The Republic was thought to be where people of all species across the galaxy (ies) would come and be free and feel welcomed. However, following after the First Intergalactic War, Oltanians started to come into the Republic Territory hoping to feel welcomed and hoping to start a new, however they were given a whole new approach. Some planets that weren’t on the major trade routes discriminated the Oltanians, treating them as a lower species. This started to become a burden towards the Oltanains, including those that weren’t really involved in the whole war. This discrimination started to reach the Capital, even in certain locations of the Capital City they didn’t allow Oltanians inside.
=Asotui vs. Zegnot=
One brave Oltanian, Asotui (Auss-tooie) An Oltanian Farmer, Father of 5, from the planet Zegnot, was tired of other people attacking his family, he took the case to the Local Planetary Court, where they were in favor of the people, Asotui appealed the case to the Capital Court, and the Capital Court appealed It to the Galactic Court. This court case, later called Asotui vs. Zegnot, gain the attention of the Supreme Chancellor and Queen. Chancellor Angelis and Queen Justica heard the plea of Asotui and demanded the Senate to amend the Charter so that Oltanians can feel welcomed to the Republic. The Galactic Court favored Asotui, and decided that all Oltanians must feel welcomed in the Republic. This court case was submitted to the Senate, and with the Chancellor’s approval the Galactic Senate passed Amendment 17: The Equalization for Oltanians.
Immediately following right after the amendment’s addition, all the businesses across the respected the Galactic Court’s and Republic’s amendment and immediately took down the signs and hate propaganda on the Oltanians, soon the Oltanians that wanted to have a new experience in the Republic can live in peace.

The Act of 2305 of marked the turning point for the Republic, it was the first time ever a Supreme Chancellor had to resign from their role from the Galactic Republic.
Chancellor Demetrius C. Florence, the 10th Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic resigned after signing the Destruction of Centennial City agreement. He became the first Chancellor not to have a queen, but also the first Chancellor to resign from office. His resignation started an uproar in the Senate, it became the first time ever the Senate had to amend the Republic Charter to prevent a disaster like this.

The Centennial City Disaster of 2304 marked the turning point of business corruption in the Republic, a Pharmaceutical Company called Umbrella unintentionally released the T-Virus in the streets of the Republic Capital; Centennial City. The virus quickly overwhelmed the populace turning them into zombies. Fearing of the outbreak that claimed the Former Republic Capital City. The Supreme Chancellor, Chancellor Florence issued the destruction of the city. Weeks followed and the uproar of the destruction became a burden for the Chancellor. So on July 13th, 2305 the day Centennial City was destroyed, Chancellor Florence resigned from Office as Supreme Chancellor. He became the first Chancellor to resign from office, the first ever Chancellor to ever break the tradition of the Monarch of the Executive.

Immediately after the Former Chancellor resigned, the Senate went into an uproar. They argued over the tradition of the Monarch that stood for almost since its founding back 1610. Never before in history a Chancellor had resigned from office. The Executive Branch was the only branch that was planned extensively, the reason why was to prevent the whole Intelonian style of a dictator-monarch.
The Executive Branch Monarch was decided so it will prevent other people who are incapable of running it, it also prevents those are politically corrupt in terms. This Monarch-style can only be broken unless the Royal Family has no-one else to pass it down to, which only happened 3 times out of the entire 91 Royal Families. As a way for the Republic to recover from the horrors of the First Iintergalactic War, the idea of opening up the Senate, would not only bring the galaxy together but would also help the Republic stabilize.
On August 28th, 2799 AIW or 8 AIW, the Republic Senate amended the Republic Charter, with approval from Chancellor Darren, the Republic Senate became the Galactic Senate. The first representative that joined the newly formed Galactic Senate was from the Drailkian Territory. By the end of the next year 2800 AIW or 9 AIW. The Galactic Senate had reach connections with newly formed Aridian Territory and some democratic systems in the Oltanian Territory. Chancellor Darren became remembered for saving the Galactic Republic from near dissolution after the First Intergalactic War, and became the one that expanded the Senate into what it is. Im trying to switch my Art Programs soon cause it is required at the AI, so I might be leaving GIMP, but in the end it might make my drawings look more awesome!

