Postin' art and responding to comments!
Posted 4 years agoHey there, y'all! Hope you're doing well!
Just a small update here, really just saying to expect a bunch of art from me in the next month or so! I'm finally trying to catch up on my existing backlog and get things posted here. I don't want to flood any ones notifications so I will space out my posting in batches. My goal is that once I am all caught up I will either post my art the same time as on my Twitter (cough cough) or do a post dump with everything from that month. We'll see what I like better!
Responding to comments was another note of mine I wanted to address! I am absolutely TERRIBLE at it, BUT I do read every one of your comments! I am going to try and get better at responding to y'all, even with just a simple "thank you" to show my appreciation! Hopefully y'all with see this improvement in communication soon lol
Take care now!

An update.
Posted 4 years agoHey there everyone.
I just wanted to take a chance and let y’all know where I’ve been and what's been going on for over a month now. Back in early March my family suffered a tragedy: My father passed away suddenly and without warning. He died from what we learned to be a severe heart attack while on a trip for my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary. This was a massive blow to my entire family and we have been processing and doing our best to move forward since. Things will be hard for myself, my three brothers, and especially my mother for some time, but as time has passed I can tell things have gotten better. Though not completely back to normal, or at least a new “normal.”
This is where my absence has stemmed from. The combination of being with family and working through the process that came with all this, as well as making moves to improve both my mental and physical health, has left me next to no time (nor motivation) to have an online presence. I am doing my best to get back into the swing of things though! My motivation to draw/create was gone for some time but I have started up again and I am excited to show you all what I have been working on! I am still a bit behind on posting past works here to FA but I hope to pick up speed on posting those as well!
I would also like to take a chance to thank all of my close friends that I confided with this information early on. I won’t name you all but your support and compassion has meant the world to me through all of this. Thank you and I love you all.

Catching up on posting art!
Posted 6 years agoHey there!
Just a quick journal here! Looking at my gallery I am more than a bit behind on posting work! I'm gonna be posting them over the next few days as to not spam any of y'all! Its not a huge amount of work, but still enough I think.
Edit/Update 11/27/2019: Life got away from me for a bit and i have no clue where the time went! Gonna just post art when I find the time!

YCH Collab!
Posted 6 years agoHey there everyone, I hope you are doing well!
A non-Life Update Journal! Wow!
I just wanted to do a quick little shout out to let you know that I am working with the wonderful
renayee on a fall themed YCH! All the info can be found on the submission itself here, but basically it is a YCH auction where they will be doing the lines and I will be coloring the piece! This is the first one of these we have ever worked on together but if things go well I am sure you can expect more from us in the future!
Any and all of your support is greatly appreciated! Take care, y'all!

Life Update: Yes, these are still a thing!
Posted 6 years agoHey there everyone! I hope you've been well!
I gotta stop disappearing like this. Update time? Update time.
Man, things got weird there for a bit. It’s hard not to be hopeful and optimistic as a newly graduated student, but life has a good way of shutting those hopes and dreams down real quick. Jokes and over exaggerations aside I have just been incredibly busy. Work and life are hard enough to balance, but trying to throw hobbies and a social life into the mix make things a lot harder. All this, coupled with some personal issues on my end, are the largest contributing factor to my disappearances. Just rest assured that I am alright and have a fantastic support group looking after me now. I expect things will go much more smoothly for me from here on out!
Though I have been gone that does not mean I haven't been working! I am making constant improvements here and there in my style and technique, and I feel like I am starting to get to a point where I really enjoy my own art now! Future plans include to continue to do the types of pieces I’ve always done, try and sprinkle in more fan art and Rule 34 pieces, create some reference sheets for some of my more popular characters, and hopefully take a stab at some proper world building!
As always, thank you all for your continued interest and support of my work. Making the pieces I do really brings me joy and I am so happy it gives many of you a similar joy to see my work. I know I have been slow in the past as an artist, and I might continue to be slow into the future, but any progress is good progress in my book! I hope you will continue to enjoy seeing the progress I make, as much as I enjoy making it!
It feels good to be back, now I just gotta make it count!

