700 Grellers!!!!!!
Posted 11 months agoGABAAM, yo!!! ฅ { ^ ᗢ ^} ฅ
It's been a loooooong journey here, and I'm so happy we've reached it!! It's incredibly warming to think that over 700 bonkuses enjoy seeing my silly art. So thank you so much for being with me, yo!
I'm also sorry I haven't been posting as frequently as I used to. You all deserve a lot more, and i'll hopefully deliver! Things just have been a bit difficult recently, but hopefully that can change soon, yo!
So thank you again to everyone who's here! You're all the reason I keep drawing silly little things, yo! 🧡

YCH?? Gabaam??? 😳
Posted a year agoGaboosh!! Heya everyone!
I've been wondering recently about how you guys would feel about YCH commissions! It's something I've considered doing for quite a while now!
If yes, what would you like to see? I'm sure i'll focus on paws/grelling themes, but i wonder if you all have any particular ideas, yo!
And don't worry if you're not planning on getting any (even i don't know when i'd open them hgkjg) for now, i just wanna brainstorm what we could do and what people would be interested in, yo!

Watch this man (necessary, yo!!!)
Posted 2 years ago500 watchers!!! Gabaam!!
Posted 2 years agoGABAAM!! Everyone... THANK YOU so much!
I may not show it very often, but I truly appreciate each and every new watch. The mere thought of 501 people waiting for my next drawing is incredibly heartening. And, while I don't really write thank-you shouts, I make sure to check-out all of ya!.. Which can also be a fun way for me to discover some really good artists, khiheehe!
Once again, thank you so much for being here. I'll keep on posting my weird little arts here for the foreseeable future, yo!
I wish you all the best! 🧡
😳C-Forge commissions??😳
Posted 3 years agoYo what's draxxing, everyone!
I was thinking of opening commissions in the upcoming weeks for the first time here!
So, I wanted to ask you guys if you would be interested in some painting commissions from me.
And if so, I was also curious to know what you might be looking for in a comm from me?
Commissions with complete and detailed backgrounds; or simpler and cozier paintings with simple/no backgrounds (for instance)? More SFW or NSFW leaning art? What sorts of subjectmatter would you all prefer?

Here's what's currently in my mind regarding the pricing:
-Minimum price: $150
-Minimum for paintings with large detailed backgrounds: $220
-A 20% discount if taking multiple commissions
-Around +$20 for every new charactrer

No art until 2022!
Posted 4 years agoWhat's grellin' everyone! I know this might be a bit annoying, since my art schedule is already kinda bonked, but I won't be doing any art until maybe early-mid 2022.
The reasons for this are somewhat personal, so I won't reveal them here. It's nothing to worry about, nothing that's bad for me in any way! But, it's something that will completely prevent me from doing art for a while. When I come back (early to mid 2022), please understand that, by then, I would've spent over 6 months without doing any art. It'll take a while for me to regain the flow and get back to my current skill level. My drawings then will be a bit "eh", but I hope you understand.
I can definitely still answer notes, comments, and interact with the community in general! But please be patient, because it might take me a week or two to respond. This period of inactivity will start a month or two from now, but it'll require a lot of preparation, so I won't have time to work on art even before it happens, unfortunately.
Of course, even though this is ultimately good for me, I am a bit annoyed about not being able to work on things I love for a while. There is a new Charmeleon character I'm working on and am really excited about, but, unfortunately, I'll need to pause artwork related to them before even being able to properly reveal them to you all. So, I do wish things were different, but it is what it is.
During this period, my preferences and interests might also shift a little, but I doubt it'll be anything significant.
Anyway, that's the quick little message I needed to make. Feel free to talk to me through notes and comments! If we've spoken before on FA or in other places, I can also share my discord with you. But yeah, no arts 'till 2022!