The Republic Charter is labeled in 18 Section, with 30 Amendments, and 20 Acts.
According Section 2, the Executive Branch Article 7, or later to be called Amendment 2
The Republic Succession Law of 1590 was written by the First Chancellor Amadeus as a way to balance the three branches of Government. This Law was passed by growing Republic Senate, it was signed on April 15th, 1590 at the Chancellory Office which is later to be called the Solanos Manor.
The Republic Succession Law of 1590 mentioned that if the Chancellor and Queen were killed then the Republic Senate has full control of the Republic until a new leader is elected. If the Chancellor and Queen have a child or children then by this act, the Senate can take rightful custody of the Children and will raise them until they are of Age, which is Age 18. The Senate alone cannot do it, a Single Senator must volunteer for the role. This act was added to the Law right after the loss the First Chancellor and Queen during the System Wars.
This Act was pushed multiple changes but all were shot down by the Senate or were nullified by the Galactic Court, this Act was later put into Debate when the return of Adrian Smith, the child of Amadeus and Stephanie, now called Adrian Solanos, the young Dragon managed to escape Republic Watch for his entire life, it proved that even the Republic's Acts couldn't be enforced with brute force or by law. The Act was later modified again by the same Dragon, now Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, it was modified to the point that if the Chancellor and Queen do die during office, then there will be a week of mourning for the loss of the two, during the mourning period the Senate must immediately chose a "Senate Leader" to act as the Guardian of the the Children of the Royal Family.

General | Posted 13 years agoAs the title says, I am going to be busy, drawing requests and gifts. My status' on Skype and on Steam will vary cause I'll be going on and off my Comp and Iphone, so it will change sporadically from Do Not Disturb to Online etc.

Brief History:
The Republic Story Arc is my entire imagination, it is constantly changing It was first created back in 2005 when the first city EVER created Centenial City was born. The idea of the Republic didn't entire soak in until 2010, when the name Galactic Republic was created. The first story to ever describe the Republic was the Intergalactic War, which uses the first creation of my OC and later my love HaylinGR on DeviantArt However the Intergalactic War Series didn't last it was later scrapped for a new and most commonly used term "The Centenial City Disaster" Which is a mock up of the Raccoon City Disaster from Resident Evil. In late 2011, the Galactic Republic began to grow with the creation of many ideas, including the actual galaxy the Republic lives in. By the beginning of 2012, the Galactic Republic started to expand itself, it began to define itself, its government, its planets, and species that live there. Throughout the year of 2012, the Galactic Republic's timeline with the help of many friends began to take more detail, its history began to take root. Around halfway through 2012, the Second Intergalactic War Story Arc was created in August, along with the current OC's of the story arc. The Second Intergalactic War Story Arc or the "Modern Day Story Arc" is the current addition to the Republic Story Arc, its the current happening in the timeline where everyone is living in a golden age, while the Republic leads the galaxy into a age of prosperity and tranquility despite a cold war roaring across the galactic plain. Here the events are still be adding, who knows what will happen next!

I am remaking my Whirlpool Galactic Map, the reason why is the original file that I had which was editable on GIMP got corrupted, the one I have on display is okay but it is very garbled, I will change the map, maybe add a territory or so. There is one important Edit I am doing, I am removing the SOLANEO territory and just molding it with the Republic, cause SOLANEO's main creation was that it would destroy whole worlds and excavate the ruins they had. I have in mind another territory that scretches to the lower Republic Territory called the Forbidden Zone as mentioned before.
So if you want to have your world/territory added to my Republic Map ask me and we will see!

Pronounce: Krill-La-go-la-doe
Name of Origin: Krilagolado gets its name from the Intelonian word of fiery water Krilasgulados
Geological Feature: Stratovolcano
Location: Krilagolado Island, 15 miles east off the coast of the Corona Forest
Local Wildlife: Magmaderons (Rescued) Tretstonian Panthers, Lava Moles, Crescentis Deer
Habitat: Lush Temperate Green around the Volcano while all volcanic plantlife around the rim of the volcano.
Last Known Eruption: 1960 BIW
Death Toll: Over 2.1 billion lost
Status: Active but not considered dangerous.
Mount Krilagolado from the Intelonian Name of Krilasgulados meaning Fiery Water, is active Stratovolcano located off the coast of Isle Corona. Krilagolado is the last remaining Active Volcano part of the Massive Super Magma Chamber that created the Oakutaruian Ocean.