Life Update: Where in the world is C-Fed?
Posted 6 years agoHey there everyone! I hope you've been well!
Contrary to popular belief, I am in fact alive! Who's ready for another update?
Short and sweet this time around on the IRL stuff! The topic of today is school, and more specifically that I don't have it anymore! I have officially graduated from university as of this week! This is where all my time has gone in the last few months and why you simply haven't seen more from me. This should not be the case anymore! Of course I will be working at a full time job now, but I will have a more consistent scheduled to work around for when can and can't make art. For now, however, I will have a bit of free time to finish up pieces I have been meaning to get to!
Plenty of stuff is in the works and you should not have to wait as long between me posting anymore, or at least that is the hope! Even though I have not shown off any finished works here I have been sketching/doodling from time to time (for the sake of my sanity) and as such have noticed some definite improvements in my work and work flow. Basically, when it comes to art you can expect business as usual, but with less dry spells between posts!
I feel like I say this every time I make one of these updates, but I really cannot thank you enough for the continued support you all show me. It means the world to me and is a huge motivation to keep working. I want to improve for both myself and you all when it comes to my work, making the best piece I can every time I draw. Thank you all so much and I hope you continue to enjoy what i do as much as I enjoy doing it!
Fairly simple update today, but I just wanted to get something out there to let you know what's up!

Life Update: Growing old and moving forward with art!
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! I hope you are all doing well!
Both winter and schooling are going strong for me, but I thought it was about time for another update! Who's ready for some rambling?
Boring stuff! Firstly, it was my birthday this past weekend! I am now the ripe old age of 23 and doing just fine! I didn't really advertise that it was happening, but I still got a few messages from some of you and my closer friends! Thank you all, it really made my day that much more special! Secondly, I am currently in my last semester of university and will be graduating this Spring! This is really my biggest reason for not putting much out. My time has been divided between school and general life stuff more then I would have liked, but I have been working on stuff when I can make the time!
As I said, I have been working on stuff when I can and you can expect stuff from me soon! I'm working on sketches, pin-ups, both SFW and NSFW stuff, gift art, and a brand new character I am excited to show off! All of these are either in the works or being wrapped up, so you can expect them to trickle in as time goes by! Even though I haven't shown off much, I feel like I've been getting better and better. I am so excited to show you what I've been working on!
Just some final notes here. To being, I am so astounded with all of your continued interest in my work. I will still get watches, faves, and comments just out of the blue on my work even without posting very often. We've also crept ever closer to 250 watchers and that just blows my mind. I will 100% be doing something to celebrate that, I promise! Next, i just wanted to pitch my Twitter again! I know some people prefer to use Twitter over FA at times, so I just wanted to let you know I use both! I also use Twitter as a bit of a sneak peak for unfinished works if you are interested!
That's about all I have for you today! Thank you all again for your continued motivation and support!

Life Update: Art, Commissions, and 200 Watchers!
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone! I hope you are all doing well!
Winter is fast approaching for me, so I thought it was time to clue you in on what to expect from me coming up! Get ready for some rambling~
Firstly: Boring, real-life stuff! My current semester at university is wrapping up for the most part, so I will be having more free time soon! However, as it is wrapping up, this means I will be coming into final exams. These are gonna be a little hectic but nothing I cannot handle! During this time, art will be a bit slow. I'll be sure to post when I can!
This leads me nicely into my next topic: Art! To start, I apologize for how little I've been able to post as of late. School took more out of me then I thought, and I have been no where near as active as I had wanted to be. In the coming months I plan to really try and post more for y'all! More finished pieces, more sketches, more jokes, more of what you want to see! Speaking of what you want to see...
Commissions! I will be opening up for commissions as soon as my semester is over! I will put up an "official" price sheet once this rolls around so those who are interested can see what I offer. These won't be too crazy, a few slots here and there, but I will be open and I never thought I'd get to this point. I really could not have done it without your support. For my last point, I'd like to talk specifically about all your love and support.
Firstly, we hit 200 watchers not too long ago! Though small to some, this is another crazy milestone to me and I can't thank you all enough! To celebrate and give back to all of you, I will be doing another raffle very soon! Just like commissions there will be another post about this soon so stay tuned for that! One final thing I'd like to mention is that I have made a Twitter and you can find me here! This was done because of all the Tumblr nonsense that is going on and its something I've been meaning to do for a while now. All this is is just another way to follow me if you like my work, I will be posting both here and on Twitter equally!
That's about it from me! Thank you all again, and expect to see more from me soon!