What happened to my Macro drawings?
Posted 4 years agoTL;DR: I'll make one last macro foot drawing, but none after that. It's not exactly what I'm into, but I also don't wanna disappoint the horny of everyone who started watching me because of said fetishes, so eh I'll have one last go at it.
When I first started posting art on FA, I wasn't entirely familiar with the site, the community, or even my own preferences. So, a lot of the drawings I made were either ideas suggested by friends, or ideas I thought would kinda make sense for the community, instead of things I genuinely preferred. Things like stomping and macro were some of the big (pun intended) areas I dipped my toes into (pun intended^2). But I was never into those topics, I kinda just did them regardless, which, I don't think it's a bad thing in and of itself; it just wasn't as fulfilling as it could've been.
I'm noticing that a very significant portion of the attention I've gotten is from people who are into things like macro, stepping, and so on. So, I've decided to make one last macro foot drawing, and use to announce that I'll make none more after it! In a way this is my artistic evolution from sub to dom. I'll have one more go at your boner, but then your ass is mine, FA!
Oh, and about all of my previous macro drawings, I moved them to scraps. After this last one, I won't be pursuing macro stuff in the future anymore, so I don't want to mislead people by having it there in the middle of my gallery.
But yeah, that's about all I had to say. I probably was a bit more graphic than I intended with the analogies, but it's late here! I have excuses! Anyway, my next big drawing will be that macro one, but I'll likely upload some small NSFW edits to the previous tickling pic before that. Until then, stay grell.

Big day tomorrow! (i swear)
Posted 4 years agoI know it usually takes me half a year to complete something, but this time, it's different. (i promise) I will totes post something tomorrow, alright. It will NOT take an extra 3 months to draw. And, not only will I post something tomorrow, I'll post something else next week too! (gee willikers!!) As they say, promises kept are... uhh promises. Boom.
The Anti-art-advice| Random thoughts
Posted 4 years agoWhat's crankin' everyone! Boring skippable intro here: I wanna do something a little different, and start writing down some art thoughts I've kept relatively private for a while. Now, with this kind of format, I'm not expecting any significant community attention. So, don't feel forced to reply to this just because there aren't any comments; the inactivity is to be expected!
Now, I'm not saying any of this to be a contrarian. I still find advice like "it's not all about the tools" and "they're not talented, they're skilled" to be incredibly important. I think it's true that most of one's artistic qualities come from the conscious effort they put into art, as opposed to innate qualities or the kinds of tools they use. It's a piece of advice that opens doors.
However, I've seen this kind of advice exaggerated and weaponized in a way that it becomes a source of shame and guilt. While it is mostly up to us how skilled we become in the end, we don't have full control over the speed of our improvement, do we? We don't have full control over all the factors, do we? If I'm just physically and mentally incapable of working as hard as Hayao Miyazaki, am I neglectful? If I'm not as good as someone who's younger than me, despite us having started working on art at the same age, am I lazy? If I can barely visualize simple shapes, while my friend can draw massive structures immediately without reference, am I just not trying hard enough?
Artistic talent is very real. Some people just have better memory, some people just learn way faster, some people just can't focus for long, some people have a weak "mind's eye" or straight-up aphantasia, some people are color blind, some people are just incapable of working under a lot of stress, etc, etc. Sure, most of these factors can be influenced through training. But, the point I'm making is that it's still going to take a disproportionate amount of time and effort for someone to reach the skill level of a hard-working artist (who also happens to have an incredible memory).
When it comes to effort needed to achieve a certain skill level, art isn't a meritocracy. Viewing art as an entirely effort-based subject leads to the unfair labeling of artists as lazy; or worse, leads to those artists actually believing in such assessments, when they're not necessarily true. So, to sum it all up into a single sentence; while art is mostly about the effort you put into it, you should never feel ashamed or guilty for not improving as fast as "person X" or "person Y", some factors are outside of our control.
Anyway, if you have any thoughts, disagreements, UwUs, and whatnot, feel free to reply. I'm planning on writing more of these random thoughts every now and then. I'm not entirely sure how interesting they are to read, but eh,why not try it out? Hopefully the quality of my writing gets a little less clunky over time. But yeah, I wish you guys the best!