Krilagolado stands on the last active magma chamber of the Oakutaruian Volcanic Chambers of OVC for short. The OVC was a series of large magma chambers that were once inter-connected, it is believed that OVC is responsible for the creation of the continents of Tretris Oakutarui. Since the tallest mountain ranges on the mountains on each of the continents were all stratovolcano. The OVC is considered mostly extinct except for the Krilagolado Chamber due to its activity. It is believed in the near future, a new continent will form adding it to current 8 Continents. Around was it believed to be 500 million years before the Intelonians settled on Tretris, the OVC's oceanic magma chambers collapsed, the collapse of the Oceanic Magma chambers created the Oakutaruian Ocean. When looking at a Sonar Map of the planet, the entire Oakutaruian Ocean from the bottom of Isle Velvettrone to tip of Isle Bastu, lies large deep craters scattered across the ocean floor. Bastu Bay, is the most notable of these underwater craters.

Many years after the System Wars, Mount Krilagolado erupted with an eruption that said turned covered the Three Suns. Mount Krilagolado at the time was actually larger, It was literally a large island that about the size of Isle Sapphire, the smallest of the 8 continents. According to the records at the time, the Eruption started around 11:45am, when the mountain of Krilagolado exploded. The explosion was so loud, it shattered glass all the way from Velvettrone City, which was on the other side of the planet. Immediately after the explosion, a large Pilian-class volcanic column was shot high into the atmosphere. The Volcanic Column can be seen from Shanksville, Isle Corona, which was at the time almost 1700 miles away. The area around the mountain was immediately incinerated as the temperature of the mountain rose very rapidly.
-Just 10 minutes after the volcanic column was released, large volcanic rocks began to fall everywhere across the planet. Cities like Shanksville, Bastu City, Emerald City began to receive damage reports from the flying chunks of volcanic debris.
-35 minutes after the eruption the Volcanic Column reaches the stratosphere and begins to spread across the planet, within minutes after Shanksville is plunged into darkness, the light of the Three Suns are blocked. Ash begins to fall across the planet
-50 minutes after the eruption, the shore line communities along the Eastern Isle Corona begins to report of the massive water retreat. Little did they know that the Volcano released a tsunami wave. Just minutes after communications from the shoreline communities of the Eastern Isle Corona Area disappear from the world.
-Between 1 hr to 2 hrs, the Volcano continues to release more volcanic debris, already major damages in all the cities across the planet.
-3hrs after the eruption, Shanksville is evacuated its citizens retreat to the lower levels of the city, they hide in sewers, and basements while others were evacuated off the planet to Meridum.
-Around 4pm the Volcanic column of Krilagolado comes collapsing down, it reaches the surface with fast speeds. Immediately all plant life on the island is immediately vaporized just seconds before the pyroclastic flow hits the ground. The pyroclastic flow of the collapsed column roars across Isle Bastu, Isle Sapphire/Amethyst and Isle Corona. Communities across the Isle Bastu are buried with large amounts of volcanic ash and soot. Across Isle Corona, the Pyroclastic flow was roaring across the landscape heading towards Shanksville. However, Shanksville was spared the harsh destruction of pyroclastic flow, Cornier mountains a large mountain range that surrounds Shanksville at the time took the blunt blow of the Pyroclastic flow. The pyroclastic flow buckled back against it self and settled down, Shanksville was spared from the disaster. However Bastu City isn't as lucky the city is partially destroyed and covered in ash.
The next day, Ash continues to fall across the planet, with the remains of the volcanic cloud still in the atmosphere, Tretris Oakutarui is plunged into a volcanic winter that lasts for 10 years. During the 10 years, lots of wildlife went extinct, including the Tretstonian Vuretuk Chameleon and the Xentyu Bird.

Krilagolado however due to the massive eruption destroyed mini-continent, reducing it to the current state of the Island. The Volcano though still active isn't considered dangerous the reason is due to the present of Magmaderons on the island, since they feed off the lava and the volcanic rock, the volcano is kept in check. Today, Krilagolado is considered a Nature Preserve, its landscape is very unique, one section of the island is temperate, another is tropical, while another is swamp. Here wildlife is considered protected, its natural guardians the Magmaderons make sure that all life on the island is safe.
Every now and then, Krilagolado occasionally erupts but its not as bad as itwas back then, It continues to extend the island, with a new 10 feet every Earth Year.

General | Posted 13 years agoOkay, for those that have been patient with me, I finished the requests, but Since Christima De Celeb is fast approaching, Im taking the time from here to Christmas to be working on Christmas Gifts. I'll finish Outlining and Coloring next week after CHristmas, so sorry for the long wait everyone!!!

For now; Tomorrow and parts of the next week, I'll be busy finishing requests, I'll try to get them done by the end of the week hopefully. Now focusing on these requests which means those I'll RP with will mean I'll be slow due to being focused on the drawings, hopefully I will get these done~