Life Update!
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone, I hope you are all doing well!
Fall is right around the corner for me, and that means a lot is going on. I'm a little flustered at the moment, but eager to see what these next few months hold for me!
Firstly, I'd like to thank you all again for your interest and support on the giveaway! The winners have been contacted and I have begun work on their pieces. I hope to have these done very soon!
Secondly, and the biggest change happening right now for me, my schooling has picked up again. I'm back at uni and my time and work load is going to be shifting towards that more often then not. I still plan to be uploading art, however, and hopefully even more then I have been! With less traveling and family trips on my plate, I will have more time to work on pieces. School will of course come first, but I'm positive that I can find a healthy balance between the two.
Finally, commissions. I am still not open, but I just wanted to update you on their status. Many people have asked me if/when I will be opening up for commissions. I have been talking with a bunch of friends about pricing, timing, and the whatnot, and I think I am coming close to how I'd like to run them. The plan (as it stands) is to open up a few slots this fall, and if all goes well I'll open up many more as winter roles around! I apologize for the wait on this, but I want to do my best for you all to make sure I am as efficient as possible!
Thank you all again, and expect to see more from me soon!

Thank you.
Posted 7 years agoI've been on FA for some time now, but always in the background. Lurking, commenting, faving, and watching artist I enjoy. I always wanted to try and make my own art, however, and decided that earlier this year I would start. I was new and needed practice but I was enjoying what I was making. Then others started enjoying what I was making. I began getting comments, faves, and watches of my own (even the occasional fan art of a character of mine!) It was fantastic!
Hitting 100 watchers was both strange and amazing at the same time. It's not a huge milestone compared to some, but it was so weird to think about. 100 random people enjoyed what I created enough that they wanted to know every time I made something new. It was flattering and I wanted to do something to thank you all. As much as I would have loved to create something for each and every one of you, I knew that it would not be possible. I decided on a raffle then, something random and exciting, giving those who enjoyed my work a chance to get something from me that I also wanted to give them. I posted the raffle and was excited to see a few people place their bids after a few minutes. I posted a link to the raffle in a few Discords I'm in where some of my watchers and friends were at and then I went off to bed. When I woke up, I was reminded about just how amazing the friends I've made here are.
My inbox was flooded with notifications. Dozens of comments and faves on my work, and a surprising amount of entries into the raffle. During the night, many of my friends had told people they knew to come check out the raffle and my work. It was astonishing to see just how many of you enjoyed my work enough to join the giveaway and fave some of my other pieces. What flattered me the most, however, was how many of you also decided I was worth watching as well. It was not a requirement to be a watcher of mine to enter the raffle, anyone could enter for a chance to win. To see so many of you watching and following anyways had me speechless. The idea that this raffle could become a 200 watcher giveaway instead was an insane fantasy that came closer to reality every hour, and I'm just absolutely humbled by it.
Whether I was pointed out to you by another artist, you heard about me from a friend, we share a Discord, you just came across me randomly, or you've been here from the very beginning, thank you. I am so glad you enjoy my work and I hope you'll continue to enjoy the works I create in the future. I'm going to continue to put in as much effort into my works as I can and make sure I'm always improving with every piece I share with you all. You're all worth it to me.

More to come!
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone! I hope you all have had an amazing summer so far, mine has been pretty busy!
I have recently finished my summer classes at university and am now officially on summer break! This means I'll be able to make more of pieces, without haveing to worry about schooling taking priority. I really hope to start honing my skills and put out some fun stuff!
However, I'll still be on a bit of a run-around for most of July, seeing family and whatnot, so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get done just yet. I do plan to work on plenty of traditional sketches while I'm gone, and bring them to digital whenever I can!
So I hope you all have a fantastic rest of the summer and that you continue to enjoy the pieces I love making!

Current Style
Posted 7 years agoSo I haven't really posted too much art here so far, but i have been drawing more pieces. While making these, I've come to a realization that I'm not really happy with how my current art style looks.
I feel like there are two contributing factors to my feelings on this. Firstly, I'm not happy with the end results of my pieces. In short, I don't think it looks good, or at the very least it doesn't look how I want the end results to look. Secondly, I don't think my current style challenges me enough. I have always tried to improve my art, no matter what I am creating. Though I haven't put much of my art here, my current style is old to me and generally I feel like it is time for a change.
I have recently found a large amount of inspiration from other artists here that is beginning to shape my style to a point where I am happy with and I aim to continue working on it in the coming months. I am very appreciative to those who have favorited and commented on my works so far, and I hope you will continue enjoy what I create in the future.
If you actually bothered reading all of this, congratulations, you deserve a cookie. Not from me, I'm fresh out. But you still deserve one, because you're worth it.
