EP and an LP, but like I mentioned before, I need to take commissions first. As you may already know, I have creditors after me for some bogus school debt I really shouldn't have, but I MUST pay them back in a timely manner. Therefore, commission work before pleasure work! One of the newest Fur cons will be opening its doors October 26th 2012 to its awaiting audience. This con is located in Nashville, TN with its theme: Musicals! What is more it is Opening Night! That will really come out when Rhubarb the Bear performs as he is the Musical GoH for the con. This bear has brought a few musicals to the fandom. His most recent premiered at Wild Nights to a standing ovation crowd, Fosgate: Ferret Loan Officer. He will be bringing his musical skills in several instruments in his own show and also a number of panels too. So he is not something to be missed.

Something that you might find appealing is we will be offering the Super sponsors of the con a neat perk and that is a Beer Keg for their use. If all goes well they might even break open a second one later in the con’s weekend. A number of perks are being planned for the upper membership. What a show it will be. Rhubarb the Bear will be there busking in the hallways and his own shows also. Vivaldi will also be The Music Man for his own Friday musical show also. There is also something else to look forward to as our under study artist Wolfaya steps up on the stage as the artist GoH. Who knows what we will come up with. Since she is expecting and we mean Very expecting, there stands a chance she may not be able to attend parts if not the whole con. Let's be honest: This situation is obscene. To issue fines and demand them to be paid in LESS THAN 15 DAYS by someone who is not even allowed to drive a car, lest they should have a WARRANT issued for their arrest... is tyranny.

Hey, everyone!

As you may know, I'm going to be performing in a music festival in two weeks. However, most of the trip is coming out of my own pocket, and gas is NOT cheap, so I'm opening up for four commissions!

The slots are first come, first serve, though I may pick certain commissions I like over others. The commissions will be completed after the music festival to allow me to have time to practice and do a good show, but we can begin talking about the commissions in depth as soon as it's accepted.

Why would you need to commission music? Well, if you've ever wanted a theme song, or wanted to hear your favorite song done by the chipmunks, or even if you have lyrics you want put to music, these are all good reasons to commission me :D
